Description of Work: Cleaned pool filters, tested the water chemistry and added what was needed, checked and cleaned all filters and took time to say hello briefly. We've used Pristine Pool for approximately 12 years. We started with another pool service. He charged more for weekly maintenance and was very unreliable and unprofessional. Pristine Pool's rates are very competitive, but more importantly, they respond to any question or problem promptly. They converted our pool from chlorine to salt and have replaced the pump and fixed other problems. Once a year, when pollen is heavy, they respond promptly to treat and eliminate it before it gets out of hand. In Orlando, algae growth is common in pools when it is warm and pollen is heavy, but our pool always sparkles because of Pristine Pool and Patio.

Description of Work: They provide weekly maintenance of our pool as well as any repairs/modifications to the pump, filter system or anything else related to the pool as needed. When pollen levels are high a couple of times a year, they come back between visits to check the pool and re-treat it at no additional charge; they really do keep our pool sparkling! They also converted our old system to a salt system within the last 6 months, and we're very happy with the work they've done. We wouldn't use anyone else.

 + -1 moreOur monthly costs is $90.00 for routine weekly matienance, chemicals, and small repairs. The pump replacement and and other replacements were at additional cost but fair and reasonable. The charge for parts are what you get anywhere, and the cost of labor is reasonable. Ken and his crew converted our chlorine pool to a salt water pook for a relatively low cost and it is also cheaper to maintain. He has replaced worn out pool parts. After 15 years the pumping equipment does fail. His estimates have been accurate. His service excellent.
Description of Work: We have used Pristine Pools for the last 8 years, as long as we have been in the house, for our pool matienance and monthly matienance.

Ken or a member of his team comes to our house every week and take care of our pool and spa. Their work is simply outstanding. Our pool has a clarity that I don't see in many other pools. They do what they promise and they really take care of your pool. They actually spend time with our pool and it's not a rush in & out. I highly recommend this business to anyone seeking a pool care company.
