The gentleman came in to clean the floors. He removed a liquid air freshener to use the outlet, which made all of the liquid pour on a table, ruining it. He refuses to return my calls in regards to the paying for the damage of the table. In regards to his work, I was very pleased with the quality of the work that he did. I just want him to make this right.

They are the best cleaners out there and I refer them to everybody I know. The cost includes the enzyme treatment too for my animals. It is kind of expensive but I have to have it so I use them. I love them. My daughter comes with four dogs and two cats and I have five cats; every time after she leaves, I have to call them. The dogs pretty much destroy her room with their hair.

On time, very polite. Did work used own dryers, moved some furniture. Great job.

He did a really great job and we would hire them again. The guy was very nice and he did a detailed job and cleaned the grouts as well. He was very honest and nice. He started at 8 o'clock in the morning and finished the job at 3 o'clock. He cleaned the whole place and he didn't charge us very much. However, he only does horizontal, he does not do vertical cleaning.

Nice work. I tried to clean by hand after the contractor informed me it was my responsibility. Sahara came in with their machine and scrubbed it clean. Wow! looks great.

I have found this company to be a great carpet cleaning company. They do a very good job on the carpets in our bedrooms. The carpets are damp when they are done, but they do put large fans out to help them dry faster before they leave. We have used them a few times now and I'm about to call them again.

It went very well. Saraha helped move some of the larger pieces of moveable furniture (chairs and sofas). He was very systematic and through in his work and completed the work in the estimated time. He very professional and was able to remove the stains from where we had dog urination problems. We have use Saraha several time in the past. They are prompt and efficient and I will definatelly use them again in the future.

I have been using them for years. They are reasonably priced. They always remove any spots that may be there. The rugs don't seem really wet when they are done due to the process they use. The spots have not come back but they have told me that they would show me how to clean them if they did come back.

I use their service at least once a year. It is a family owned business and usually the same guy comes out all the time. It is a local company. They do a nice job. It is easy to understand and talk to them. They are good. Their responsiveness is good and they are reliable. I would use their service in the future too.

They returned a call placed over a holiday weekend, very unexpected, and were able to fit my schedule. They showed up promptly, followed instructions, and did a good job cleaning old carpets.

Extremely professional - just moved into a new house so I wanted the rugs cleaned - the former owners had cats, so I was not sure if the rugs could be saved. They showed up on time and somehow made the rugs look nearly new! I did pay for an enzyme treatment to handle the cat problem - and I am so glad I did.. still no cat odor. I couldn't be happier with their service!

My carpet started to smell like dogs, so I had had my carpet cleaned by another service and it ended up smelling worse than it had initially. I called Sahara and they were friendly, responsive and professional. The smell didn't completely come out on the first cleaning so I called them again and they came out a second time for no additional charge and were just as prompt and friendly the second time.
