Description of Work: I had a leak at my clothes washer and contacted Ferran on a Saturday at 2pm, by 4pm the service tech was at my hoe fixing things and was done by 5pm.

Description of Work: Needed a leaky pipe fixed. The first person they sent was an idiot, just in a hurry and did crappy work. I took pictures and talked to the supervisor. He sent someone right out to correct the bad work at no charge.

Description of Work: My 10-year old Carrier Infiniti system needed an expensive repair so I elected to go ahead and install a new A/C system. Ferran sold me and installed a Carrier High-Performance Series 3-ton 16-seer system. I was overly impressed with every aspect of their service. The price, the 0% financing offer, the promptness, the extremely sharp-looking installation job, etc. I went through a lot of A/C providers (some on Angie's List that were A-rated but horrible for me) until I found Ferran. They're competitively priced, honest, don't work off of commission, and provide excellent service each and every time. If you want cheap, you get cheap. If you want excellent and honest service at a fair price, I highly recommend Ferran. They've been servicing my old A/C system, did my duct work, installed attic insulation, and other tasks ever since I found them. They're my gold-mine go-to A/C guys!

Description of Work: Replaced blower motor in a commercial hot water heater. | |Repair was excellent. The only problem I have is that I had to provide my credit card number over the phone before they would send out a technician which is perfectly understandable however, I have yet to receive an itemized receipt which I requested. I have called several times requesting this only to be told that the technicians do not come into the office every day therefore the service tickets are not available until they do. This, is annoying as I have to document what I charged on my companies credit card account.
