Description of Work: They took care of a few minor problems tjat I could not do myself.

Description of Work: I needed valves replaced in two a/c units. And had new thermostats installed. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and polite. I had had a previous estimate from a different company that wanted to install one whole new unit for approximately $10,000.00 and a new valve on the second unit for $900.00. Ferran came for a 2nd estimate and determined it was 2 faulty valves. They are working very well.

Description of Work: Last contact was a call back since first visit did not fix my A/C freezing up. They did more extensive assessment of whole system, found & fixed the problem and did not charge for visit. Very responsive and professional. Will definitely use again if needed.

Description of Work: I had Ferran come out to assess one of our AC units. The service representative arrived timely and was professional. He did go over our options for the repair and due to the age of the unit it was decided to replace it. The initial service visit was several hundred dollars but we were told by the service rep that this cost would be deducted if we had Ferran replace the unit. Once the decision was made to go with Ferran the installation team arrive timely. They were pleasant and professional. They put down carpet coverings and kept us informed throughout the process. The only disappointing thing came when I asked about the credit from our service visit. I then received a call from the installer rep and was informed they do not have a policy to deduct the service cost from the installation cost. Perhaps education is needed to ensure what one dept is telling the customer is indeed true and policy.

Description of Work: We love Ferran! They've come out to fix our a/c on 2 separate occasions, our bathtub and hot water heater. Everyone has been great. They bent over backwards for us to get the a/c working so we wouldn't have to take our 1 year old to a hotel. I don't feel taken advantage of financially and everything is explained to me in a kind way. I really appreciate all they do!
