Ken was great to work with. He helped us learn how to use a new variable speed pump that he installed. He was patient to answer lots of additional questions with sound advice.

Ken and his team continue to provide the finest in pool maintenance for me. After 15 years of taking care of my pool, the quality of his care today is the same as it was the first day he started to care for my pool...top notch. Every job Ken has done for me has been done to perfection. From fixing leaks in pipes, to replacing pumps, to installing a salt system, the work is outstanding and the prices very reasonable. I highly recommend Ken and Pristine Pool & Patio! Ken always did what he said he would do. He has done several jobs for us related to our pool from replacing the pool filter housing and converting our pool to a salt system that we absolutely love! Most recently he and his team resurfaced and retiled our pool as well as replaced the light fixture. During the process Ken was present and available making sure the crews were doing what they were supposed to be doing. We had some minor issues that required some additional attention and he did not hesitate to get the crew back out and make it right. I take care of our pool weekly on my own but he has not hesitated to give me advise on how to do a better job like the professionals. My pool always looks better when he has been here. If you want a detailed, service oriented professional Ken is your man!

Ken is always on time, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and affordable. He never tries to oversell, just provides excellent service. He has been servicing our spa for over 3 years.

The job was a nightmare. The principal was not there when the job was begun. They poured the wrong color and no one was there to correct the problem. I as homeowner had to point out the wrong color was being poured. The contractor then came out and told me they did not have the right color. They then because of lack of right color in stock delayed the job by over one month. They claimed to be able to grout and instead of grouting stained my tile in such a way that it was damaged. They also scratched the tile in attempting to correct the staining. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this contractor. I wish I had. I don't know how someone so negligent got so many good reviews. Do yourself a favor FIND SOMEONE ELSE. It has been the most regrettable and unpleasant contractor experience I have had.

Ken and his team are great. We have been using Pristine Pool and Patio for the last three years and they have been doing a great job. They are very reliable and show up every week. There are times where emails aren’t answered same day but that happens with any service agent at times. They have always been good to resolve question or concerns I have and continue to provide great service. We have also had them replace a pool pump and conversion to salt water and the process was quick, easy and well done at a fair price.

Ken always kept our pool sparkling clean. He's very responsive and dependable.

Emailed me back and said they were going to call, but never did. I called and left messages several times. Never heard back from them. I went with another company.

Ken showed up when promised, was very professional, and repaired the pump at a very fair rate. System is working better than when I bought the house 5 years ago. I definitely will call Pristine Pools if I have any future problems.

We are extremely pleased with the services provided by Pristine Pool & Patio Inc. Ken has done an outstanding job. He started servicing our pool about 3 months ago, and what a difference he has made! We had stains, cloudy water and out-of-balance chemicals. The pool looks just great now! Ken is very personable and very knowledgeable on what he does, I truly appreciate the time he takes to explain what's happening, what the action plan is, and get all my questions answered. It's like having a pool class every time we talk! I definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for service excellence at a very reasonable cost.

We had another pool company come to repair our pool pump which was leaking water significantly. The same company had sold us the pump and had repaired it many times over the 3 years we have had it. Every time the tech from the other company said I had let the pool run dry---I had not. It was obviously running hot but there was no reason given for why this was happening. They recommended replacing the pump--again! After so many repairs by the same company, we decided to try Pristine Pools to get a second opinion. Ken came out and immediately saw that the pipes leading out of the pump were not the correct length in proportion to the diameter of the pipe. He wasn't sure, but this could be effecting the pump and causing it to overheat. After talking with me, he also suspected that the valves connected to these pipes were in need of replacement. The other company had worked on the valves before when I complained about bubbles, but not replaced them. Ken priced out the job to replace and repair all the things including the pump and the price was better than the other company. He did the work and the pump had NEVER run better! I am not exaggerating. Really. Couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend Pristine Pools to anyone.

The owner of the company, Ken Anuszkiewicz, accomplished the work himself and the work done was outstanding. I was provided a detailed written estimate and the work to be done was fully described to me. Quite a bit of re-plumbing was required (including a little digging) and the whole system now looks so clean and orderly. Ken removed the old equipment, tidied up the wiring and then trained me on the new equipment. Ken is a pool perfectionist and he knows his craft. Nothing less than perfect is acceptable to him. The pool is crystal clear and what a difference the salt system makes. The pump at high speed is much quieter than my old single speed pump, and you can barely hear it at all when it is running on slow speed. It's really an amazing system. Ken has taken care of my pool for many years and his work is always top notch. I highly recommend his services.

