Response from Kings General Cleaning LLC
We were contacted by the Member, Ms. Member’s fiancé, for a Bi-weekly cleaning and at time of estimate we advise him of the need for a Deep Cleaning, since the house was very, very dusty, due to the cat, which was declined. We agreed on a bi-weekly cleaning, Friday afternoon, due to Member’s medical condition. On our first cleaning we worked effortlessly to do a great job according to what had been agreed upon. Before the Member left the house we also agreed that he would call us to let us know what had been his impression after the house had been cleaned. Never got the call, so I decided to text him, no reply… but since he told us that he was very busy with his business and that the Member could not be bothered during the day due to her medical condition… we just waited for our next scheduled cleaning. Then on Friday, 6:52 am, I got a text message from the Member cancelling our appointment for that day and rescheduling for the following week, Monday or Tuesday… I replied with my availability for the following Friday and the reply was that they would discuss and return to me… Proudly to say, we’ve been really busy, getting many calls and in need of confirming our schedule for the week, on Monday I called the Member and got a greeting message saying: “Thanks for calling Cleaning by Jenny”…. Got confused with the reason for them to been contracting us... called the Member and he told me how happy he was with the job performed at his house. I told him that I needed to know if they planned to continue using our company or not, due to the great business demand. Again I was told that they would discuss and get back to me. I waited from Friday ‘till Tuesday afternoon and made a business decision of booking another job for Friday. On Wednesday afternoon the Member called to confirm cleaning for Friday, and I told her that we could no longer service their home.
