The cleaning crew was pleasant, efficient, and professional. Wagner contacted me initially by phone to set up the appointment, then communicated by text before and after the appointment. I appreciated the texts, it was ideal communication for my already busy schedule.

I paid an extra $150 to have the windows cleaned. They did everything, walls, appliances, and floors. I would tell others that they are professional, they do everything they said they would and then some. It took them about 6 hours to complete the work. The workers are very nice and professional.

Great. Only a few small things but it was a complete house to clean after renovations so I understand. I would recommend them to a friend for sure.

Wagner and team did a great job, passing both the mother and mother-in-law tests. Thorough!

Kings General did a great job of cleaning our house after we had moved out. All the dust was removed even on the mini-blinds. The lent around the dryer was removed and the fridge was cleaned up just like new. The place looked almost as clean as when we moved in. We were impressed.

This is the second time we've used Wagner and his crew and they did a great job on cleaning our home. We were really pleased with how everything turned our - they always go over and above what I expect.

This is a family owned business that employs hardworking, trustworthy individuals. The owners run a tight ship and I can always count on a thorough, consistently good job. I accidentally reviewed this company based on an experience I had with Working Hands Cleaning Service. I reached out to this provider for a quote for house cleaning, Wagner and Susan wrote back asking for my location, and once I responded with the information I didn't hear back. I must have been out of their service area.

She was professional, thorough and detailed. She told me she would send 3 people and she stay with the crew.

This is the second time I have used King's General Cleaning service this Summer & they are wonderful! They are personable, prompt, work hard together and tackle your job with a "Can do, let us get it done for you attitude. Their cleaning methods are thorough and your service is customized to your goal and wishes. The home looks and smells so amazingly clean. The owner, Susana, leads her team with a calm, mentoring, caring attitude. If I were staying in the area, I would be using them on a bi-monthly basis! I highly recommend them!

The initial deep cleaning went reasonably well. There were some minor issues as detailed below. Primarily, there was an issue with the cleaner used on painted surfaces and an issue cleaning the shower walls. Otherwise, we were happy with their service and decided to continue on a bi-weekly basis. Based upon the deep cleaning alone, we would have rated our experience a B/B+. During the first two visits (the deep cleaning and the first bi-weekly), two different figurines were damaged. For the following bi-weekly visits, we noticed that a lot of spot cleaning was performed. For instance, the downstairs shower (which we don't use), was not touched, as a small bug had died inside the shower and is still sitting there after three visits (yes, we could take care of it ourselves, but after the first visit, we used it as a barometer of whether the shower was touched). The upstairs shower walls still showed a pink discoloration, although the glass was always cleaned well. Part of the cleaning according to the estimate was dusting all horizontal surfaces, but many shelves (etc.) were left untouched. When a surface was dusted, it was done piecemeal (i.e. pick up/move something, dust under it, put it back, and on to the next object). For example, under a coaster was sticky. The table was "cleaned" but the coaster is still stuck to the table and now we will need to clean it ourselves. For the second bi-weekly visit, we were asked if we had purchased cleaning supplies, which we were not informed of when we received an estimate or during the first two visits. After the third bi-weekly, we were finally given the list of supplies. Whatever cleaner they use for wiping surfaces also removes paint (one picture has some spots where you can see the bare wood now, and the railings on the stairs are no longer glossy). Punctuality has been fine, except a couple issues with the last two visits. We requested that they notify us when they were on their way, but were not notified for these two cleanings. For the last cleaning, they arrived one hour early with no notification. The spot cleaning (which wasn't done too well) has left us confused. We continued with service after the first couple bi-weekly visits because we chalked things up to some minor sloppiness. Unfortunately, the level service did not improve. A quick note on our ratings. The price point would be good had the service been better.

A work crew of three, including the owner, arrived at 9:30 and left around 5 PM. They worked diligently and their work was outstanding, Intermittently, they would ask me "Check our work..are you pleased?" They worked hard, were cheerful, professional and were pleasant to have around. The house sparkled as they left and I would definitely use them again!

