Well, I have given them the benefit of the doubt and have kept my patience, but I have to say this was the worst experience I have ever had in a service that is supposed to help you. I’m not one who writes bad reviews, but when things go wrong, it needs to be said and someone needs to take responsibility for it. I had a technician come here for three days straight where I’ve had to stay home from work and come to find out after paying almost $600 they don’t know what the problem is and can’t even fix it. July 10 I wanted maintenance done on the air conditioning because it was making a hissing high-pitched sound at night. The second day same technician came back, looked like he cleaned it said nothing was wrong. Third day told me that the system is in perfect working condition and is top-notch (it is less than four years old so it should be). He worked outside and came and told me that my coolant was low, and asked if he could fill it. I said yes, of course. I was never told or showed what that cost was or how much it was and was not given the option to choose. He told me that it’s an air duct problem and that they don’t fix and then showed me the bill. I had an air duct specialist come and said they are clean. I’ve called and asked today three times for someone to call me back to simply discuss what has happened and no one has returned my call. I don’t know if anything will be or can be done about this but all should know that kind of service is unforgettable and wrong. I felt like I was manipulated ended getting something I did not need due to them not being able to find the problem

Do NOT use for Polly pipe replacement unless you want to pay way too much money to be lied to and have to deal with all the people these guys run over in their attempts to do a good job. Took a VER long time to get done due to their many many mistakes and lies. Worst 6000 (5900- pictured) I’ve ever spent. I knew this was higher than most plumbers but these guys claimed (falsely) to be the Best. #1: Told me that they would correspond with HOA to make sure everything is not a violation. Left the pictured pipe showing and took additional time to resolve this after I got a call from the HOA. They had to go through the downstairs tenants apartment to resolve and claimed they would fix drywall quickly. #2. After getting the HOA happy, I got a call from the downstairs tenant mad that the drywall was left un-repaired (PICTURED) for too lengthy of a time. I was confused as to why this would be until Rainaldis support rep let it slip that they had FAILED THE INSPECTION. This was kept secret from me and I was left wondering why in the world it was taking so long. Of course - it was because of incompetence. FAILED INSPECTION PICTURED. #3. Lastly, when I think this nightmare is all finally over, I get a call from the electrician saying that Rainaldi left my front door WIDE OPEN. This was just the cherry on top of the incompetence sundae. TLDR: A failed $6000 mistake. Took three times longer than they said it would. Dangerously gross incompetence. Do NOT make the same EXPENSIVE mistake I made. EDIT: They are 2 stars on Yelp (pictured). May need to investigate some of these positive reviews. (See Google Review for Pictures)

Shannon was my service tech, and, as usual, was fast and efficient, tuning up my heat pump and air handler. He replaced parts as needed, and thoroughly explained everything to me. He was professional and personable. Thanks, Shannon!

Excellent. Jose our technician was very professional. The company called us before to let us know when he was on the way and called us after to follow up.

TERRIBLE my 76 year old mother was screamed at by the technician until finally my mother and sister had to repeatedly tell him to leave the property he wouldn't .the technician showed up for a leak detection service he walked around the house and said he heard the water leaking which nom one else could told her he would have to tear the wall out ,never did an actual leak detection check. When my mother questioned him he started screaming at her .She asked if he was sure this is where the leak was and if he could guarantee it ,he began screaming at he and telling her he had 11 years experience doing this and he knew but he could not guarantee anything. At this point my sister told him to leave the property he refused and continued yelling at them finally he left this was a terrible experience for a 76 year old woman.

Our water heater went out 3 days before Christmas. I call Rinaldi early on 12/22 and was told they would schedule us for Thursday 12/24. WE had out of town guests, but that was the best they could do. The did not show, did not call, and at 6 P Mon 12/26 we still haven't heard anything. Now I'm scrambling to try and find someone to do the work on a weekend!!!! They are NOT reliable.

I call them on a Sunday afternoon with a broken pipe. Jose Arroyo was the best. He arrived within 30 minutes. Fixed my pipe and had water restored while battling mosquitoes and the rapidly approaching sunset.

Carlos Rodriguez showed up earlier than expected which is great when your ac isn’t working. He was very professional explained everything he was doing and I wasn’t over charged or sold a bunch of additional things. My regular AC company dropped the ball for the last time. I called Rainaldi they had someone out to me in hours. Very satisfied with my experience. I previously had service on my plumbing with Rainaldi and it was a great experience also. Thanks for Keeping us cool Carlos !!!

Worst AC service and repair ever. They missed our first two "appointments" saying they were too busy. They showed up for the third one. Our 4 year old AC was working before they came, just not 100% efficient, so wasn't really a rush for us to get the service done. They charged us $300 to replace a part that costs less than $50, but figured they needed to be paid for the time so agreed. This "repair" completely broke our AC a few hours after the tech left. Have been calling them repeatedly ever since. They keep saying how sorry they are and they'll send a tech out soon but none has showed up. We're on day 2 of no AC.

This is the second time we have used this company and the last. We had them come last year to replace the inner part of the toilet. That went fine. We decided to use them again. We found out the piece they replaced only a year ago needed to be replaced again (and they wanted to charge us $300 for that)......and the new issue was overpriced. We needed to replace our emergency valve and they charged $450. Would not recommend this company.

