Ferran Services technician arrived promptly and provided valuable feedback on the A/C unit. The maintenance involve cleaning the lines and checking all processes on the aging A/C.

I noticed water on Sunday afternoon in a hallway between my kitchen and stairs but had no idea where it was coming from. I called their number listed on Angie's list and a real person picked up the phone right away. She suggested I talk to a tech and said someone would call me back right away. A tech called within 15 minutes and explained the after-hours pricing and suggested if I could turn off my water and live without running water until the next morning, they could get someone out Monday morning but if I wanted someone out right away he would come. I decided to wait until the next day so he said he would get me put on the board for Monday morning, The next day, I got a phone call around 9:30 am that a tech was on their way. The tech arrived with leak detection tools and found the leak in a timely manner. A wall behind my kitchen sink was opened and the leak repaired. I was also given a card for a drywall repair person who provides preferred pricing for their plumbing repair jobs. I was extremely happy and impressed with the company's responsiveness, technical skills, professionalism and quality of work. I was also able to use the $25 coupon I found here on Angie's list for this company. I will definitely use them again.

Went right to work and found the problem quickly and fix my A/C

The work done was excellent. We had some problems with getting orange county to inspect work. Also, Ferran delayed in getting information to OUC electric company but other than that we were well pleased with work.

They are able to give me a rough estimate via phone, prompt answering the phones, and quick appointment scheduling.

Two really good techs Corey & Adam found the leak within minutes and repaired it right away. Not only that Ferran came out within 30 minutes after I called them.

i called for service at 7:30am and Jose was at my house before 10:00am. Everything was handled within two hours and I had complete recovery from the power failure in the section of my home affected by bad wiring. I'll try them for the other services they offer now. Great experience!

Work was promptly scheduled for the day following my acceptance to do the installation. The technician arrived on time and demonstrated he knew the procedure for such installations. He was thorough in his work and it was evident he took pride in doing his best to make sure everything was done correctly. The water heater was of a better quality than the ones included with other quotes I got. Overall I was well impressed with this company. Their quote was a bit higher than others but worth the difference due to the type of water heater offered and the professionalism of the staff involved. Applying the Angie's List and their discounts helped reduce the price quoted and made their offer more attractive than others. So far everything is going well and I am very pleased with having chosen them for this job. I will definitely consider this company for future projects.

Today I took possession of a new refrigerator/freezer. It does not have an ice maker function. The old unit was hauled away. It had an ice maker function. The install tech could not find the shut-off valve and attempted to crimp the copper tubing but the line continued to have a minor leak. I contacted Ferran Services at 10:30am. At 11:50am I received a call from Ferran's dispatcher, Walter, stating that a tech by the name of George was on his way. George arrived at 12:10pm. I showed him the 4 ft. length of leaking copper tubing that had was crimped at the end. When George asked for the location of the shut-off valve for the unit, I told him that the only shut-off valve I was aware of was located on the outside of the residence. George looked under the kitchen sink and saw nothing. He then asked for the location of the water heater which is in the garage. The tech pointed the shut-off valve at the top of the water heater. George shut the valve by hand then he went out to his van, got a tool to further close off the cold water feed. Next George removed most of the copper tubing leaving just a couple of inches remaining. From start to finish it took 20 minutes. End result: 1. I am relieved there is no longer a leak. 2. Their prompt response is truly impressive. 3. Now I know where the shut-off valve is located. 4. The cost made my overal experience very satisfying.

Brandon and Mike were very professional and courteous. They were very knowledgeable and explained to me what needed to be done. They corrected the sub standard work done by the previous company. I can say with full confidence that Ferran is the way to go. If I ever have any plumbing, electrical, or air conditioning concerns, this is the only company I will call. The only criticism I have is that they don't tell you that they call you before sending the service tech to your home. They call before your appointment time (even after you have confirmed). If you miss the call, in my case because I didn't hear my phone, you get bumped and you have to wait for a tech to become available. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR PHONE NEAR YOU ON YOU APPOINTMENT DAY. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

I called another A/C contractor who came out and fixed the unit and charged me a total of $85 which included the service calls and parts to fix the unit.

Everything went wonderful. He showed up on time and fixed the issue. He gave me some suggestions on keeping the line free of roots. I have used Ferran twice now. Once for electrical and this time. I have been pleased both times and even though their prices are a little on the high side, they are totally worth it.

