+ -1 moreLouis the plumber was a delight to work with and when I called the company for any work I always asked for Louis to do the work. He was always prompt and very professional when completing the jobs hired to do. We will always use Ferran Plumbing for all future work.
Description of Work: Remove and install old and new guest bathroom fixtures; toilet and vanity along with faucets. Removed two kitchen sinks and replace with new sink along with new faucets. Repair of toilet. Install new disposal. Install new sink in laundry room.

+ -1 moreFerran claims to provide 24 hour service. When we called for help at 7:30 pm, it took 45 minutes to receive a call back from the on call plumber. He was extremely unprofessional;he told me he'd been working since 7 am that morning and was too tired to drive across town and we should call someone else in the phone book. We won't bother calling Ferran again.
Description of Work: We had a main line blockage that rendered our bathrooms inoperable.

Another time they sent a man out for heating and a/c maintenance who showed me how to clean the coils myself. He was familiar with the water to air heat pump I have (connected to the well) where other companies did not know what I was talking about. I will be using them to do some plumbing work in the future as well.

+ -1 moreThey do good work, and they stay until the work is completed. They don't quit and come back the next day if the job isn't done by 5:30. They don't charge time-and-a-half if they can't get it fixed. They seem to have experienced people, and their price is reasonable. Their clerical person calls ahead to give a two hour window so you won't have to wait around. They have locations in Seminole and Orange counties to cut down on response time. Labor rate is 55/hr. They give a 10% senior discount.
Description of Work: They installed an outside faucet at our home. Prior to that, we had some A/C problems that required locating the source of a leak. They were the second A/C technician to look at it, and the first plumber damaged the line when they tried to fix it and didn't find the problem. Ferran not only found the problem, but they pointed out the damage done. They replaced the line and solved the problem, and they were careful to show me before doing the work, which was very honest of them. We should have hired Ferran to begin with.

+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY IS A VERY LARGE COMPANY. THE PARTICULAR TECHNICIAN WE HAD WAS ACTUALLY REALLY GOOD. IT WAS A UNIQUE SITUATION WHERE THERE WERE SEVERAL ITEMS THAT HAD TO BE CUSTOMIZED. THEY WEREN'T JUST A STANDARD TUB AND SHOWER SET UP. HE GAVE US OPTIONS OF WAYS TO DO IT, AND WE CAME TO A CONCLUSION. HE TOOK CARE OF IT.
