Jesse showed up between 9-9:30am (which is the time I had been given). He was professional, friendly and very efficient. He quickly fixed the leak and added a cutoff valve. I ended up saving $25 off the bill with one of their online coupons. Would recommend Rainaldi to anyone with plumbing problems. I will definitely call them again, should the need arise.

I contacted Rainaldi Home Services to have a plumber come out to a newly purchased 30 yr old home. The house had a "whole house filter" on the side of building that was leaking an corroded. My service provider was Greg Watts & he was punctual, polite & informative. Greg explained all my options with cost and need level included. Work was performed neatly & timely. I would recommend Rainaldi & use them again. I was so pleased w/performance that I purchased a 1 yr maintenance agreement from Greg for plumbing & AC

I woke to a flooded garage when my old water heater crapped out. Called a couple of places and got the best deal from Rinaldi. The technician was polite and professional and thorough in explaining options and the work he would be doing.

They arrived on time and finished up as expected. There was one glitch that their inspector noticed before he came to start up the system. However, he called another technician in to help him and they stayed until the problem was corrected and the A/C was running. They knew it was hot and didn't want me to have to spend the night in the heat while waiting for someone to come out the following day. I was very impressed with everyone from the sales rep to the technicians performing the job and would not hesitate to recommend them. We comparison-shopped for prices with three companies and although their price was approx $150 higher, we felt we were getting a better A/C unit (Carrier vs Bryant) and excellent responsiveness from the company. It impressed me that a representative called us the next day to ensure the system was working as expected.

Excellent. They arrived the very next day after we signed the contract and did the work as expected. No problems at all and very happy to have hot water again!

I compared quotes from three different companies in the area. Rainaldi provided four options on their quote -- Premium Plus to Basic. The salesman went over the pros and cons of each. Installation was scheduled in a timely manner and the installation was completed in one day, in spite of the fact there were some special challenges. I was very impressed by the fact that the person who came out to give me the quote was also the person who came to do the install, so there was no controversy between what the "salesman" said and what the "installer" was going to do. Later there was a problem with restricted air flow into one of the bedrooms. When I reported the situation, I was able to deal with the same person and a correction was made in a timely manner. I schedule routine semi-annual maintenance checks and look forward to many years of trouble-free service. I would definitely recommend Rainaldi.

They were great. They worked fast, did the job well and was very knowledgeable.

Air was not working Friday night. I called in and they quickly returned my call. As it was late, I made an appointment for Saturday morning. They arrived on time and made the repair in the pouring rain. Had to replace a capacitor.

I am very happy at the incredible job that I received. Everything went flawlessly. I was able to book a week prior. I received a confirmation phone call the day before. The two men arrived on time and went through everything with me prior to starting. Once the water was turned off and these two men started , they did not stop until the water was turned back on 5 to 6 hours later. The supervisor showed up 5 hours into the project to make sure all was well. I was impressed with all three of these men. The next morning the drywall people showed up on time and did a Great Job patching the walls. Considering the doubt and concern I had going into this project, I would have to say " I could not be happier. Great experience.

We used Rainaldi about three years ago and were happy with the repair. Today, I called about 10:00 a.m., and was scheduled the same day. The office called with a 1/2 hour warning to let me know the technician was on his way. Mike was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem and quoted me a fee. But, when I asked if it were something I could purchase at the hardware store and replace myself, he said yes. I said great! What do I owe you for the service call? - and he said nothing! Can't ask for better service than that. I would absolutely recommend them, and will not hesitate to call with future plumbing issues.

During inspection after he replaced shower arm and leak checked, technician said shower drain was leaking. He proposed demolition and new shower pan for $1950. That would have required additional $2000 minimum to retile shower, etc. I called another plumber for second opinion and leak check. No leaks were found. Could shower arm have been replaced when house was re-piped? Seemed there was no "goodwill" for a repeat customer on a weekend.

After they left my house I realized that 12,000.00 in jewelry had been stolen. I immediately contacted the police and they took it from there. I just wanted other people to be aware of this company.

My wife and I were so excited to move into our new home until we discovered that all of the home plumbing consisted of Polybutylene piping; and having it replaced was not an option. After extensive research and gathering numerous estimates, we decided to move forward with Rainaldi Home Services and could not have made a better choice. The entire process went smoothly and all of the service representatives were very professional. After seeing the great work that they did on our house, we highly recommend their services. First time, the plumber quoted me a price between 'a' and 'b'. The second guy to come out ( from the same company), quoted me a price that started at 'd' and went up from there. What really angers me is that I made the appointment so that I could have the work done on my off time. Because they were four days late the first time, and two days late on the follow up visit, I now have to figure something else out.