With the colder than normal temperatures here in Orlando over the last several weeks, our furnace has run more than usual. We noticed that the gas part of the furnace would kick on and then kick off and no air would come out of the vents. We called Ferran and spoke with one of their after hours phone representatives who was very thorough to ensure that she received all of my information with the correct spelling and numbers of my address and phone number. John called me about an hour later and mentioned that he would be happy to come that evening or he could arrive the next morning between 8 and 9. I said to come in the morning. John arrived right when he said he would (8am) and checked the system, replaced the capacitor and left the property within about 30 minutes. Very nice guy. Nice company vehicle and uniform. All in all, a very professional experience that they owners of Ferran can be proud of. Thank you again for your service and we will definitely call you for anything we need in the future.

On a chilly Saturday morning the thermostat to my heat stopped working. I called Ferran and described the problem. I was told that I would go on the schedule for that afternoon, but not given a time frame. I waited at home and early in the afternoon, the Ferran truck pulled up outside my house. Sean, the tech was courteous and helpful. He quickly confirmed the lack of power at the t-stat, then checked the power to the air handling unit. This took a bit of effort because he had to access the unit through a crawl space. He found and replaced the broken fuse and had me back up and running. If you need service after hours or on a weekend, you shouldn't hesitate to call Ferran.

Went great as usual. I would not ever use anyone else for Plumbing or A/C.

Went great expect we have to find someone to repair large concrete opening near ground outside wall under kitchen sink.

We were happy with the work. This was partly paid for by Duke Energy as part of their inspection program. The techs showed up on time, explained everything, and did a good job. There was a mishap that caused damage to a ceiling, but the company promptly arranged and paid for repair.

The air-conditioner was not blowing cool air. I got an appointment immediately and the technician showed up on time. He investigated the issue and told us the problem was because there was no coolant in the unit which was caused by damage to the exterior unit. He suggested taking up the matter with the builder. We followed up with the builder and got the repairs done by their contractor. The builder covered the repairs as the damage was most likely because of the construction on the adjoining house. I appreciate the responsiveness and the recommendation of the technician, which probably saved me substantial money.

The technician explained that the "vent wheels" (I don't know what they're actually called) were clogged with dust that had combined with moisture, and was adhering to the vent slats like spitballs sticking to a ceiling. He said these had to be scraped by hand. He said we could elect to pay him a huge hourly fee to do this, but that we could actually do it ourselves, which is what he recommended we do. We followed his recommendation, and I am glad, because it took my husband and I several hours to scrape all the junk off the slats. I appreciated Ferran's honesty and that they didn't push to "upsell" their services.

Tech showed up before scheduled time and did an excellent job. This was an insurance job from HomeServ and cooperates with Duke Energy, my power company. Everything was done at no cost to me. Great !

Grant the Electrical Estimator contacted us in a timely manner to look at our situation and estimate the cost. He offered a couple different options after first asking lots of questions and personally climbing in the attic to see things for himself. We were able to pick a date and time for the work that matched our schedule - early Monday morning. I only wish when I called to set up the appointment they had informed me that there were Monday morning meetings so the early spot wasn't 830 but in fact closer to 1000. It was totally fine with us as we were home all day anyway. Kyle was the Electrician and he was FABULOUS!! He introduced himself to me and my husband, wiped his feet before he came in the house every time and talked us through what he was doing. He made sure he understood exactly where we wanted the fan and what we used the room for. Then he carefully spread out a drop cloth and got to work. The entire time, he was happy to answer questions and chat yet never lost a bit of momentum as he worked to quickly complete the job. Once the work was complete, you never would have known he was there - except for the awesome fan, of course - because he cleaned up every trace of the job. We will use Ferran again - and ask for Kyle every time!!

The tech was Coty Wilson, was professional and courteous, and he showed up right on time. The oven receptacle was OK but the dryer receptacle needed to be rewired. The work was done quickly and correctly. He volunteered the info that I was paying for one hour of work and did I want him to do anything else or to check any other receptacles.

I called the company for an appointment because my air stopped producing cold air overnight. David showed up promptly as the dispatch call said. He was courteous and got the issue identified and solved quickly. I'm most grateful for his asking about the age of my unit and warranty information. Before charging me anything, the office is going to evaluate if the repair is covered under the warranty.

It was way better than expected. The service was AAAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++++ all the way. This is the best company I think I have ever had the honor of doing business with.
