They did a great job, they were thorough, and went above and beyond.

Reliance came to our home, reviewed the workscope, provided a quotation and answered all of our questions. Based on the previous reports for this company found on Angies List, we awarded them the contract. On Monday their two plumbers-Gary Scharf and Oscar Mena arrived at our home. They laid our drop cloths in the work areas and began installing the new piping the first day. The second day the water was turned off and the new system was connected to the water supply. All of the access areas were covered and sealed. All of the work areas were cleaned before they left. The contract was completed in the quoted timeframe at the quoted price. Their employees were a pleasure to work with on this project. I would recommend them to anyone.

While the people in the office with whom I spoke and the technician who came to my house were professional, punctual, and very polite, I hired another company that did the work for a reasonable price.

We had a leak and they found it and they had to cut a whole in the drywall. They repaired it. They knew what they were doing and did a good job. They also put in a faucet, garbage disposal, and ran a line to the fridge. We would recommend them to other people.

Ed came in and introduced himself then took a look at our shower problem. Within a few minutes he was able to tell us what the problem was and that we need to talk to our contractor who did the work because it would get really expensive when getting into the wall. I asked about a few more problems like a leak under my faucet that I had fixed, and he was able to answer all of my questions. Overall he gave us some good information and direction and didn't charge a dime for it.

They were very professional from the initial call to completion of the work. They came when they said the would and told me the cost up front. The worker was fast and did an excellent job.

He was very professional and answered all the questions I had regarding the work that was going to be required. Prices were given before the work was done, and they gave me $25 dollars off for mentioning that I found them on Angie's List. I would highly recommend this company.

Did a great job, overcame some problems fitting new fixture into granite countertop. Very professional. We've used them several times before and always had good results.

The toilet repair occurred without any unusual occurrences. Reliance representative informed me of option of cleaning and repairing the valve vs replacement. I decided on replacement as the repair would be guaranteed and the cost difference was not significant. The spigot replacement ended up being considerably more involved than I anticipated. As the technician investigated the problem he kept me well informed about what he found and the options available to me. He sought my approval for each additional step and let me know what the cost would be. The technician did an excellent job in repairing the concrete block wall. He had to open a 2 foot by 6 inch hold to accomplish the repair. He installed a wire mesh and cemented over the hole. Then he simulated the stucco texture. The only portion of the repair left to me is to paint over the repair after the cement has cured. We have used this company before and have consistently been satisfied.

One of the better plumbing companies that I have contacted. They were easy to work with, very professional and I would use them again and recommend them.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD BECAUSE THEY SOLVED MY PROBLEM AND DIDN'T HAVE TO COME BACK OUT AGAIN. I HAVE USED THEM MORE THAN ONCE. THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY.

THE PLUMBER CAME OUT AND SAID HE THOUGHT HE COULD FIX THE DISPOSAL THAT WAS JAMMED. HE FREED IT UP AND THE TENANT TOLD ME IT QUIT WORKING TWO DAYS LATER. THE PRICE WAS OUTRAGEOUS FOR FIVE MINUTES OF BAD WORK.
