Description of Work: Cleaned hallway and 2 bedrooms. Went ok. One of the cleaners was not very friendly. Wanted to charge for two hallways because it is a T hallway. Carpets came out ok but not a great job.

Description of Work: cleaned 3 rooms carpet as advertised and priced as advertised -- I just can't remember how much it was. They were prompt, friendly and efficient. I did not want chemicals and they did it as I wanted. The two guys were great! |Was not perfectly clean but that was my fault since I refused chemicals.

No brainer.
Description of Work: Quick call to them to schedule the cleaning. Two men showed up on time. First they reviewed what we wanted cleaned, they explained the cleaning process and commenced working right away. They moved all the furniture, cleaned two bedrooms, hall, foyer, living room, dining room and Florida room. Completed in about 2-3 hours. They did a cleaning job on two stuffed recliner chairs and did an excellent job. All furniture was replaced after cleaning and house smelled nice and we were very pleased with their work. Would recommend them to our friends and will use them again when needed.

I HAVE USED STANLEY STEEMER MANY TIMES BEFORE. UPON DECIDING TO GET MY CARPETS CLEANED, I WENT TO THEIR WEBSITE AND REQUESTED AN ESTIMATE FOR THE JOB. IT TOLD ME $66.00. I THEN DECIDED TO CALL THE COMPANY DIRECTLY TO BOOK IT, AS I WANTED TO REQUEST AN EXPERIENCED TEAM. THE PRICE I WAS QUOTED OVER THE PHONE WAS $9 MORE THAN WHAT I WAS QUOTED ONLINE. I TOLD THEM THAT, AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS CHEAPER TO BOOK IT ONLINE, SO I HUNG UP AND BOOKED IT ONLINE. THE TEAM SHOWED UP ON TIME, PERFORMED THE WORK, AND WERE GONE IN ABOUT 15 MINUTES. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID.
