+ -1 moreOnce I got there with my DVD/VCR, I waited for my number to be called, then went up to explain my problem with the equipment. They told me I would have to put down a $24 down payment, then they would call if it would be more than $99 to repair. They did call. I felt it was worth it, and two weeks later I had it back good as new.
Description of Work: I had my DVD/VCR repaired at the Best Buy in Orlando. The door to the DVD wasn't opening, and the VCR component was eating all of my tapes.

+ -1 moreI was not happy that they would not fix it, due to the lightening shorting out the circuits. I therefore had to pay a $50 fee for them to keep it, so I didn't have to take it back.
Description of Work: I had work done on my TV, that was damaged due to a lightening storm. It was not turning on at all.

+ -1 moreI WAS ABLE TO DROP OFF THE LAPTOP AND IN LESS THAN THE AMOUNT OF TIME THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE THE LAPTOP WAS FIXED AND THEY THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED WAYS TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.
Description of Work: I HAD TO GET MY DAUGHTER'S LAPTOP FIXED. SHE HAD SOME PROBLEMS BECAUSE OF SPYWARE ETC.

+ -1 moreWE WERE PLEASED OVERALL WITH THE SERVICE. THE ACTUAL REPAIR WAS DONE WITHIN 2 DAYS. WE HAD TO WAIT A LONG TIME IN LINE TO PICK IT UP. WHEN WE FINALLY GOT UP THERE, THEY WERE VERY NICE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT THEY DID, AND WHAT THEY THOUGHT CAUSED THE PROBLEM.
Description of Work: OUR COMPUTER WOULDN'T TURN ON. THEY INSPECTED IT, AND FOUND THAT IT NEEDED A NEW 300 WATT ATX POWER SUPPLY. WE ALSO HAD THEM INSTALL A GAME GRAPHIC CARD.
