Tech arrived two hours before scheduled appointment and was driving out of my drive way in a half hour. Fast, professional and courteous. Can't beat Harvey Baker Plumbing!

First, I was professionally greeted by an outgoing receptionist/scheduler. They were able to schedule me on the same day, and in fact called and was able to move me into an even earlier timeslot. The technician arrived very promptly, was also very courteous and professional, and was very proficient. The under-sink area was quite full with a disposal and a water purifier. The technician had to remove much of the existing plumbing to remove the old faucet and install the new faucet. The entire job was completed in much less time than I had anticipated and at much less in price than I had expected. I will without question use them for any and all of my plumbing needs, and highly recommend Harvey Baker Plumbing, Inc. without reservation.

My old kitchen faucet broke, so I went out and bought a new one. Last night I tried to remove the old faucet on my own, but the bolt holding it to the sink had rusted so badly that I wasn't able to remove it. First thing this morning I called about 20 different plumbing companies in the hopes that someone could come out for a reasonable price to help with the faucet installation. When I called Harvey Baker Plumbing, the woman who answered the phone was very nice and gave me all the information I asked for. She was able to give me a price estimate and said someone could come out between 12-2. The pricing was the lowest of everyone I called that had an appointment available the same day. She called me around 10:30am and said someone was available now if I wanted them to come out earlier. I was working at home all day, so that was more than fine with me (the sooner I had a working faucet the better!). The technician was prompt, friendly, and got right to work. He ended up having to cut the old faucet off because it was so rusted on (which reassured me that it was a good idea I called a professional because I never would have been able to get that off myself). He installed the new faucet within the time specified and didn't go over time or end up needing any additional materials, so the price was exactly as quoted over the phone. He even spent some time answering some additional plumbing related questions that I had. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would gladly use Harvey Baker Plumbing again.

No hot water. Called on a Saturday and couldn't get on the schedule until Monday, but took the appointment anyway rather than look for another plumber who could come right away. Service was great, we have a 2 element hot water tank and the issue was with one thermostat. To save another service call when the other one went (because usually when one goes, the other soon follows...) I had him replace both thermostats and the heating elements. Used an Angies list coupon and the total cost was just under 150. I am completely pleased with the service and will use them again for any plumbing repairs I need in the future.

We hired this plumber in the past and he did a good job.When we found him again on Angie's list we called him back.They gave us an estimate and they proceed with the repiping the next week .The job took 2 to 3 days and went very well.Mr Harvey ,the owner was very friendly and new his job very well.They encountered a few issue during the installation but found the solutions to get the job done.When I called their office,i talk to the manager Marcia who was so pleasant to talk with.We paid the job in full and they followed up with a courteous phone call.I highly recommed them and I will call them back.Good job and thanks again

Harvey's plumber was on time and very professional. He quickly repaired the leak and also connected the drain to the shower pan I was installing. He cleaned up the mess when he finished and saved me a lot of time. I highly recommend Harvey Baker Plumbing to anyone needing a repair or other plumbing services.
