Called them to detect leak, they were punctual and efficient, I can't fault that , but their price was very high. $1600 to excavate and repair a leaking pipe and install a shut off valve, and that was after a discount of $200. I subsequently called a different company that did the repair for roughly a third of the initial price. I can't fault the workmen, it's a marketplace thing, but I would advise anyone using them to get a couple of quotes elsewhere if the price seems unreasonable

I can't imagine how it could be worse. Absolutely NOTHING was accomplished. A single person was here for approximately seven hours . The ONLY thing that was different when he left was there was a large oil stain on my driveway left there by the piece of equipment he used. How much did they charge me for accomplishing ZERO? The original bill he hand me was for One thousand , eight hundred and fifty dollars - $1,850. I said you must be kidding me. He then allegedly made a call to his office and said he could reduce the amount to $1,491.89. I reluctantly wrote a check for that amount still complaining about the outlandish charge. I talked with a supervisor the next day who told me that they should not have charged me so much and that he would give me at least some credit if I would authorize him to go to the next step which would be another $4,500 with no guarantee of success. I'm 78, old enough to have heard of a lot of ripoffs over the years. This one tops them all! My advice to others is when you hear the name Roto-Rooter, cover your ears and run as fast as you can in the opposite direction.

Arrived on time. The plumber that showed up said he couldn't work on soldered copper pipe. They said it would be the next day before they could get someone to do it. When I complained they said it was my fault for not telling them up front it was copper pipe. Very bad attitude. Second time we called them for anything. Couldn't remember why we made a note not to call them but we did anyway. Never again.

I called them to service a rental property. Told the rep no one was home at the moment. She reassured me that the dispatcher would be calling me to schedule the appointment. Less than an hour later I get a call from the tech asking me for a gate code. I informed him, as I did the rep, that no one was home at the moment, to which he replied in a condescending tone, "sorry". I was furious at his disrespectful attitude. He told me he'd come back the next day. He called me in the morning and when I didn't hear my phone ring, he didn't even make an attempt to call the tenant even though they have her number. They act like they really don't want the business. Would not hire again.

I made an appointment online for the next day for an estimate. When they missed the window I called them and they told me would be another 2 hours. After that they called me and said he was enroute. He never showed and they made me a new appointment for the next day. Again a no show. I called again and they tried to reschedule me, at this point I was going to cancel but they called back and said he was on the way, When the tech arrived he was arrogant to the point I was going to ask him to leave. 3 days later they still do not have my quote. I called another company and contracted with them.

They couldn't find the clean out pipe and had to send a camera through the toilet. They found the clog and returned the next day to repair the broken pipe. Found out from a family member that had similar work done by the same company that we had paid a lot more than they did for some reason.

First of all he was late. He said he would come earlier in the day, but came at the end. That wasn't the biggest deal though. When he came he looked at the tank, kind of looked around, but didn't bend down to look at the tank or anything. He said we should empty both of them We had them pumped out and that wasn't the problem, we had a broken pipe and that had to be fixed. We had problem with our grey water baking up in to our kitchen.He just didn't care enough to look at the problem. He didn't even go around to look at the tank. The only thing i would say good is that he was clean, he was polite enough. It seems like it was the end of the day and he didn't want to start anything new. He didn't really look into it, he kinda just said I needed to get it to be pumped. He ended up costing us $400 to pump the tank when that wasn't the problem.

Very good experience. Plumber was friendly and professional. He told me how much it would cost before he did the work. The drain has never worked this good since we moved in the house almost 6 years ago.

Sent someone who said it might be the back flow valve but they didn't have anyone who was qualified. Hired someone else who knew what they were talking about & it was nothing to do with back flow pressure. Fixed in 30 minutes.

They set an appt from noon to 4pm. At 3pm they called and said we were next. My wife called at 4:20pm and they said another hour. My wife called again at 6pm and they said they had no idea. At 7:30pm my wife called to cancel. Pathetic, no communication, very unprofessional.

The serviceman that came out had actually done some repair work on my toilet back in January and I was happy to see that he was back again. He quickly determined what the problem was and repaired my faucet quickly.

My only complaint would be how late the technician was for each of my two appointments. I had to call to see if they were still coming and being on vacation didn't make it any better. I had to inconvenience my friend to stay at my house and wait hours for them. When they showed up they did a good job.

Ricardo Blas did an excellent job. Very friendly and professional. Price was a little high but definitely well worth it!

I decided to only have the bathroom work done since it would be a major project to correct the exterior problem. I was charged $99 for the visit. The remainder would have been another $40 but they gave that to me for free. They gave me all the information I need for when I decide to do the outside repair.

It went well we called Roto-Rooter And they showed up in good timing , Michael explained everything that was gonna happen and told us how to take care of our drains. We also purchase the cleaner, would differently clean and request Mr.Chastain back for our plumbing needs.. very friendly and room his time...

It went well. They gave me a chance to fill containers so that they can turn the water off for the night. They came back the next day later than I had anticipated but the job got done. The plumber did not leave until every faucet in the house was turned on to make sure that there were no air bubbles in the pipes.

They are great, on time, the last time they came a lot earlier than I thought they would be there. They are very efficient, clean up good, good company. The toilet drain, the main drain, they had to snake out the way pass tree stumps out to the road. In the last 6 months they have been out at least 3 times for different things. The price was pretty average. My daughter sent me a text message saying the toilets were all clogged up, I called them right away, they gave me an approximate time and they were about an hour and a half even before that. The guy called me when he was on his way and said he would be there in a half an hour. I was like, oh wow that was quick! They are right on target, clean up, their truck is professional, they are really well known. They are pretty much a staple around here.

When I called I talked to Linda, there was no trip charge, they diagnosed it, and called me with the estimate. I was able to pay over the phone with a card, which again was very convenient since I was out of the area. Linda was pleasant, professional, and helpful. They were prompt in giving us an appointment. They contacted the tenant directly and made the appointment with them. I had a coupon and since I wasn't there I couldn't give it to him, but he let me send a picture and honored the coupon.

We have had noisy water pipes since we purchased this 13 year old townhome in Kissimmee a year ago. RR (Roto-Rooter) Plumbing service came out and after trouble-shooting (eliminating other possible causes), replaced offending cartridge and water diverter/balancer within the wall. Special thanks to plumber Cesar. He has 17 years of plumbing experience, and did outstanding job of locating the problem and correcting it. Next time we have a problem that requires a plumber we will phone RR and ask for Cesar. Also, if a friendly personality matters to you as well as professionalism, we highly recommend Cesar at RR.

I was very impressed with the service technician (Francisco). He quickly identified and solved the problem. My drains are working perfectly. He was very professional, informative, and advised me in advance of the work he would perform. He left the work area pristine clean.

Once the source of the problem was determined the technician went to work explaining exactly what he was going to do. He was very professional and took the time to offer us advice so the issue will not happen again. Kudos to him for leaving his family and coming out on Christmas Day to resolve this issue for us and our family!

The technician provided a free estimate of the job needing to be performed. We agreed on the proposal of work to be performed. The job involved drilling through blocked walls and running new PVC piping through the system with a separate bypass line for potable water to the residence. After a couple visits for leak checks and system integrity the job was completed to full satisfaction.
