Never contacted me. I guess they are not interested in obtaining and services customers. I can only imagine the customer service if you are already a customer. I can only imagine since they were not interested in my business

Our tech for the house service is very efficient & good & e friendly & knowledgable. I just wish I could say the same about the lawn one. We are not happy with the lawn service & have had them for years & every year our lawn gets destroyed in the summer. I would give the lawn service a D rating

It was an annual contract. It depends on the house, each house is different., depending on the size of the house, depending on the location. They charge differently depending on the problem. Each house is different. The price is very expensive. It took them 30 minutes to complete the service.

Paul the tech was very friendly, punctual, and had a lot of knowledge on what he was doing. He was incredibly helpful in explaining in detail what he was doing, and he was very flexible to come another day to do the application on one side of the duplex which was not available when he first showed up. He came back a few days later and never complaint for having to come twice to finish the job. The best service provider that I have used since I moved to Orlando in 2004.

Very professional service. All aspects of service went as agreed.

We orignally called for some ants we found in our bathroom 8-10 years ago. When we called and they explained their service we signed up for monthly service. The first trip they inspected all areas of the house and treated under sinks and around other areas, then Henry our technician, comes by monthly, rings our bell to let us know he is outside doing monthly service (so we don't get spooked) when we hear noised around the house. He sweeps cobwebs, and puts out bait around the foundation. Occasionally he will note when bushes are touching the house leaving a path for insects to bypass the bait. We have only very occasionally (once a year or so) found any insects inside the house and then only a loner. We feel in Florida or any where else for that matter, that is good control. We recently signed up for termite inspection and prevention. We had not done this previously, but felt comfortable with Massey because of our service history.

They are very honest people and they do good work. We have not seen any termites.

Everything was great. He was knowledgeable, personable and professional. Other than the expense, which is inevitable, the experience was wonderful.

I have been using them for many years. They haven't missed a time. I haven't had any problems with them. Their price is excellent.

It's been pretty good. So far I am happy with them and the yard is showing due to the constant care and its growing pretty good. They come monthly for standard pest control and bi-monthly for lawn service.

We use them every month. If they haven't killed the bugs the first time they will come back and kill them for no extra charge. I've been using their service for thirty years now.
