Phone calls were returned promptly. We scheduled for Saturday morning, he arrived slightly early. All work was performed by Patrick. He spent all the time necessary to treat the stains and thoroughly clean the entire house. With two dogs, my carpets had gotten pretty dirty, and I feel that he did an excellent job getting them clean.

He did a good job. He was reasonable and professional. He called me first and let me know when he would be there. I was totally satisfied and would use them again.

Great. They got out stains that I thought were impossible. The carpet looks like new. The tile looks great - the grout was very dirty and it looks wonderful.

They showed up on time. They were very professional and did a very good job. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. They charged a pretty reasonable price.

Excellent. They called me back promptly, gave me a quote/appointment on the phone, he showed up on time, was very polite and personable, and worked very hard. The house has 4 bedrooms and is about 2000 square feet (2 floors-he did the stairs too), carpets everywhere except bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry area. The previous tenants had a dog and the carpets had that dog smell in them and a few stains (looked like dirty dog paws or where the dog slept) and it was like a whole new house after he was done. The carpets were very clean and the place smelled clean and dog free after he left. I plan to use them again the next time I need carpets cleaned.

They were very good. We mentioned Angie's List and they gave us a good price. They where very professional. Even gave us tips on what type of carpet to buy. The price was very fair.

They came out on an emergency basis after I found that water leaking from my sliding door had caused my carpet to have mold. Immediately returned my call and worked me in on a Saturday. Left me with extra liquid to retreat if more water issues caused more problems. Would not hesitate to use them again for any other carpet cleaning I plan to have done.

I had shopped around for a few weeks before I got on Angie's List and chose Sahara. Pat the owner gave me an accurate quote, scheduled appt, good communication and information given beforehand. Mark showed up on time, was friendly and personable, hard-working and knowledgeable. Explained everything he was doing, gave us great tips on carpet care and was all-around professional. We were very pleased with the whole experience-people, price, results! Would use again and would recommend to all.

They were really good. They were prompt, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, it turned out great and I am probably going to call them again and have them do some more stuff in my house. I would recommend them to others as well, and I have.

I called the number in the ad in Angie's List's magazine and told them I wanted my carpet cleaned in five rooms. They quoted me a price and said when they could do the job. I agreed and they arrived as scheduled and did the job for the price promised.

Patrick gave us an approximate estimate over the phone and we agreed on a date for the cleaning. He arrived right on time, reviewed what needed to be done, and began the carpet cleaning. He came with all the right equipment and materials. The end result was absolutely amazing; a beautifully clean off-white carpet! It's been a couple of weeks now and the carpet has maintained its clean look. We no longer have to think about replacement. He did a fabulous job and we would recommend his company well over any other cleaning companies we have had over the past 15 years. And he stayed with his original estimate, even though he probably ended up spending more time and using more solutions than he originally planned. Good cleaning company and great service!

I was very pleased. I called and left a message, and Pat called back later that day. I scheduled, and then re-scheduled (due to our tenants' needs), an appointment. He said he'd come as early as 2:00 or as late as 4:00, and he arrived exactly at 2:00 p.m. He got right to work pre-treating the carpet, paying special attention to some pretty bad stains, and traffic patterns (the carpet is a very light beige). Pat is not a conversationalist, but that's okay. I left before he started the actual steam cleaning and came back that evening. I was pretty impressed with how much of the dirt and stains he was able to get up. The carpet looked really good, and was completely dry. I think he did a very thorough job. I thought it was going to be around $150, but he left an invoice for $130. Even better! :-)

I specifically wanted them to clean the tops of the chairs and they are not clean. He did not do a good job. Then I went to check on the other work and they did not do a good job. They had to re-do the work. They are lousy and I will not use them again. He did not have a lot to do and did not do it well. He was the most unconcerned man I have even seen.

Pat came out on a holiday weekend (two days after Thanksgiving) and arrived at the exact time promised. He was polite, professional, and did an outstanding job on everything. Three hours later, the furniture and rug looked like new! We were extremely pleased and would recommend him to anyone.

I think they did a very good job. I was happy with them. I would have them again, and I would recommend them. They picked up the phone quickly and answered all my questions.

I scheduled an appointment in February. The window of opportunity for the company to show up was 11 A.M-12 Noon. By 12:25 P.M I called. The driver was lost despite my having provided directions. Unfortunately, the tardiness caused me the need to re-schedule due to an appointment and commitment I had. This very much displeased Patrick. He promised to contact me later in the day to re-schedule but never did.

Did not use corner guards so scratched the paint on all the walls, baseboards and doors. Left big puddles of sticky cleaning fluid all over, including my patio (which he didn't clean). He did not clean the guest bathroom floor, and did not reply to my request asking for help cleaning up after him.

Very good. He missed a few spots but will try to get clean on next visit to clean stuffed furniture.

Patrick arrived on time as scheduled. He spent about 2.5 hours cleaning my carpet. When he was finished, my carpets looked brand new. They even smelled clean.

I wasn't able to be at the house to watch him or check before he left, as we were in the process of moving, but I assumed he'd do a good job based on previous reviews. He did an excellent job. The tile/grout looked like new. There were several cracks in the grout and a few spots came up completely. I was aware this was a risk (due to high temperature and pressures used) and Pat told me afterwards of a couple spots of loose grout that came up. No big deal to patch up a few spots. Spoke with him for a few minutes, when we met for payment and he seemed like a straight laced guy. Thanks again.

Very punctual, very courteous, very professional. Even cleaned a remnant carpet in my garage (so we wouldn't track in dirt).

Excellent job. Carpeting dried within approx 4 hours. They look and feel very clean. Would definitely call them again!

Owner arrive on the appointed and agreeded time, began cleaning the upholstery items, his technician arrived 1.5 hours later and began cleaning the carpets. Moved all furniture, not previous moved by ourselves. Worked very professionally and throughly. Best job ever performed over the years of having carpets cleaned. First time for having the upholstery cleaned professionally. Both Technicians were polite and cheerful

This is an excellent company. They are very polite, knowledgeable, and honest.
