They were so polite to me.

Rainaldi Plumbing was able to repair the leak but was not able to replace the faucet. They could not do it with the parts the manufacturer sent to me. They were going to come back out after I got new parts but I had already spent $500 with them and decided not to call them back.

The service man arrived punctually, diagnosed the problem, and made the correction quickly.

The plumbers were very professional and did a very thorough, neat job. It was a complicated repair but the shower should last for a much longer time now.

It took them tree hours to come out, with no phone communication saying how soon they would come until two hours had past (in spite of two phone calls to their main number to ask for an ETA. When the plumber finally did arrive, he was nice, but spoke on his cell phone the entire time he was working, taking more time than I thought was necessary, charged me a whole lot of money, and left an incomplete job. He said the office would call on Monday to send someone out to finish the job, but they never did. He also charged a lot more than I think the job was worth, though I didn't have any basis for comparison.

They responded to my call immediately, got here when they told me they would, and finished the work promptly. Three professionally dressed men, who communicated with each other well, came and did good work.

They were late to begin with. They started the work and were using fowl language. I finally got fed up with them at 10:00 pm and threw them out of my house. It took 2 weeks for another crew to finish the job. They were very unprofessional.

Our water heater sprung a leak and we shut off the water and called the company late Friday evening. We were told they would send someone in the morning by 8 AM. When no one showed up we called again and were told he was late coming from another job. By 9:30 AM he showed up. He said he couldn't do anything until Monday and he just recommended we dry out the area. On Monday they showed up but they couldn't figure out how to turn off the electricity to the heater since it was on an energy management program and the power company had it hooked up to bypass the breaker panel. I told them to shut off the power to the house from outside. They couldn't figure that out so they told me to contact the power company to find out how. That evening I did it myself. When they came back they replaced the water heater and left. But when we tried it out a few hours later it wasn't heating. So I called them back out and they sent a more experienced person to fix it, which he did.

Fixed leak but charged a very high price. I called the company afterwards (I was out of town and did not negotiate the initial price). They said that they price their work "from a book". After two calls they did offer to cut some money from the price, but I was very unhappy with the experience.

Customer felt that there was a lack of honesty, being shown a part that was causing the leak, but the part was not obviously defective. Customer felt that pressure was used to force customer to choose a new faucet rather than repair the old one.

We called lots of 24 hour plumbers and found out most don't actually provide 24 hour service. Rainaldi does, and their employee Oscar was very courteous and professional. We will be calling Rainaldi again.

Same day service, way too expensive for the work. I had hired them for a full re-pipe years ago, guess their prices went up.

The response and repair time was excellent. It appears that the job was done well, but I thought that the price was kind of excessive. Not long ago, I paid a different plumber $114.00 on a Sunday for a similar job. I would use them again but only in an emergency.

The company kept us informed as to anticipated arrival time, since it turned out we were not going to be the first stop as originally indicated. The plumber was knowledgeable, professional and suggested a solution that we could do ourselves.

Charged me for 2 hours worth of work he never did for me. After contacting the BBB, 2 weeks later they took the charge off.

I THINK THAT THEY HAVE SOME INCOMPETENTS WORKERS THERE, AND I THINK THEY ARE TERRIBLY EXPENSIVE. I WOULDN'T CALL THEM AGAIN. THEY DO HAVE SOME HONEST PEOPLE WORKING THERE WHO CAUGHT SOME OF THE FIRST GUY'S MISTAKES, BUT I WOULDN'T CALL THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY ARE THE BEST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY ARE EFFICIENT. THEY ARE CLEAN, AND THEY ARE GOOD. THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO BE HERE, AND THEY ARE HERE. THEY DID REALLY GOOD WORK. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

IT WAS EXCELLENT WORK AND THEY ARE WONDERFUL. I CALLED THEM UP BECAUSE OF THE LEAK. I WAS SORT OF DESPERATE, AND THEY CAME OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS. THE GENTLEMAN WAS VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, DID HIS JOB AND WAS GONE.

IT WAS OK. I WASN'T OVERLY EXCITED ABOUT IT, BUT I WASN'T DISSATISFIED. I NORMALLY DO MY OWN REPAIR WORK, BUT THAT DAY I COULDN'T DO IT BECAUSE I HAD TO BE SOMEWHERE ELSE. I WAS ON A VERY TIGHT SCHEDULE. I CALLED SEVERAL PLACES, AND THEY WERE THE ONLY ONE THAT COULD DO IT FOR ME WITHIN THE TIME FRAME.

Everyone was very polite and punctual. The person on the phone gave me an approximation of when she could have someone here and they technician arrived at the appointed time. The work was done quickly and cleanly.

The disconnection of the pipes went fine. Rinaldi came back to reconnect the pipes and seal the drain. They did not check well enough and we found a leak in the pipe under the sink. When they came back to fix the leak, the man discovered that the wrong stuff was used to to seal the drain on a Corian sink.

THE RAINALDI REP WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO AND WAS VERY EXPEDIENT ABOUT IT. HE KNEW WE WERE A LITTLE DISTRESSED AND HE ACTUALLY TRIED TO HELP CLEAN UP!