Ken, the owner, seemed very knowledgeable and professional and said he would be here on Monday each week. The next week he said someone else would be cleaning my pool and the new day would be Thursdays each week. The next week came and the pool was not cleaned until Friday (no bad weather on Thursday at all). I found several small piles of what appeared to be sand in my pool the next day(Saturday). I had no idea at first what it was and called Ken in hopes that he would come out to see what it was. He returned my second call and said he could not come and investigate due to family commitments. He said he would send someone else to look at it on Monday. I was expecting the owner of the company to investigate the problem. Someone came and left so quickly on Monday that I did not get out to the pool fast enough to speak with him. No one rang the doorbell to discuss what it was, how it got there, and what the remedy would be. The piles appeared to be gone after inspecting the pool. I have no idea of what he did but was only here about 5 minutes. I received an email from Ken stating his pool cleaners found a lot of sand in the pool on Friday when they came to clean it. He said they vacuumed it out. None of that was true as two family members and myself watched them off and on while they cleaned the pool. On the maintenance report that they leave each time, vacuuming was not checked as being performed and no mention was made of sand in the pool. There has never been any sand in my pool EVER until those last cleaners came on the Friday. We do not go to the beaches nor have anyone coming to swim who does. My guess is that it came from some of their equipment. Ken said in his email that maybe it came from the pool shock. The owner communicates more in emails rather than speaking on the telephone. He never spoke directly to me concerning the sand. Pinch a Penny said that it did not come from pool shock. I am very particular about my pool and maintain it very well. I am very disappointed in not finding Pristine Pools ability not to give the good service that I was expecting. Even though I would like to have a pool service, I feel I must return to cleaning it myself. I sent Pristine Pools a check for $90 that covered all of the services performed. I

We see Ken or his intrepid helper Josh EVERY WEEK to clean the pool & small filter, measure salt & chlorine levels & adjust accordingly, evaluate & maintain the motor & saltwater in-pool big filter system which is a complicated morass of 3 systems. Ken treats our pool like I imagine he treats his own: he tries to solve problems while remediating costs. He always gives us options: do we want him to fix t his or that, do we want someone else to do it or do we just want to wait & see? Ken always explains costs upfront, listens to us & patiently explains even the obvious or simplistic. Our value systems are similar which is a bonus. Ken's Pristine Pool & Patio operates on The Golden Rule: Treat Your Customers Like Gold. Ok, thats not Exactly the Golden Rule but its the way Ken runs his business. And I'm pretty darn happy with it!!!

Ken shocked the pool to clean it up, scrubbed years of grime off tiles and cleaned all filters. Has a plan for the season to bring pool back into shape.

It went better than expected. Ken knows what he is doing and should be proud of it. My pool has not been this clean since 2012! Really happy with his service. Super professional.

The service has been great. They do a professional job. They come on time and they do what they are supposed to do. We have had no issues in the couple of years that we have used their service.

So far the work has been good. He did the repair and then we had to drain the pool. We fired the pool back up yesterday. The guy that came out was good and he explained everything well. He came right out and did what he said he would do. He seems very conscientious and knowledgeable.

We had a different pool service when we moved in 10 years ago. He was discourteous, unprofessional, unreliable, and he charged more. We fired him and started with Pristine Pool and Patio, and we’ve been with them ever since because their work is excellent. They live up to their name: our pool is always pristine. In the hotter months, if we start to get a little algae, all we have to do is call, and they send someone out immediately; they often come back twice in a week if they see the start of a problem or if it has rained, and they don’t charge us anything extra. They are extremely courteous and professional, and we would not want anyone else to do our pool.

To my family and I it went great Ken was professional, courteous, he explained as he went along. Ken inspected the pool brushed the algae, added the appropriate chemicals. and just shoed me where certain things were where they went why they did what they did. Ken is very good at what he does and takes care of all my pool needs where all we have to do is swim. We are still using Ken and his people for all our pool needs. Ken just changed a timer for us and it works just great.

Found that the tub had leak(s), motor had burned out, and gave an estimate to make repairs. The hot tub was in a foreclosed home that we purchased. It was decided we would not repair, but instead would remove it. Matt arrived when he said he would, figured out what needed to be done to find the problems and had to overcome several obstacles to even get to the inner workings of the tub. Matt was very professional and provided the information I needed to make necessary decisions. He also showed me how to navigate his website where photos and information of our appointment would be placed later that day. I was certainly impressed with his demeanor, his skill and technical abilities and would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Pristine Pool and Patio has been an excellent service. They have provided excellent service in maintaining our pool, and have been proactive in addressing issues before they became big problems. When our pump needed to be replaced, they advised us through the new FL laws and helped us make a well-informed decision.