Not well!! They worked on the problem a year and a half ago and we paid $380.- Just to replace a $.025 pvc elbow, and the it was never fixed. We were left with a ongoing leak and growing mold problem, Called them to take another look at it and again they wanted to charge us $211.- just to look at the shoddy work that was done. And then we would be charged whatever to get them to fix it again! Don’t use these sheysters unless you like to be taken advantage off, they are out to get your money for incompetent work!

They never returned to finish the job. They wanted to be paid in full and I refused and held money until finished. They didn’t return my call and never finished.

The sewer was backed up at my business so I called based on the reviews. The tech got here an quoted me 2 prices $250.00 and $484 for the longer version but started with the cheaper one. after 2 hours of work and the charge of 484 they told my septic tank is full. I they would have sent an experienced tech. he would have realized that from beginning and I would have only paid the service charge for coming out. Wasted almost $500 dollars.

It was an emergency call and they responded quickly and efficiently. Very professional. Would use them again.

They were quick and professional and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time.

In the middle of our kitchen renovation we discovered a previous plumber had run replacement water lines through several cabinets to hook up under the sink, rather than having them in the wall. Since we were doing a full demolition, we asked Rainaldi to come reroute the Pex lines through the wall before we closed the walls with sheetrock. Andre was dispatched that same day and got the job done quickly and courteously. The cost of this service was $373, which I hadn't thought about at the time due to the promptness required. We had Andre write up a quote to reconnect the pipes to the kitchen sink & 3 bathroom sinks once all of the new counter tops & sinks were installed. This included the water/drain line for the dishwasher and hooking up the new garbage disposal. The quote for this job was $1,505. I nearly fell off my chair! I think it was put together as separate job orders (like, including the service charge for each sink rather than once for the job), but I didn't pursue it. We could find someone to perform this service for a lot less money. Other than the price on the estimate, this was a great service provider, but I'm not sure if I can afford to hire them back again.

They are expensive but they get the job done. If you have a true emergency situation they sometimes take crews from one job and send them to the emergency right away. They are wise enough to be able to do that.

. John C and Nick were on the hot water replacement early in the am removed the old tank that was clogged with water and neatly replaced the old tank with the heat pump hot water heater. They also showed us that there was a lot of minerals in the old tank and suggested that we add a water filter to extend the life of the new system. They made sure that we knew how to use the new system and came back a few times to insure that we had the correct water temperature. The job was done in an extremely professional and efficient manner. Because of their professionalism we called the back to fix a leaking toilet that was set incorrectly by the tile company previously. John was on site first thing in the morning with all the tools to replace the flange and re seat the bowl. He was extremely neat and professional. He also was able to give me some tips to install a sound bar to my television, very knowledgeable. We have lived in this home only 2 years . In our other home 30 years . There we had a relationship with all our service people for many years. We have other plumbers in this new home which we did not call back. We feel that we have made a friend as well as a service provider with John C and Nick.

They were on time, arrived at 9:AM went to work immediately, were completed and gone by 5:pm. They were courteous, industrious and cleaned up behind themselves. Great service

Outstanding service ! Technician John Cuffari arrived on time to do an estimate. He gave me good advice regarding the water main supply line. He arrived promptly to perform the work. John and his assistant were profession and courteous. I am happy with the work performed by Rainaldi Plumbing. Rainaldi Plumbing will be my 'go to' plumber for any other plumbing issue.

Quick, easy. Jose A. was amazing. Disconnected a stubborn hose for the washing machine and helped with the piping for dishwasher too drain into disposal. Courteous and awesome. Will be using Rainaldi for everything.

I bought the Rainaldi plumbing maintenance package and during the routine maintenance I asked the plumber to check a few leaking faucets. He did and said he would get back to me with info about replacing them. Seven weeks later and numerous phone calls to his supervisor Dale and I was finally told that the faucets were not able to be fixed. At the same time my son came home from his summer session at college. He used the shower for the first time since the plumber had been there. The next morning there was a large water bubble in the ceiling below. I called Rainaldi and explained the leak and that they said they would have someone call me soon. Not till six hours later did they call and it was only to explain that they couldn't fix the faucet! I told them it was not about the faucet and that I had a leak which Dale claimed no one had told him about. The next day they finally sent a plumber, after the water being shut off in the house for 24 hrs. Their plumber Jeff, quoted me $1200 to fix the valve in the wall. I asked him to explain the charges, hourly, the equipment, etc. He could not/would not. I declined him fixing it. I called Jeff's Plumbing and they sent someone who fixed the problem for $500. In the end it was not even the valve, even though I had him replace it anyway, still for only $500 and during emergency after hour prices! We had to figure that out by cutting into the wall ! In the end the problem that has cost me about $900 ($135 for Rainaldi estimate, $500 for Jeff's Plumbing and the rest to repair the ceiling and wall) is because the original Rainaldi plumber removed the plate on the shower to look at the valve cartridge to see what it needed to be replaced. He never re-caulked the plate back and the first time the shower was used it leaked behind the plate and down into the wall, etc. Through this Rainaldi has been less than helpful, evasive and outright dishonest. I would never want anyone to be shafted by this company ! Please beware!

She was good in explaining what was wrong, offering some recommendations on how to make sure you're treating the air conditioner well and telling you ways to save money with your air conditioning. She is a lady air conditioning person; she was really cool. They were prompt. They came and they sent you a picture of who is coming.

Very Well. Service provided by Jesse. Very professional and courteous. I can always count on Rainaldi. They have been our plumbers for ten years, including a full-house repipe and other things.
