Description of Work: My air conditioning stopped working. I called and they were here in 1 1\2 hours. The technition knew right away what the problem was and fixed the problem right away. I was very pleased that they responded so quickly. They gave a check up to my entire system and found other parts that needed service. I was not surprised by this because of previous evaluations of the system.

Description of Work: The experience was a positive one but I believe on one category I was charged excessively. I was charged a $79.00 diagnostic fee even though I had them perform the service immmediately. This fee, I believe is a hidden service chg. that other companies remIove if you have the work done on the spot, which is what I did.

Description of Work: I could not get this company to schedule an appointment after a week of waiting I have given up. I called on Monday morning 06/13/11 and was told they were busy but would get to me later that day. I did receive a call at 7pm to say they would not make it but I would be put at the top of the list for the next day. I called Tuesday to confirm this but was told they had 27 service calls that day and would get back to me later in the day. I received another call around 8pm that day to say they would not be coming out. That was the last contact I have had with the company. I will not call them again. I am a life long Orlando area resident and have never had a company respond is such an unprofessional manner.
