Description of Work: We needed a last-minute carpet cleaning for our home after we moved out and before we flew to our new home. He was able to come out on short notice and did a great job on the carpets. He was a little more costly than other companies, but the fact he was able to come out on short notice was what we were looking for.

Description of Work: Co owner, Pat, arrived at agreed date and time. He was very professional and looked at what needed to be done. He gave me price and started to work. Stained areas were pretreated , carpet cleaned and treated with Teflon protective spray. He used powerful fan after each area was cleaned to expedite drying. He worked fast and was finishned in less than 3 hours. I felt very comfortable while he was in my home. I would use Sahara Carpet again and recommend their professionalism, hard work, and honesty.

Description of Work: We have 4 dogs, 2 of whom are not all that well house broken... We use Sahara about every couple of months and he does a superb job. He always arrives when he says he will and, when he's done, it's like we have new carpet again. The service is truly remarkable. We've used other carpet cleaning services in the past and they don't even come close.

 + -1 moreThe cleaner did a very good job cleaning my carpets including almost all stains. The only thing that didn't come up was the dried-in 'gooze' that my kids spilled and left on the carpet a month earlier, and some of that one did come out. My only problem was with the scheduling - I had asked for enough time for the carpets and sofa to be cleaned, but they only scheduled for the carpets. Mike offered to come back another day, but this wasn't needed as we soon replaced the sofa.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning for entire house. Included stairs, moving furniture and fans to help dry.

THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB ON THE GROUT. IT LOOKS BRAND NEW. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY NICE. IT IS A SMALL COMPANY, BUT I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS CARPET OR GROUT CLEANING.

 + -1 moreMY APPOINTMENT WAS SET FOR 8:00 A.M. AND PAT'S ASSISTANT ARRIVED EXACTLY ON TIME. HE IMMEDIATELY WENT TO WORK, AND WORKED CONSISTENTLY FOR 2 HOURS, NEVER TAKING A BREAK. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, AND WILL HAVE THEM BACK IN 6 MONTHS.
