I called for service on Wednesday and they were able to get someone out to my house the very next day. The tech (Omar) showed up on time and prepared with a new valve and knobs for my shower. The work moved fast and in the end we were able to work the price down a bit it all worked great. Will call again!

Joel from Harvey Baker responded quickly to our emergency request and arrived with urgency. He immediately assessed and fixed our issue. The price was fair (especially for weekend/emergency hour rates). He even gave us recommendations for looking into the water damage that was a result of the leaking pipes.

He got the work done within an hour. Cleaning was well. Nothing left behind. I will definitely use them again. They are very professional. They come out and get the job done. I had them come out before to install a new hot water tank. I can't get on my hands and knees and scrub, so when they removed the old tank, I asked if they could wait so I can mop and clean the rust off the floor. The man asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned it for me.

They fixed everything in two hours and fixed things other plumbers told us would be a major cost such as punching a hole in the wall to fix the bathtub drain and replace the toilets to fix the loud noise. He was able to fix it all and quickly.

The service professional knowledgeably diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. He explained what happened and why. He was relatively new to the company and accidentally he charged me a little too much. As soon as he turned in the paperwork, the office caught it and sent me a refund, demonstrating that -- in addition to their great service -- Harvey Baker Plumbing is an honest company. It's nice to know I have a plumber I can trust!

This service was recommended to me by two trusted friends who do a lot of work in their houses. Harvey was very responsive to scheduling an estimate date as I thought the leak could be coming from the bathroom and we only have one bathroom in the house - he was also punctual and did not charge me for the estimate. Once we identified it was the kitchen he was clear in explaining how the work would be done and how much it would cost. The team who fixed the repair were punctual, respectful and fast, and also checked to be sure there were no other leaks under the house (Later confirmed by another service person who crawled under there - it was dry!).

Our plumbing was backing up - had another company come out first, but they couldn't find the source of the clog in the main. They said they couldn't help us (but they charged us anyway!) I called Harvey Baker Plumbing, and they were able to send John out on the same day. John worked until he found the problem, and got everything running right again! It all went very smoothly and efficiently. Obvious to me that this is a fair and honest company out to provide quality service at a reasonable price. My plumber, Tanner, was both professional and very helpful.

I had 2 toilets that didn't work plus a disposal that went dead after many years. One plumbing company came out and said one toilet needed a "complete rebuild" and the other one needed to be replaced completely and gave me a quote of more than $700.00. Went to Home Depot and did the "complete rebuild" with a $20.00 part and 60 mins. of time. Had already called Harvey Baker so when they came to replace disposal, we asked about the toilet that needed to be "replaced." They replaced the angle stop and put in a new supply line and it worked as good as new! The technicians took the old disposal and water system out, and installed a new disposal. They worked on a problematic sprayer for free.I was impressed by their knowledge, professionalism and how quickly and completely they completed the job! Price for toilet and disposal/water filter work was less than $300.00 including the new disposal. Would recommend to all of my friends!

The plumber responded immediately to my call for service and was at my house within about an hour after I called. The pipe that was leaking was in an interior wall and he was able to locate it by sound within 15 minutes. Stopping the leak was not a problem, but fixing the pipe took some work. Although he charged more per hour than I expected ($90), the work was completed faster than I expected (about 2 hours). A mitigator and another plumber both inspected the work later and were both impressed with the plumber's work. Although I would recommend their plumbing services, I was not comfortable that the plumber insisted that I call a mitigator that he recommended -- to the point that he wanted to call his friend for me before he left my house. I appreciate a good recommendation, but the mitigator he recommended did not have favorable reviews on Angie's List. I am very glad that I did not follow his recommendation and hired someone else.

I called Harvey Baker plumbing late in the afternoon and they made an appointment for the next day, showing up promptly. It was very efficient, friendly service.

Great service. This is the second time I have called Harvey Baker, both times they were at my house within 2 hours (once on a holiday and once on Sunday). Great service both times with reasonable rates. The only plumber I will call.

-He arrived and checked the new toilets to see if there would be any problem fitting where the old ones were, and also verifying that all parts were included in the box.. Then he began installing them. And then he caulked around the toilets. They both looked very good. He was friendly and very pleasant to deal with. They gave a hourly rate-(1 hour per toilet )for the estimate and explained that that would be all of the charges, charged unless they ran into a problem such as parts etc.or ran into any complications of unusual circumstances with the installations.

Every time I flushed my toilet ,the water did not go all the way down. I knew is was not a blockage. When a toilet ages, the flow starts to malfunction. Trying to fix a 18 years old toilet did not make sense to me so a replacement was due. After all ,new toilets use 1.2 gallons and are more efficient. I called Harvey Baker plumbing who did some work in my house a few years ago and saw the good reviews they had on the web and angie's list. They took the time to do a perfect job and they had to do some plumbing adjustment to fit the new toilet. Once the job was finished, they left the site spotless. The office manager Marcia gave us a follow up phone call to be sure we were satisfied with the work. I am happy with the good service from office workers to field technician.I will recommend this plumber to any home owner who needs god service.
