Description of Work: I called and spoke to the receptionist. I explained that I only needed one window replaced and asked if that was a large enough job for their company. It was and I was to be called soon to discuss an estimate. At least 3 days went by and no call. I called back and the receptionist remembered our conversation but didn't know why I hadn't been called back. I verified my contact info, discussed the job again, and was promised a call back. Its been over a month and no call. I understand if they're too big a company for a small job but be professional and let me know so I'm not waiting for a call back.

Description of Work: We had most of our windows (9) replaced. They worked very quickly and in a very professional manner. They cleaned everything up before they left. They made us aware that OUC offered a refund and filled out the paperwork for us. The sales part was low pressure. They explained our options very thoroughly giving some advice, but we never felt pressured. | |We have used them in the past to replace just a window pane and was impressed then so when we were ready to replace the windows we didn't hesitate to call them again. I gladly recommend them.

Description of Work: I have 2 sliding glass doors at my home that needed some help. The rollers on the bottom had worn out. H AND W WINDOWS AND REPAIR SERVICE INC came out the same day I called. Fixed the sliders doors and now they move smoothly without pressure. I would use their service again.

 + -1 moreThey came out and measured and then called back with the quote and took a deposit over the phone. We set an install date to fit my schedule. The day before the install they called with a time window. The next day they arrived a few minutes early for the appointment and went to work in a most professional manner. Even let me clean out the track of dirt I couldn't get too with the window in. They cleaned up their mess and cleaned my window in and out before leaving.
Description of Work: They replaced two sliding glass door panels in a four paneled door. The original glass, double paned tinted glass doors were installed incorrectly so the tinting failed and looked frosted between the glass.
