EXCELLENT! The technician performed the trouble shooting required . He determined that the dual capacitor was defective. He also advised me that the main contactor was working ,but the contacts were very badly pitted(confirmed by my son) . I had him change the capicitor for the problem and at my request had him change the contactor. The unit run great and cools very well. The technician was professional ,friendly and fast I would definitely call again!!

If I have an issue they don't hesitate to come by and I don't have to wait forever. They're not inexpensive, but they are very reliable

The shower was not working at all and nothing happened when we turned on the bathtub faucet. When we called to set up service the receptionist told us that if we went out and bought the pieces to replace the system it would save us money. We did that. When the service person showed up ( on time ) he examined the problem and said all he had to do was replace the Moen positemp (?) cartridge. He said if we wanted him to break through the tile and replace the whole system, he could but it would cost over $600 to get it all done--including replacing the tile. He said he really didn't think it was needed at all. He worked for around 30-40 minutes and everything is fixed and operating perfectly. We returned the pieces we bought, got a refund, and will absolutely call Ferran next time we need work done.

Ferran was very responsive to my initial call but my problem with them is while the serviceman took pictures and measurements of the fans to see if they can find replacement units which a previous electrician could not find - they have never called back with the results of their research 3 weeks ago. I contacted them again through their website asking for an update and have heard nothing. My unfortunate assumption is that they got their $87 for the service call and they really don't want to be bothered with this project.

Sam rewired my thermostat and got the system to actually cool the house again. He suggested replacing my thermostat and had one on hand. I had read a lot about new thermostats and replacing them and felt comfortable doing this myself. I did not feel pressured to buy the one from Ferran. Sam was great and using the $25 off coupon for being an Angie's List member was perfect!

They were fantastic. They were quick but thorough with their work. They were very informative and had a very good understanding of what they needed to do. I hvae used them before and love their work. I had no hesitation to call them back. I wouldnt got to anyone else ever after this.

Work completed timely and in a professional manner, would recommend Ferran.

I called for service one day and they came out the following afternoon. The technician was very friendly and professional and did the installation quickly and expertly. I have used Ferran Services before for both plumbing and electrical work and have always had a good experience. By going thru Angies list, I also saved $20.

After 3 different guys were unable to turn on the water service at our new house, we called Ferran for plumbing. They sent Dan who solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I wish we had called Ferran first. .i also wholeheartedly recommend Dan. After that we signed on for the heat/AC maintainence program and have been very pleased with that.

No day is a good day to have sewage back up in your bathtub, but when it happens on a holiday it seems worse than other times. Dispatch answered my call on the first ring and took the time to not only listen to the problem, but also made notes on the home remedies I had tried before calling them. They were also very clear on their pricing policy and did not try to be vague or evasive when I asked for their policy on their inspection fee and hourly rate. Dispatch called me back when the tech was finished with his previous job and verified I would be home if they sent him. He arrived within the time window that they gave me, and after verifying the information on the problem he immediately set to work. It probably took him less than 30 minutes to resolve the issue, then he stayed to verify that toilets, sinks, tubs, and laundry all drained properly before calling the job done. The best part is that Angie's List had a coupon for the vendor for plumbing services, which they happily honored and which saved me enough money that it almost completely paid for my annual membership. So thank you very much Angie's List! I would happily recommend this vendor for friends and neighbors needing plumbing work done, and I'm sold on the value of the Angie's List annual membership.

My air was not blowing cold or hard. Called Ferran and a technician called with the hour. We talked through a couple tings before he come to the house. He offered to come in the morning instead to avoid the extra afterhours fee but I decided to go ahead and have him coem out to the house. He came over within an hour just as he said. He figured out the problem quickly and was very professional. He made sure to let me know what the pricing was going to be and seemed to really care about how much money i was going to spend. Nick was very knowledgeable and professional. And most importantly, he was able to fix the AC the same night. He also recommended some maintenance type services for the future to try and keep the system running smooth but was in now way trying to get me to spend more. He was just very matter of fact and I felt like he wanted the best for my situation. GREAT JOB FERRAN!

They're professional and they get the work done in a day. I didn't have any issues with them. It was a good experience generally.

The replacement was nice and professional. The only issue was the punctuality. I was given a window and they didn't show up for 2 hours after the end of the window. I took off a half a day of work, which ended up not being necessary since they didn't arrive until after 7pm. With that being said, I would still consider using them again.

Electrician arrived on time and was dressed very professional. He immediately found the problem and asked if we wanted him to do the work before proceeding. I appreciated that I was given a choice of doing it myself which I chose not to do.

A $10 filter needed to be changed. It took the technician less than 5 minutes to fix. They are good BUT pricey.

The technician that came out was outstanding. He was on time and polite. He cleaned up after he finished the job. I felt that they were reasonably priced and quick. I would definitely hire them again.

Solicited three estimates to replace HVAC unit. Ferran rep (can't remember his name) seemed uninterested, almost like he was going through the motions. He asked very few questions, did no looking around, and then gave me three take it or leave it options that were priced hundreds above his competitors. Not a nasty experience, but a very forgettable one. The rep didn't seem to really care about getting the business and they have not had to worry about any more calls from me. I went with another company that time and have made two complete HVAC purchases since on other houses that I own. Ferran was not called for the other two.

I called Ferrans because my garbage disposal quit working. I asked for the price to replace and was told it was around $225.00, so I set up an appt. My neighbor happened to have called them as well and the guy showed up while I was at their house. When I asked if he could do my work as well, he agreed and called the office. I watched him fix their sink and tub and having done an excellent job, I was glad he was coming to do my job as well. He came and began to check the situation out, discovered he could fix the unit rather than replace it, which he did and charged me only 20% of the cost to replace. His name was Dan Sanders and he was awesome. My neighbor and I are both thrilled with his professionalism, personality and work ethic. He cleaned everything as he did the work, answered every question, and explained what he needed to do before he did it. You can't get better than that.

Service was great! They were on time, and were very professional when they were at my home. Came out a second a second time to give me a free estimate for some plumbing. Estimate was a fair price.

They were very good. They were very prompt, I had to order a part, and they came back and put it in for me. There was some type of error in the bookkeeping and they promptly corrected that. It was just a very good experience. It was a very good competitive price. I have had no problems.

My AC wasn't working and was very pleased that they showed up about an hour after I called them. Everything was very professional. I gave them a B instead of an A because after quoting the repair to me, the tech said he didn't have the part he needed to fix my AC. He told me he'd go and pick it up, which he did. But when he got back, he then told me it would be an additional $45 (over what he previously quoted) because he had to get the part. I felt somewhat uncomfortable because I really have no way of knowing if that additional charge was really necessary or not.

I was impressed with them. I worked with one guy and I was pleased with their services. They were very professional. They followed through well. They did a good job and everything was done fine and works fine.

They had to come back because they did not finish in one day. I guess the machinery was not working correctly. They were fine. I was at work but my husband was there and he told me that they sprayed some kind of solution. Their ratings were really good on Angie’s list.

The whole experience went well. I was very satisfied even thought the job was not perform. Very professional and very punctual.
