Description of Work: The cost covers a Bosch dishwasher, a 5 year extended warranty, installation, and sales tax. I looked at the same thing elsewhere, and SE Steel was cheaper than Lowes and Sears and actually had the model I wanted in stock. | |The store has a great reputation and thus lots of customers, but I had to wait way too long to get help. This was the reason for a low grade in "promptness." I was ready to buy and just wanted help with comparing the features of three models I was considering. The 20 minute wait was exasperating. | |The installers were prompt and helpful.

Description of Work: I purchased an entire suite of kitchen appliances, slide in range, dishwasher, french door refrigerator (bottom freezer),and over the range microwave for a remodel of my kitchen. This purchase also included a 5 year warranty on each appliance for $99.95 each and a 10 year warranty on major components such as compressor/magnetron at no cost. They charged a delivery fee of $60, delivery was as agreed. Later , when the remodelers determined that they could not get the refrigerators through the door (old and new), this company sent two people to remove doors and reassemble both refrigerators(AT NO CHARGE). This is an A+ company in my estimation.

+ -1 moreTHE SALES STAFF AT SOUTHEAST STEEL IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. WHEN WE NEEDED A PROBLEM FIXED UNDER WARRANTY, THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND HAD THE PROBLEM FIXED QUICKLY.
Description of Work: WE RECENTLY PURCHASED A NEW REFRIGERATOR, WASHER AND DRYER FROM SOUTHEAST STEEL. THE DRYER WAS NOT DRYING THE LOADS PROPERLY, SO THEIR TECHNICIAN CAME TO OUR HOME AND REPAIRED IT. THIS WAS UNDER WARRANTY WORK.
