Great. I called and I had someone in my house in less than 90 minutes after the call. I could even say that the guy came in within the hour. Very professional. In less than maybe 20 minutes was done. I loved the fact that he had the replacement part in his truck and did not have to leave to purchase anything.

They fixed a leaking kitchen faucet and provided replacement parts for the faucet. Everything went well and the leak is gone. We ordered replacement parts from Moen, but the plumber said they were the wrong parts. Luckily, the plumber had the right parts and that saved us from having to pay for another service call.

Professional demeanor and work.

I ended up not using the deal because I was able to resolved the problem. However, while speaking with Sahne, he was very professional.

We have owned the house on Harding street for about a decade. Sometime before that, the original tub faucet had rusted out and been replaced by a plumber who did a poor job, leaving gaps between the faucet/handles and the wall, and the faceplate unable to be properly installed. Three weeks before approaching Mercury, we had a different plumber out to the house, who diagnosed the problem and suggested a faucet extender was necessary. He charged us $80 for the visit and said he would come back when the part came in. A week later when we had not heard from him, we called and were told that the part was on back order, and he should have it the next week. The following week, we called him again, and were told the same. Frustrated, I asked several of our neighbors, and one recommended Mercury, who was just up the street. Rather than call and have another plumber show up and charge us a fee to walk through the door, I visited Mercury's offices where Tom, the owner, sat down with me. After listening to me describe the situation for five minutes he offered to drive to the house (2 miles away) and do his own analysis for no charge. Of course I said yes. Tom immediately jumped in his truck and followed me to the house, where he spent 30 minutes analyzing the situation and describing in detail what needed to be done, what the original plumber had done wrong and why the 'new' plumber's proposed solution wouldn't work. He offered to have one of his plumbers out immediately to fix the problem properly (estimated that it would take 2-3 hrs). We then drove back to his office. Once there, he grabbed one of his men, and described in detail what needed to occur. The plumber then followed me to my house. Tom's estimate turned out to be accurate - it took his plumber about 3 hrs of hard labor to correct the problems created by the original plumber and properly install the faucet. His workmanship was fantastic and I am extremely satisfied with the job. In this day and age of poor customer service, I was stunned and impressed by the way Mercury took care of my problem. I would highly recommend them in the future.

This is my second time using Mercury Plumbing. I was lucky enough to have Justin show up again. He provided prompt, professional and friendly service.

I had opted to go with this company after they estimated, by phone, that the total cost would be under $200. They charge hourly but they told me exactly what parts I needed for the job, and I felt comfortable that they were right. .I had gotten two other prices from other companies both of which would have been cheaper as it turns out. When they came out, they began work only to find that I had a couple fixtures that would not work and that the plumbing supply store gave me the wrong parts. So after an hour and a half, we had to reschedule for an extra day. The next visit lasted two and a half hours. The new guy had to look everything over and figure out where we had left off. He then proceeded to complete the job. I will say he was very nice. If,however, I had hired another company for a flat fee, the plumbing fixture errors would have been the responsibility of the plumber, not mine. All the errors caused extra charges for time to me. I asked them to come back because the tub spout they installed was wiggling around. Obviously the pipe was too long and had to be cut down a little. They told me that to do that I would have to absorb another hour of charges. My advice is that if you know exactly what you need to supply them with, or if it is a small job, by all means go with them. If it is more complicated, and you are not a semi-expert, hire a company that will give you a total price. Let them be responsible for any mishaps that occur. I have certainly learned my lesson.

It was fine. We had to call them again in December.

I discovered a leak a week before closing on a home I was selling, so I needed a speedy response. They were able to schedule service the next morning. Found a pinhole leak in the copper line. It was repaired quickly and cost me less than $100

Sean in the office worked with me to get an early appointment as i had an active water leak. Luis came out on time and very professional. He found the leak quickly, removed the section of wall to access the piping and then repaired the leak in a very professional manner. Took his time ( which wasn't long at all ) did it the right way and kept me informed every step of the way. Even left the old pieces behind. Would recommend them highly!!!

My husband started two small DIY plumbing projects on his own, and realized that he needed a bit of professional assistance. He purchased Mercury Plumbing's "1-hour special" deal offered on Angie's List at about 7:00 AM, received a call back from them in under 2 hours, and had a plumber at our house shortly afterwards. He was thrilled with the service and was extremely happy with the work that Marcus performed and the advice he provided. We will definitely use this provider for plumbing services in the future.

Fantastic. The kitchen faucet was easy but the challenge with the shower is that it required turning off the water to the apartment and I only had a vague idea as to where the valve was - buried in a garden outside. Aaron took a probe and hunted until he located it. Not knowing where the shutoff was has been a major concern, so now I am relieved. Aaron could not have been more professional, pleasant and accommodating. I had prepaid for 1 hour through Angies List, and the price was great. I highly recommend Mercury Plumbing.

Tom came by himself to do our estimate, which was very good for the amount of work to be done. Marcus arrived promptly as scheduled and worked diligently removing the old plumbing, installing the new plumbing, and jack hammering up the floor to move the shower drain. All of the plumbing work was completed in one day. As we did not have the shower curb built when Marcus came, he came back another day to install the shower pan pre-slope and liner. The entire experience was excellent with great communication, professional work, and consideration of the value of our time when scheduling and completing the job. I would highly recommend Mercury Plumbing and will not hesitate to use them again!

Everyone who I spoke to from the company was very professional and polite. Reggie was AWESOME and MaryAnn in the office was beyond helpful. Highly recommend.

Made initial contact on Angie's list and received a timely call and message back. I scheduled the work for my next day off. They were able to get me on the schedule and said they would call if they could get there earlier. I did indeed get a call that they were available earlier than scheduled. Replaced wax ring, shimmed, and sealed a toilet. They also unclogged a bathroom sink and offered advice on other questions I had. Everything was done in less than an hour. Reggie was very thorough and made sure everything was clean and working properly before he left. All in all they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would use again and recommend to my neighbors.
