When scheduling the appointment, I was give an hourly rate. The scheduler accidentally put me on the HVAC schedule. I called around 1:30 p.m. because no-one had called or shown up. She told me of the mistake and said there were 10 people on the plumbing list. When he got here, he quoted me $826. I told him that when I spoke to the scheduler she told me it was an hourly rate and he said no it is a per job rate. I said I did not want to go forward. I had another quote for $350. He then said that I owed the $79 service fee. I refused to pay it and called the supervisor. The supervisor said he spoke to the scheduler who told him that when she made the appointment I seemed "distracted" or that I must have been driving. Wasted taking time off of work for this aggravation not to mention then being blamed. Never again.

COMPLETE SCAM! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. That is not an exaggeration. DO NOT ever hire this company. They were supposed to come and install a common wire. Instead the technician took it upon himself to start "inspecting" our unit and charging us for this time. After repeatedly telling him we do not want an inspection since we just had our own maintenance company already do one the week before, the employee got very rude and said "oh ok so I'm assuming you don't like your unit working?". A bit surprised I ignored it and tried to remain calm with him and said don't worry the unit is fine. After this the technician randomly started checking Freon levels. Then he said "your unit is low on Freon, I am putting more in it." He then added afterwards that he needed $300 or so for the Freon, but before I could even argue about why he just did it without telling us the charge, he said that the Freon levels actually may be too high now after he added it and needed to have us pay to clean the unit first. At this point I got frustrated and said we don't want all these extra services, we never asked for Freon, and we never asked for anything extra. All we needed was a simple common wire, that is it. He said ok well now I have to empty out all the Freon I put in then otherwise your unit may break. After he empties the Freon he says, make sure you call us for a maintenance inspection within the next 2 weeks. After I said we just had a maintenance check, he said "well you need to have us do it unless you want your unit to freeze and break." I honestly felt like the technician was on drugs as this was literally all the things he was saying. Sure enough, a few weeks pass and the unit is broken. A different company came out and said, "whoever emptied Freon, emptied it way too long and there are some other issues with various components that seem manually done." He also explained that because the unit was running on this low Freon since Ferran came that it has cause serious damage to the unit the entire time it was running. I have never experienced a company so dishonest. Please save yourself some stress and dishonesty by using any other company but this one.

They were really great. Ferran was real good, real prompt. Got the job done. Good price and everything. Did a really, really nice job and kind of tightened up some other things because we have an osmosis for our water here because we're on a well and he did those couple of little things for us. They even provide a senior discount which is nice. It's really more like repairing. Fixing a few things that were loose and changing out a coil that was not looking really tip-top that might leak to avoid any future issues.

I called and 20 minutes later David L. was at my house. He found the problem right away and ordered the replacement fan. Finished the install quickly a few days later at my convenience. Terrific service tech and company.

I set up an appointment several days in advance to have them give me an estimate for a new HVAC. I made plans with my work to leave work early due to their limited appointment times for estimates. Twice I was called and told that I had been double booked and that they would need to reschedule. Although they were apologetic, I still felt like my time was wasted and that they were too disorganized to handle installing my HVAC system. They missed the boat on a potential $5-7K sale.

Awful. The staff the answers the phone and schedules the work are very rude.

The office seemed very confused about what this was and how to handle it. But the actual work performed was fine and the workers who came to the house were great.

They came the next day. The gentleman was wonderful, very helpful and gave great ideas to us. The best experience! I will be using them again soon for electrical and plumbing work.

I filled out a contact form on their website, and received a call a few hours later. The person who called me wasn't sure about my request, so I was transferred to the person who was responsible for residential plumbing. He took plenty of time talking to me, so that he could understand my concerns. Ferran's plumber came out and confirmed that indeed, there was a big problem. I was able to get a rep from the builder to come by while the plumber was there. When shown the mistake, the builder agreed that it needed to be corrected, and that they would pay for it. The plumber from Ferran then took the time to go through my entire house, and check all of the plumbing. Fortunately, he found only one minor issue that needs addressed. Unfortunately, the problem that he did confirm will require tearing up the slab in my brand new house, to repair. I am just glad that I Ferran was able to confirm that I was not clueless, that there was a problem; and when confronted with the obvious, the builder took responsibility. I was looking for a company to provide electrical, and ac, and plumbing services. After this experience, Ferran has a new customer.

We have three units in our home. There is one they installed, so I have to use them for that one.

George was wonderful to work with. He is polite and professional and a hard worker. He got right to work and didn't waste any time. He also gave great advice for future services. (Cost listed here is labor only, I provided the parts myself, purchased from a plumbing supply company.)

1) At first, they agreed to take the job with the knowledge that it was a custom job due to the type of roof we have and we would need to hire a roofer to complete the insulation of the new ducting. We spent the money to get estimates from roofers and after a month of searching for the right one and having both companies meet and discuss specifically what needed to happen, Ferren decided to bail on the project. They, as every other AC company, just want to add more AC units in our home. They do not care about doing the job unless it is a standard job. We live in a older home and every job will not be a "cookie cutter" job. In addition, for a company that prides themselves on being in business for 100 years and services not only residential they should have the experience to fix any problem. I was not impressed that they wasted our time. Also, we had to call them repeatedly to then get the bad news. 2) Called and made appointment for estimate. He never showed for appointment.

Perfect they saved my family's Thanksgiving

Ferran staff was excellent and the installation crew was very professional. Would highly recommend Ferran for HVAC services.

The certified electrician came on time and determined that nothing was wrong with the wiring and it could be safely used. While still at the house, he called me at work in case I had any questions. I was not able to take his call at the time, but when I called him back several hours later, he very kindly explained everything to me. Probably should have asked what their bottom price was for a service call.

I purchased a new faucet, Allen showed up when expected, did the work in a very professional and friendly manner after explaining what he needed to do. He also told me the cost prior to starting the work, pointed out the problem areas and even offered helpful hints. I would definitely call Ferran Services and Contracting again! The coupon and senior savings were a nice bonus.

The Ferran plumber arrived on time, then quickly performed all of my needed tasks under budget and under projected time! Even gave me some free advice about an upcoming project! Wish all professionals were this honest!!!

I called around 8:00am for sam-day assistance with my air conditioning unit. They said I was all set for service and would call when they were 30 minutes out. I had not heard from anyone by 3:30pm, so I called again to make sure someone was still coming. A nice lady named Virginia assured me I was still on the list and someone would be coming. I provided a second phone number to insure that the call would not be missed. No one called either number and no one showed up.

The job went well. John was careful and explained in detail to me what needs to be done and if water leaks again, he instruct me what to do so I could do it myself.

Very happy with the work and personable technician, Aaron. He also replaced two wall outlets within the initial hour.

They came out, found and fixed the problem in record time to 100 % satisfaction.

The technician responded promptly and arrived at the estimated time. He was professional and identified and fixed the problems. He even cut the trip charge in half since we needed to replace some parts on the unit.