They are reliable. Their price is competitive.

The lady (Owner) showed up the day before the service and looked at all the house and took notes. She did everything to increase the price. For example, if there was 1 milimeter of dirt somewhere, she would take a note and would say: "Oh my goshhhhhh, there is some dirt on that wall", and then would write a number in front of the item to add the price. She told me that she would detail the kitchen and the garage, but obviously it was a big lie. On the day of the service, I was not there. My family were there though and she had told them completely different stuff. There has to be better companies out there. The reason I used them was that I was in a hurry and did not have a better choice. They did clean the house, but not to my standards.

I was extremely impressed. The girls were so professional, the lady comes out herself with the group, they did a really really good job. We have almost 3000sq feet. I was very impressed with the owner, she was just so comfortable to be around, and the people were very positive and comfortable to be around. I didn't know if the cost was a lot, because I hadn't compared it. I know for a fact that first time deep cleaning is going to be expensive.

King's General Cleaning is nothing short of amazing. Susana and her team spared no time getting to work on a large cleaning job. I really cannot get over how incredible, professional, personable they are. I don't think my house has been this clean since the house waa built. Every corner, surface, items, blinds, Everywhere is so beautifully cleaned. The house smells great too. I highly recommend hiring them. Oh, and did I say how detail orientated they are? I will be keeping them on for bi-weekly cleaning.

Kings cleaning service is the best cleaning service I have ever had. I would recommend them to anyone.

A three-woman team took 4 hours to clean my 2600 square foot home. There was A LOT of dust and dust was everywhere. I could smell "clean" the second I walked in the door. I did the white glove inspection and they didn't miss a thing. Furniture, closets, ceiling fans, blinds all dusted. Floors swept and mopped. Tubs, showers, sinks, toilets all shined. Kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, outside of oven, stove, microwave all cleaned! Susan answered the phone on my initial call. She came to my home that evening to inspect and provide me with a quote. I felt comfortable with her immediately. As she inspected my home she was honest, even if it caused some embarrassment on my part. She provided me with a cleaning checklist, which listed everything the team would clean in each room (bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, etc.). I notice that she lists three languages on her advertisement, however, her English is perfect. No communication breakdown at all. Needless to say, I was extremely happy with the service and I have hired Kings General Cleaning on a bi-weekly basis.

They did a great job! Susana was very nice to work with. I'll definitely use them again. I had to change the original date of service due to contactor not quite finishing the work they were doing, and they were great about the date change. They were very professional, and a great find for me in my Property Management Business.

I have only the most positive things to say about Susana with Kings General Cleaning. Having never hired anyone to clean my home before, I wasn't really sure what to expect. Susana was in my apartment less than 24 hours after my initial call inquiring about her services, in order to give me a quote. We scheduled an appointment for about four days later. She arrived on time with her assistant and all of the necessary cleaning supplies. When I returned to my apartment about two hours later I was truly overwhelmed, in the best sense, with the quality of her work. (Ex: there had been stains inside my shower that I assumed would just be there forever - after Susana was finished, it literally looked like a brand new shower with a brand new tub had been installed). The results of her service have been truly life changing for me. I did not anticipate how good it would feel to come home every day to my immaculately cleaned space. Having a clean home, and not having to worry about cleaning myself, is priceless. I will absolutely be using her services in the future and would recommend her to anyone, without hesitation!

They were incredible. They climbed on ladders and dusted upper kitchen shelves, they moved the refrigerator, they moved all the furniture to vacuum and mop. They even cleaned the walls. They cleaned everything. My daughter was just chocked.

Susana was very professional and very responsive in our initial conversations and prompt for the estimate appointment. She and her crew did an excellent job of cleaning my 2400 sqf house and 750 sqf home office space. I will be using this company again.
