Description of Work: I had no cool air.. I forgot what they did. But I got the two general maintenance cost..they will come again during winter.

Description of Work: Re-plumb house. Arrived on time. Overall a good experience. Only problem was the lack of drop clothes used. We only saw one. They said "the house would be like it was before they came", NOT. This process is messy no matter who does it. They were at our house for 11 hours, two crews, (3900 sq ft) and were exhausted by the end of the day. I would have insisted on a two day job had I known about the complexity of the job. I REALLY like the office staff at Rainaldi and the crews they sent were very nice and competent. Yes, I recommend Rainaldi.

Description of Work: We had a faulty whole house water filter system. The Rainaldi technician called the company on our behalf and was able to get a replacement at no charge to us. The technician removed the old unit, installed the new system, and advised us on how it worked.

Description of Work: After multiple calls, an appointment was finally made for Monday morning. The guy didn't show up until 6:30 pm. They tried to cancel the appointment, but I'd already taken the entire day off specifically for the service. The price to hook up the kitchen sink and dishwasher and install a new disposal was astronomical (almost $1000!). Will not use again.

Description of Work: Clogged drain in two bathrooms on the same side of the house. The technician snaked the lines to clear the clog. However, in diagnosing the problem he seemed to give inconsistent explanations for the possible problem (advising it was more than just a clog). I have a septic system. He never did discover the problem nor could he give an educated guess as to the cause of the problem. He recommended the replacement of two toilets to achieve additional flushing pressure, but that did not explain the clogged shower drain in the same bathroom. He just said that he has never seen anything like this before. Anyway, he was very professional and conscientious. He wanted to help but it appeared the job was a little beyond his skill level. After reading other reviews on this company it seems they are a little weak on septic systems.

Description of Work: Within 3 hours of my service call, a technician was at my home, to repair a broken garbage disposal. Before he entered my home, he covered his shoes and then we discussed the problem. Fortunately all I needed was for someone to push the reset button on the bottom of the disposal. He spent additional time explaining the dos and don'ts of disposal care. Best of all I was not charged for the service call. I will definitely use Rainaldi Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: We had a huge leak. They came in and helped us out with finding people to get the water out of our house. They then went and replaced all the piping, and fixed the leaks in our house. They gave us several options, including not re-piping. We chose to re-pipe because our house is older. It was all fixed within a day. They were phenomenal and I would recommend them to anybody.