Repair was ok. Tech looked at ground wash-out and prepared a near $400 estimate. Freshly home from the hospital, I authorized the repair. A week later, I talked to a couple of plumbers, described the situation and was advised the fix should have been in the $150-$175 range. Not at all pleased with this contractor. Good response & service but you pay for it!

Rainaldi Plumbing responded quickly to our leak. They communicated well and took care of every detail. I had them re-pipe our house the next week. Their crews were excellent and workmanship perfect. They cleaned up after themselves and treated our house like it was their own. Careful to keep our dogs in the house as they went in and out. In three days they did the re-pipe, Longwood city inspected, and all drywall were repaired. We were only without water for 8 hours. I can't recommend them more. My only concern was the cost. You get what you pay for. They are worth it! Thanks Rainaldi!

We own six rental units and when an issue arises the tenant calls us and then we contact the service provider. We use angies list and have a lot of experience with different service providers and have built up a list of preferred providers based on promptness, professionalism, and of course, price. In this case the tenant called the plumber directly after finding them via a Google search. The plumber determined that the clog was caused by flushed wipes and feminine products. He spent less than an hour clearing the clog and charged us $370. Asked to justify the bill, the plumber replied that it was the going rate. I told him that most attorneys don't get that kind of hourly rate. We have called other plumbers for similar issues in the past and have never paid more that $250. Therefore, you should not use Rainaldi if you want to pay a fair price for the work.

We were in the process of purchasing our home but could not get insurance with the Polybutylene piping. This company came highly recommended to us by a friend for the house repipe. We contacted them, along with a couple of other companies, for a quote. They came out right away and provided us with a reasonable quote. We were told it should only take 3 days - 1 day for the repipe, 1 day for the inspection from the county and 1 day for the drywall repair. Seemed reasonable and a little quicker than we were expecting (we found out this is pretty standard). We did a little research to determine if we wanted to go with PEX piping (which Rainaldi installs) or CPVC (which the other company installs). We determined PEX was the way to go. They could start right away! We closed on the house on a Wednesday and they were there on Friday to begin the work. I left them alone to do the work and headed back to our rental to finish packing for the move. When they finished they called to let me know, locked up and left. All seemed good to go. When we later arrived at the home it was a mess. The woman we purchased the home from kept it immaculate. Not a speck of dust ANYWHERE. Rainaldi however left a black handprint on the wall, stain on the rug, drywall dust all over the bathroom floors (which by the way hardens when wet), crooked lines going into the walls from the sinks and toilets, insulation all over the attic access, dirt and junk in both showers and probably worst of all a large softball size piece of foam insulation in a drawer they had NO NEED to be in. I was furious. I called right away to explain my disappointment and inquire as to how this was going to be resolved. I asked for the gentleman who I met with to give me a quote (very kind, efficient and professional) to come back out to the house to see the mess as he had see how spotless it was prior to his men doing the work. The company agreed, but at the last minute sent the repipers manager (again, very kind and professional). He seemed disgusted with what he saw which was reassuring, but I wonder if it was an act. None the less, I requested his men come back and clean up to which he said he'd send a cleaning crew after the drywallers came. I thought that was reasonable. It took 2 weeks to get the drywallers to come (a company that is hired by Rainaldi to do the work, but you have to schedule directly with them). So, in the mean time, Rainaldi came back out to clean. They did an okay job. I had to follow them through the house to make sure they got everything. When I mentioned the crooked lines from the toilets and sinks they said it flexible piping and those will never be straight. I can understand that, but a 45 degree angle is far from close to straight. He agreed and said that the drywallers would fix that when they came. I said, they have no need to be under the sinks as there is no drywall there and they can't drywall on the tile in which the toilet lines are sitting. Reluctantly he straightened the pipes and they look good. I explained this to the drywallers who thanked me up and down for requiring the plumbers fix it as the drywallers don't. In hindsight, we would not go with PEX piping as my husband doesn't know how to work on it but can work on CPVC. Other than that, the PEX still seems like the way to go. I spoke with the office gals numerous times and they were very sympathetic and said they have talked with the whole crew regarding this situation. I appreciated their patience as we did not pay a penny until all was said and done. Project FINALLY completed 9/24 with the county inspection.

