STANLEY STEEMER

We called and Stanley Steemer sent someone out right away. The men arrived on time - they were very polite and helpful. All work was done quickly and neatly. Within a little over an hour, all the work was finished and they were on there way. We couldn't be happier with their work. We had just used Stanley Steemer in our house in New Jersey a few weeks before and were just as pleased with that work!

We called Stanley Steemer at the last minute, having heard good things about them from our neighbors. Bless their hearts, they were able to come out the next day and clean the carpets in our bedrooms. They were prompt, fast and thorough, carefully working around piles of boxes and furniture we were in the midst of moving out of the house. They took the time to remove some very deep stains and even raked the carpets when they were done - a very professional job well done. We appreciated their prompt availability and their courteous employees. We will definitely hire them again.

They do a very good job. I had the whole house cleaned the last time. They are prompt and they show up when they say they are going to show up. I can request the same staff and I've had the same staff for the last three or four years. When we like what the staff does, we can request the same staff and they will send them up for us. I'm sure there are more reasonable providers but Stanley Steemer does a very good job for me so I don't mind paying a little more. They are reasonable. I use them every three to four months.

He was really good and easy to work with. They do guarantee their work, which is great. Their pricing was a little high.

Good, except only when I mentioned my realtor referral did they agree to come out a second time.

I liked their name. The whole process was pretty quick. They were in and out in half an hour.

The guys are really nice. They do a really wonderful job of cleaning. It's really excellent. However, there are all these special deals and we can never find out about them. Every time we talk to somebody they've got a different story. We usually have our carpets cleaned about every three months. The last time we had them cleaned they said we should get the GFC service or something like that. I asked them if we could have it now, and they said it was too late and that we could get it next time. It sounds like a really good deal. When they called us this time I said I wanted the GFC service. The price they quoted me was twice the price they had quoted three months ago. When I asked they said the other person was selling it wrong. They do a fantastic job when it comes to carpet cleaning. It's really, really good, but if we are looking for some sort of price break on repeated service then we get a different story every time. They are also inconsistent about their offer. They are unprofessional. We get one offer from one person and another offer from another person. Both people would tell us that the other one is wrong. So it's like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I am frustrated, but I would call them again because they do such a good job. They use excellent equipment, but they also oversell. That's another reason why I think they're unprofessional.

It went very well. I probably will be calling them again.

My friend referred them to me. They did a really good job. They came out and gave an estimate before they started the job. They stuck with their estimate. They were fine, and they were great. It was a pretty fair price for what they did.

They call in when they are coming. They are pretty much on time and now they put up barriers where they do not damage your furniture. They are more careful than they used to be.

They did exactly what I asked them to do and it was a good experience. I will use them again in the future.

They first came on the 23rd and were very professional. I had a little problem(miscommunication) and called and a different crew came back out on the 26th and fixed the problem saying they gave a 100% guarantee on their work. Also all the service people, I was told, are given background research before hiring. Overall, I was happy with the results, and even though $99.00 might have been a little higher than some companies, I feel confidence in their work.

The men were very professional looking. They did their job well. They were very professional all around. I have used two different Stanley Steemers. One in Orlando was not quite as professional. They weren't dressed as professional as the one in Longwood. The talked about other clients. If you need something done, and can't find anyone else to do it, they will be there. They do good work. They are quick. I think their price is kind of high. They are on time and it is easy to schedule with them.

Stanley Steemer was very efficient. They were very accommodating, as I needed them in and out of my house in a certain window of time. They did a really nice job and were very thorough. I was very pleased. I don't remember what I paid, but I think it was reasonable.

This is about the third time they've cleaned the rugs. I'm a chef, so the carpets need cleaning every once in a while. They are fantastic. They get there when they say they are going to come. They do the work. They charge a very reasonable price, and they leave. They are also available. If I call, they are there within 48 hours. It's amazing. They are reliable and fast. There isn't any toxic odor to the stuff that they are using. When they clean, it doesn't smell bad.

The crew that came in worked their butts off to get the carpet cleaned. They did an excellent job.

They are accommodating with my schedule and I have been very pleased with them.

Company confirmed my service request the day before and I asked them to give me a 1/2 hour call prior to their arrival. They did and by the time I arrived, within fifteen minutes, the company van was waiting for me. We re-confirmed my service requirements and the workers advised it will take approximately two hours, which it did. The stains in the carpets were thoroughly removed and as a customer I was totally satisfied.

Overall, I was satisfied with the service. Two men showed up to do the work. One of them was the "front man"/sales guy/crew chief, and the other was clearly just a crew member. The crew chief hit one of my pet peeves on-site upselling. Once he arrived, he first tried to sell me on tile cleaning for our kitchen. He offered to do a sample of the corner, which I let him do. There was a little difference, but not enough to order the service. That was fine, but then he REALLY annoyed me by trying to sell me some additional services that would supposedly clean the carpet better. In my mind, if that's what is needed to do the job right, then go ahead and do it, and include that in the price. I declined the additional service. There were some spots that they were unable to get out, supposedly pet stains, which I can believe (we just bought this house). At the end of the visit, he tried to sell me some sort of spot cleaning service for those spots, which I declined. They did a decent job cleaning up after themselves, except for a small pool of water left on the tile by the entry door, which I cleaned up myself. Overall, the carpets look and feel cleaner, so I was satisfied with the service. However, the annoying on-site upselling attempts prevent me from giving perfect scores. If I had been made aware of those services on the original call to make the reservation, I might have even ordered them.

I appreciate that the workers were punctual and clean. They were very conscience of our home and kept the floor dry and they work equipment out of the way, as much as possible. I asked them to redo two areas that were heavily soiled and they did without complaint.

Although the customer service is excellent and the workers are very nice people to deal with, I thought they could have done a better job. It was not bad but it was not the best. Otherwise Stanley Steemer is a good company. I will continue my services with them.

We are really pleased with the service. They do a fine job and the carpets look great when they are done. I would recommend them to other people because thy get it done quickly and they don t try to hassle you about there sales too much when they are working. The price was reasonable and I was happy.
