Sam's Express Delivery

We had a great experience! To start, Jorge came by our house to gauge how many crew to send on moving day. He was friendly and professional. On the day of the move, Robert, Jake and Daven showed up right on time and began the move. They worked hard all day, never complained and were always respectful and hard working. This move proved to be a bit of a challenge, because although loading the truck went very smoothly, our new home had 5 steps up the front porch and a large staircase with many items going upstairs. The team just kept working steadily and we were so appreciative. They took great care with all the items they moved and even reassembled the beds and dressers/mirrors when the move-in was complete. We would use them again in a second move, no question.

Crew of 3 arrived on time took 10 minutes to evaluate the situation and began working immediately. Crew was polite and professional took great care in wrapping all glass bookcases carefully. They took about 3 hours to wrap and load 4 bedroom house. 30 minutes to drive to new home and another 3 hours to unload. Overall they did a great job. Would highly reccommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Jorge and his crew showed up on time on the move in and move out days. All the men were courteous, respectful and professional. They treated our things with respect and took the proper precautions to protect our home (door/floor protection, etc.). This was one of the smoothest moves we have been through and I would call Jorge again in a minute if we need a mover again!

Jake and Robert were very professional and friendly. They were diligent in ensuring any and all breakable items were packed properly. My wife and I would definitely use them again if we needed to.

Very well. I had used Sam's Express 2 weeks prior to move my things from a storage unit to my new home. There were 3 men for this move. They carefully moved my things. They disassembled the beds and then put them together again. Furniture was placed carefully. The workers were always very pleasant to be around and very accomodating with my requests. Really made the move much nicer. About 2 weeks after the move I noticed that my bed didn't seem to be put together right. I called George. He sent Robert and Brian out to correct it. The problem was with a stripped screw and not anything they had done incorrectly. Robert and Brian did their best to get it together correctly. There was no charge. One of the workers who had been working for Sam's Express for a number of years remarked that he liked working for such an honest man who treats his employees well. That spoke volumes to me. George's estimate of the number of hours that it would take to accomplish the move was right on the nose. No surprises. I have already recommended Sam's Express to a friend who moved recently and will continue to do so.

They showed on time and Jake and Josh always have a very professional attitude. They work fast and they completed the job for a tentative 5 hours in just 3.5 hours.The only negative aspect is that by mistake they scratch my fridge with the house door frame. They forgot to put the protection on the door and also to wrap the fridge. So I recommend you to always remind them to take all precautions in order to don't damage the furniture and to supervise the job all the time. Also have good toolbox with you because they going to need to borrow especial tools to disarm your furniture because they have very limited one.

We hired this company to load a 26' moving truck from our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, including a woodworking shop with heavy equipment like a table saw, band saw, etc. There was a lot of work to be done, so we hired three guys. They were on time, very nice, very good at what they did, careful with our items, and efficient in packing the truck. We would absolutely recommend them.

The four movers arrived on time and surveyed the job together. They were curtious to our three children and grandparents during the move. They worked quickly, efficiently and together to move our 3400 Sq. ft. home in less than 9 hours.

Jorge and his crew were actually early on the day of the move. They had a great routine down and were able to load and unload quickly. The guys were all nice and personable. They were very careful with doorways and protecting all of the furniture. No damage to anything. They finished 3 hours ahead of schedule, which is great since we paid by the hour!

They were fast and reasonably price. They didn't damage anything.

We had a lot of stuff that went to a second story in the new house and they did a great job protecting the walls and the wood banister.

Smooth move and very professional service!

We were initially impressed by the estimate process - the representative was always responsive, arrived on time and provided a detailed estimate that was competitive with others we had received. Any query between then and the actual move were also responded to very quickly. On the day of the move, the truck arrived on time and the move began quickly. There were 4 movers and they all were polite, efficient and most importantly careful with our belongings. We were packed up much more quickly than we anticipated and had to stall for a bit so the owners of our new house could finish clearing out. The movers were great about this. Moving in was even faster, and again with great care and with the major furniture pieces reassembled perfectly. In the end, they gave us the bill, which actually came out to a bit less due to a credit they gave us since one of the four had to leave early - something we did not request or expect since the move happened as promised, but we were thrilled. We would absolutely recommend Sam's to anybody considering a move.

From the initial contact with Jorge, I was impressed with the professionalism. He came to my house to see exactly what needed to be done and based his very reasonable estimate on what he saw. The crew was wonderful, they got busy the minute they arrived and only stopped for about 15 minutes when I bought them lunch. They worked very hard and I could not have been more pleased. This is a company I highly recommend. I would say I?d use them again, but I bought a new house and don?t plan to move again. Excellent, excellent team, thank you Robert & crew.

Very professional, took very good care of our things. Hard workers, came at 8:30 AM and finished at 10 PM with just one short break for lunch. We have a lot of stuff and other movers wanted to do it in 2 days. We really appreciated their dedication and hard work to get it all done in one day especially since we were moving right before Christmas. I would recommend them anyone without hesitation.

The Professionalism of the company and the owner was my reason for selecting them. I found them extremely responsive to my many questions and my wife's concerns. They were punctual and the workers were courteous and helpful. Moving is extremely stressful but this company performed above my expectations. I recommend them and would use them again.

Move went very well overall.

This was my first good experience with a moving company. Booking the move was a breeze - the mover was polite and simply got all the information he required and gave me their rates. On moving day, the guys arrived on time and were also very polite and pleasant the entire day. They worked hard and without any breaks for the next 8 hrs. We had to stop at a storage unit to pick up more furniture and boxes before moving on to our new house. Although we took different routes and were paying by the hour, the guys showed up right behind us and didn't seem to break for lunch or pit-stops while we were separated. They even beat my family to the new house, unloaded promptly and carefully, and were on their way. I wish all my moves had been so pleasant.

I am a retired Marine Corp Brig. General and have had many moves over the past 35 years. I hired SAMs Express for several reasons. 1. They had a A Rating with Angie's List. 2. They were A rated with the BBB. 3. The owner Mr Cortes came to our home and met with my wife an I and explained his services and pricing, the standards he expects of his men and his expectations of us. His crew arrived and performed a move like a well trained military platoon. They were at our residence at 0800 sharp as promised, his Forman Robert was a clean cut professional who managed the job with precision. He introduced me to every crew member all whom were equally as professional, all in uniform and all knew exactly what they were doing. These men provided covering for our wood floors, protected the door edges and wrapped all our furniture. This was a large 5 BR Home loaded one day and delivers the next. They left our original home clean and neat, they policed the area before they left and didn't leave a bit of trash. The same was the case when they unwrapped our furniture at delivery in Tampa. Everything was placed where it was requested and was handled with professionalism. We were provided 5 estimates from different companies. Mr Cortes was not the least expensive nor the most expensive, but I received the most professional damage free move I have ever had from SAMs Express in all my years of military moves. Being a retired military officers my expectations are high, this company exceeded those expectations. If your considering this company hire them!

The move itself went well. No problems, except for the paperwork, which could have been a serious problem, in case of an injury or accident.

The crew arrived on time and went to work almost immediately. I had mostly finished packing but one of the guys helped me seal boxes and pack up some misc things. They were careful with my furniture and loaded it in a truck then unpacked it in a nearby storage facility. I will use them again when I am ready to move into my new home.

It was our first time hiring a mover and we were very pleased that we chose this company. Jorge, the manager, took the time out to visit our house prior to providing the estimate. He and his crews were very professional, polite, and courteous. They came in a timely manner and were very careful with handling furnitures. The moving process went smoothly and we highly recommend this company.