Repair to Hot Water Heater 3/2015 - Met my expectations which are high. Tech came out, figured out what was needed, gave advise which at time seemed more than needed but after thinking about it he was right, but my trust in their abilities as a provider continues to make this an A rating for me. Very happy with the replumb and the recent repair to HWH. Replumb 7/2013 - On time. As promised it was completed in two days. Day one the replumb and 2nd day the dry wall repaired. The home was being renovated from ground up. I didn't expect the drywall work to turn out as good as it did. Amazing for such a large job. Adam came out and gave me the estimate. He listened to my needs and desires translating to a quote with a few options. I wanted to put the faucets for the showers in a different place with new valves. The price was fair and met my needs. I gave the go ahead and the day the crew showed up as promised. The prlumbing crew did a great job despite the hot weather. Clean up afterwards. The drywall crew blew me away how quickly they fixed the drywall and matched it. The stucco guy same comment. Gave me what I'd hoped and more.

This is the 2nd time Jesse has been here to do work. Very professional, excellent work ethic, explains everything & presents all options of getting the job done. Very efficient and work completed rapidly. He's a credit to his family (3rd generation plumber) & company. Would definitely use this company & service tech again

The repair was well done but the price was outrageous in our opinion. The lowest priced toilet was $700. Rainaldi's was called in because mold was found during an appraisal for the house. When they arrived the serviceman was overly excited about the problem and made a mountain out of a molehill and talked us into calling in a water damage company (Damage Control) which we feel was a total scam on our home owner's insurance company. The whole thing cost us way more than it should have. We ended up dealing with 3 different service people who did not communicate with each other so we had to explain the whole problem 3 times. The first guy who was overly excited made us feel like it was a leak in the slab but everyone else felt it was a broken "o" ring which isn't a big deal to fix. Anyway, no one likes to feel like they were scammed and that's exactly how we felt. We had to get our insurance company involved which should not have been in the first place.

Took 3 visits to fond issue but they found it way down the line and got things flowing again!

I really liked Tony, the plumber. He is an older man and he really knew what he was doing. He was very honest. I lost an outside faucet because he said that it would cost another $500 so he wanted to know if I wanted it. He was really great that way. He cleaned up which I really appreciated. He wrapped every single pipe so my cold water is cold and the hot water heats up so much faster than it used to. I don't know if the cost was reasonable or not. The job was very, very well done.

I just recently relocated to the Orlando area and had been warned there were many contractors in this area who try to rip people off. It is hard to believe but this was my experience with this company... During installation of our in ground pool, our main waterline was broken. Our pool company was able to reconnect as a temporary fix. I contacted Rainaldi on a recommendation. They promptly came by and gave an estimate for the work to be completed. The job required a 17 foot section of 1 1/4" PVC piping to be moved out from the pool construction area about 2 feet and reconnected. There is a tree in our back yard however, roots were minimal and ground was all sugar sand...very easy to dig and no major roots. The technician advised me that it would require renting a trenching machine, a camera, and two guys to complete the job. Quote given was $2167.94. They could start the job the very next morning...red flag...needed work. Just out of curiosity, I asked the technician if it would be any cheaper if I had the trench dug for them. Nope. He preferred to do the work himself. He left and I contacted two other plumbing companies for an estimate: Belzer Plumbing and Shamrock Plumbing. They both advised me that the job would only take about an hour and their estimates ranged from $190 to $250. Really?? Rainaldi was going to over charge me almost 10 times more than other reputable plumbing companies. Disgusting. Rainaldi has lost my business and I definitely will not recommend this company to anyone. This experience was less than professional and knowing that they had absolutely no issue ripping off customers is very disturbing. According to other Rainaldi’s reviews, one of their customers had a brand new water heater and kitchen faucet installed for about $30 more than my estimate. Other customers had a complete re-plumbing of their house for $3400. I am trying to understand how 17 feet of PVC pipe and a trench can be almost the same cost. Who knows, maybe business is just slow and they need to cover payroll for the week. I will definitely review them on any other sites I can find. I would hate for other customers to be taken advantage of the way they tried to take advantage of me. I do not mind spending money on necessary repairs that need to be made at my home but I DO mind companies who try to take advantage of customers. If you need plumbing work done and call them, be sure to call other companies for an estimate. You may be covering their payroll for that week.
