Description of Work: They came same day within hours to clean out the main line clog on my new home. The house had been sitting and this happened the SE weekend I moved in. They were friendly, responsive and helpful! The issue didn't take long to fix and I was back in business the same day. I was pleasantly surprised!

Description of Work: I spent 129.00 for a drain cleaning the guy was in a hurry and I called back beacuse the problem wasnt resolved and had to wait another 15 hours and my house flooded I called several times and the girls acted like they didnt care stay away from these people i would never ever use them again.. the same guy came back to my house and blamed me... I will never use or recomend them to anyone

Description of Work: Called Merritt Island Roto Rooter to get help with slow drains and toilets. Office said Dave would call right back. Called back after 4 hrs of waiting. Received a call 2 hrs later. It was Dave calling to say he was OTW. Described problems. He removed a dish cloth from sink drain and declared everything was fixed. $119 for 10 minutes work. Dave said replace "slow" toilets, drains are OK. Dave said if any more problems he would actually snake the drains if we called him back. Next day washing machine backed up into shower and bath tub. Called Roto Rooter. Waited for Dave to call. Finally called after 4-5 hrs but he was in bad cell area said he would call back. No call. Dave showed up next day without calling. Wanted another $119. Agreed to honor $39. Checked drains and said problem was between outside cleanout and sewer main (county). County came out with camera to check lines. Said problem was under slab. I rented electric snake from Home Depot. Cleared problem under slab in an hour.

Description of Work: very prompt, very knowledgeable , very professional. We had no idea what was wrong with our toilet. The man came in flushed it a couple of times, went to his truck, got his drain-snake, and in about 10 mins. opened it. He gave me an information card about some slick stuff Roto-rooter sells to prevent the problem from happening again. If I ever needed a plumber again I would most definitely call them.

Description of Work: I called Roto-Rooter to inquire regarding a drain cleanout or main line cleanout...asking for a ball park figure if this was all needed (my washer drain backed up late yesterday, we're on a septic tank and it had been a while since pumping, I actually had Shelley's come pump same day after normal hours, it was pretty full and unfortunately broke the lid, ugh, the men were very nice and worked quickly ). Anyway, I explained to Roto Rooter rep that all sinks, toliets, showers were draining and thought it was most likely a buildup of pet hair, lint, etc from the laundry. She immediately started going thru a spiel that a tech would have to come out to determine what was needed and then give an estimate. She spoke VERY FAST and when I told her I was alittle hard of hearing, asking her to slow down, she YELLED..."ARE YOU ON A SPEAKER PHONE?", which I had switched to because she was loud to begin with. I said yes and asked again whether they had a set price for running the main line from the roof? She said that's not the way they work and was STILL YELLING and quite rude! Well, they certainly will NOT BE GETTING MY BUSINESS....come on, running a main line isn't rocket science, I called half a dozen other local companines and they didn't hesitate to give me an estimate should that be all needed. I have someone coming out soon to do that job. Big corporate companies aren't always the way to go I'm finding out!

Description of Work: At 3:00 AM, I found that my house plumbing was backing up into both bathrooms. I called Roto-Rooter and asked if they serviced my area. I was told they did, and that a technician would come out between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. I got another call at 8:00 AM. I was told that there was a mistake, and that they did not service my area.
