Guys were great and all were very professional and seemed to care about their work. One item broke but it wasn't due to carelessness. I would use them again for sure. They were also the only crue I called that sent four guys and the Manager actualy came out and gave us a real estimate and hit it exactly.

We found Sam's Express through Angie's List and they were everything we expected: punctual and eager to please. They arrived on time. The entire crew of four pleasant young men walked through the house with us to identify items that needed special attention and to determine what was moving and what was staying. They went to work with enthusiasm. They asked quite a number of times about individual items just to be sure. The entire move (some of it in rainy conditions) took about 9 hours and a fifth crew member was dispatched by the company around midday to speed the process. Overall, a very good experience. No hesitation in recommending this company. Final comment: homeowners need to think carefully about the insurance issue. Sam's Express will not push the concept at all, but accidents can and do happen even with good companies. The basic insurance provided by carriers offers very minimal coverage. The additional insurance is very expensive, but may be worth the price in situations more complicated than ours.

Treated my furniture like it was his. No damage and everything was delivered as promissed. Did not take a break for lunch. Two people did the work of four. Sams express was recommended by my daughter and I can see why. Great Job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Three movers arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. They worked quickly, took no breaks and completed the move in less than three hours, start to finish. There was no damage to anything and they were very professional.

We had asked for overnight storage, and the next day the furniture arrived at our new home exactly at the time promised. Unloading was prompt, careful, and as perfectly done as one could hope for. In the end, the final price was below the original estimate, and the honesty of Sam's was evident in all that was done for us. They provided excellent customer relations prior to the move, on the day of pick up, and on the day of delivery. Everyone was professionally behaved throughout. They really aimed to please. I would hire them again in a minute!
