Description of Work: I had the technician come out to my house today because my air-conditioner was dripping water all over the floor the technician was there 10 minutes fix my problem and my whole bill was only $50. I highly recommend Service Star for services.

Fantastic
Description of Work: Last night my AC stopped working. I called Service Star and spoke to a really nice lady, Amanda. She offered to send the technician out last night but I felt that it was to late and told her I would like it this morning. At 8am sharp a technician Tom showed up and within 5 minutes found the problem, a loose wire to my thermostat he immediately fixed it and did a check of my system. I was so impressed with the high quality of service and honesty Service Star presented

Everything was great! I placed a call around 12noon and by the night fall I had a brand new AC unit installed and my house was feeling super cold! Very friendly! When service star came out for the PM they were very perfessional they went over everything with my AC and found that I had a leak in my coil my system was 13 years old and I knew it was going to go out soon they quoted me on a new system and we got it done they came to install it the very next day and everything is working perfectly I couldn't be happier with service star!! The technicians name was Matt he was very kind, perfessional, and very knowledgeable about AC I would highly recommend service star and the technician Matt to all of my friends and family!

I am extremely satisfied with my service with Service Star Heating and Cooling and will definitely continue to use them. The customer service was A+ along with the service tech and installers. They answered all of my questions and I will refer them to friends and family.
Description of Work: Provider installed a new 3 1/2 ton Rheem a/c system. Included thermostat, uv light, filter rack, permitting, and labor. They provided same day installation when I called regarding my a/c not working.
