Susanna called me right away after reaching out to her through Angie's List. We set up an appointment the following week. She came by, did a walk through, explained the services and gave me a quote. I received various quotes from other companies and her price was reasonable. We chose King's Cleaning because I was confident in their ability to perform the services to our satisfaction. The initial cleaning, Susanna and her crew showed up a little bit earlier than promised which we did not have a problem with. They finished the entire house in a little bit under 4 hours (less than was estimated) but there were three people. They all worked very well together. They exceeded my expectations. Now I have them come by once every other week and so far I'm very happy with their service!

They were EXCELLENT. I called and left a message and Susanna got back to me immediately and apologized for not being able to take the call right away. This was the beginning of her conscientious and professional service. She came to my brother's house that same day and gave us an estimate. She texted me when she was getting close to the house! Amazing... My brother has been sick and unable to keep the house clean. She was so sympathetic and made an exception and cleaned his house on a Saturday. She again texted us about 20 minutes before she arrived. Susanna and Wagner got to work right away and were very efficient and thorough. My brother has a large slobberly black lab and you can imagine the hair problem. They were especially diligent about taking care of this issue. They were so friendly and we felt very comfortable having them in our home. I was so impressed, I immediately scheduled regular bi-monthly service. After they left, my brother and I just kept commenting on how different the house looked. We felt like we were in a new home! Everything shines! The patio looks spectacular. My brother remarked that next time we would have them power wash the dog! Use them!

Overall, I feel that Susana and Wagner have become my new best friends! They are very flexible and willing to work with you on time, day, and services required. They are also open to mixing and matching whatever you need done -- you can either ask them to come earlier to do additional cleaning (e.g. windows) or have them work your needs within the scope of your agreement. I lOVE that!

My husband called Susana and left a message she called back within 30 minutes and was able to come out that day to give me an estimate. She explained all the services that were included as well as other services that they can provide at an additional charge. I was so impressed by Susana we hired her to clean our house every other week. We also hired them to clean all of our windows inside and out for an extra charge. I have seen them 3 times now and the work is fantastic. If there is anything that you require to be done a certain way they do it no questions asked. If something isn't done right they don't give you any grief if you ask them to fix it. I especially like that I can use all my own cleaning materials and cleaning supplies. They are quick and do excellent work. I will continue to keep using them and would recommend them to any of my friends. If you are looking for a great, reliable cleaning service this is the company for you!
