Not happy at all. Paid $100 for 1 bedroom 1 bath. Kitchen was not even touched. When I questioned why the answer was “I thought you only wanted the floors mopped “. SMH!! Cleaner was here for one hour! Hard lesson learned!!! Would NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Kings General Cleaning has some of the best cleaners out there! The job they did for our company was above and beyond was exceptional! They made sure all surfaces, even the baseboards, were shiny! Will gladly hire and recommend them!

Best house cleaning we’ve ever had. Werner is super friendly and on top of it. We have used other services and paid for a “deep clean”. This is the only service that ever delivered. Will use them again.

Wagner, his wife, and their accomplice showed up on time and with a positive attitude. They were so kind and reassuring to me on Day 1 of my new home, and they made it spick and span for me, even deep-cleaning the fridge (and behind it) and showing me how to operate the self-clean component of the oven. I loved learning about Wagner's life in Brazil and Boston, and his love story with Suzanne. I also loved how respectful they were toward my property, making me feel safe and secure with their services. My stepfather has been using Wagner for years, and my sister just started, too. I plan to carry on that family tradition! The prices are super reasonable and the work is "the way we would want our own home to look", according to Suzanne's motto. The crew of 2 arrived on time. They brought their own supplies and equipment. They were very thorough and exceeded my expectations. They were quick and very thorough. The price was very reasonable. I have already made my next appointment and intend to keep using them. I am certain that if you hire them you will not be disappointed.

They were fantastic, on time, and very nice. They brought their own equipment and they dusted everything in detail. They washed all the doors, cleaned the chandeliers, etc. We will be having them come back every two weeks and we would highly recommend them.

I chose this company because there were lots of good reviews and the price was very reasonable. Wagner has been very responsive and very professional. However on the day of the service, they sent 3 people to clean a 4000 square foot house at 5:30 at night. They stayed 2 hours which was not nearly enough time. I understand they were short of people that day and they were running behind - they showed up 2.5 later than the latest time window they provided me. When they got there they told me right off the bat that they couldn’t clean the stove because they didn’t have enough time. The things that were cleaned were cleaned well. However there were many things missed and my landlord sent me pictures of things that were left undone, and then charged me to have a second cleaning. I wasn’t allowed to send them back in to make good on what should have been done, so I basically had to pay again. I was very disappointed by this. I think if they had planned appropriately (the right number of people and number of hours for the size of the house) and got people on time it would have been a good service but unfortunately it didn’t work out that way for me.

We have continued to use King’s General Cleaning and it’s been a lifesaver. We are impressed with the services provided. They are detailed cleaners and our house is beautiful after they leave. It has allowed us more family time together. Thank you!

There aren’t enough good words to say about this company. What we love the most is how friendly and personable the staff is. We felt part of the family immediately. In addition, their cleaning was amazing! My son keeps saying, “They even cleaned___!” Everything from the toilet to dusting the doors was done!! As a working mom, I was able to come home and enjoy my family! If this wasn’t enough, our AC went out unexpectedly and they pushed through to make sure the house was clean! The price is very reasonable and you won’t be sorry! We are going to continue using King’s General as even my husband was thrilled!
