The pricing was really reasonable. I did a lot of comparison shopping on that. They had a very good product and they were very educational on different products. They did a nice job, they did what they said they would do and I was very happy with it.

On 4/26/12 we received and estimate to fence our back yard with a 4' high black aluminum fence with 3 gates. On 5/4/12 I signed the contract, made a down payment and emailed the documents to their sales representative. On 5/8/12 I received an email from the sales representative telling me that I needed to go to their Oviedo office to sign a Seminole county stoppel letter and a notice of commencement for my fence permit. Not sure why they did not think of tis when the order was placed. I signed the necessary documents. The representative said that someone would come out and layout the area where the fence would be installed. I told him to go ahead and proceed with the layout while I was out of the country and to schedule installation anytime after 5/28/12 when I would be available. I returned on 5/28/12 to find noting had been done and found a email from the representative that he was no longer with the company. I called their main office and was told again I needed to sign the same permit papers I had already signed. Two days later their office called me back and told me they found the papers. On 6/1/12 I received a call scheduling the installation for 6/6/12. The fence was installed and the following day I went out to inspect the work and noticed one of the sides was installed very close to a tree in the back of the yard. I took a measurement of the fence and found that it was one foot short as called out on the contract. I call their office and the head of operations came out on 6/22/12 to review the work. He told me that someone would be out to correct the problem and redo the one side of the fence. As of 7/6/12 the problem has not been corrected. I will not pay the balance of my invoice until this issue is corrected. Wow 9 weeks to install a simple fence and the job has still not been completed to the contracted specifications and my satisfaction. You call this customer focus ?

Got an estimate in a timely fashion. I had to contact the company several times in order for them to permit me to actually sign a contract and give them money for them to do the installation. They finally did send someone to our home and we signed the contract and paid them half the agreed upon amount. When their representative came to do the estimate and when the contract was signed, I provided and went over the survey of our property. They indicated that they would have no problem determining where the property line was. On the day of installation, the crew worked very hard and quickly, I had some doubt about the property line, but was previously assured that there would be no problem and the crew had the survey. No one on the job could speak English however. That would prove to be a bigger problem than I realized. Once they finished the job, they just left and didn't really check with me. When I looked at the job, it was very neat and looked well constructed. I didn't realize there was a problem until my neighbor knocked on my door and explained that her sprinkler heads were on the inside of our new fence! She felt this unusual and the workmen had asked her to turn on her sprinkler system before they installed so that they could check where the heads were. (my neighbor speaks Spanish by the way). I had to call the company and ask them to fix the problem. From that point on, it was an uphill fight all the way. I was constantly being argued with, lied to and put off. We still owed them the other half of the money so we had some leverage. The sales person we originally dealt with was very nice and wanted to make things right. One problem was that the Fence Outlet store that I originally spoke to felt they didn't have time to do our job so they gave the job to another store. I had no idea that this change had been made until this point. They were all very unprofessional and many people I spoke to were nothing short of rude. They insisted that it was correct even though I had the survey company come and remark the steaks in our yard as they are shown on the survey. They did at some point offer to correct the fence but were so long getting to it that the survey steaks were no longer and quot;visible to themand quot;. So, we had the surveyors out again--this time at our expense. After several months of this back and forth arguing, they finally agreed to redo the side of the fence that was clearly off the property line. As I mentioned, we still owed them 1/2 the agreed upon amount for the fence. It took them so long to respond to us with our problem, they actually turned us into a collection agency a week or so after the job was finally corrected and AFTER we had paid them the remaining money due them. I would NEVER do any business with them again and I would NEVER want anyone else to be inflicted to the punishment of dealing with these people! Be Warned. When they corrected the problem with the fence being on our neighbors property, they got the fence to far over onto our property and our sprinklers were on the outside of the fence. But we just let it be. At least it wasn't ruining our neighbors property. We have since had to pay someone to rework that side of the fence and we are now in process of paying someone to fix the gates which were not constructed correctly to begin with. Pay more money and get a good job. It will be \worth it in the end.

They made a mistake but then redelivered the correct product for me. They are easy to work with to correct it though.

I paid less for a six foot privacy fence with lattice then I paid for a four foot fence from home depot five years ago that was chain link of the same length.

Their price was so high that it was ridiculous. On top of that, I would have had to wait a very long time for the work to get completed; it was going to take about four or five weeks. I would not use them in the future.

They had a good selection and a very good price. They matched their competitors. When they were actually doing the installation, the contract stated that we were responsible for any irrigation piping that they went through. They went through the irrigation pipe and didn't tell us, which was irritating. The guy said that they usually fix the piping if they notice it, and they might not have noticed it. I was half and half with their guys. They were okay. It would have been nice if they had a follow-up inspection by one of their management people. Their price was so much lower than everybody else's price that it was unreal.

The fence was constructed and put up here on the property all in one day. They were very nice. They were primarily all Spanish speaking except for one gentleman who spoke English, he was very easy to talk to an appoachable. I called them regarding a couple boards that needed repaired, they came out in a matter of days and had those fixed. They did a darn good job! I would use them again and I have recommended them to others.

The work turned out really well. They are extremely fast. The work that they did was of good quality.

We went in to the offices personally to set up an appointment to have somone come out and give us an estimate. We were advised somone would call. A week and a half went by we still had not heard from anyone. We called back and they had no record of our contact (even though a form was completed). We received a follow up call from Dave who was covering for the person who normally does the estimates (no apologies offered-just excuses). He came out a few days after the call to review with us our fencing needs- he was with us a good 30 to 45 mihutes walking the area and discussing what we needed done. He advised us as he was leaving he would email the estimate within a couple of days--around Wednesday. Three weeks passed and we didn't hear from Dave We hadn't push it b/c we were working to clear a wooded area where the fence would be installed so we would be ready to put the fence in when the time came. We called Dave the Monday after the third week-- he informed us he totally forgot to follow up on our estimate- he said he would get back with us by Wednesday (that was 5 days ago and we have heard nothing) In meantime we had another fence company come out-- worked with us and had the estimate to us in two days. We believe we we will be going with them. I've never been in a position to have to beg someone to take my business--If the service level was this bad before they won us over as a customer I would hate to think what we would have had to deal with once they got our business.

We called three fence companies and this was the first to respond. Their estimator, Demetrio Vega, arrived at the appointment time and listened to our needs, explained our options and very professionally prepared an estimate. We eventually accepted this estimate and arranged for the installation. We were having a new lawn laid and Fence Outlet coordinated with our landscape contractor to assure a hassle free installation. They did everything for us including applying for the building permit and arranging for the utilities to mark their underground locations. They installed the fence right on time, did it professionally and cleaned up after themselves. We has a very minor issue and called them. They sent our a technician who solved the problem within minutes. We are very pleased with Fence Outlet.

The estimator spend Quality time with me explaining the company, how they install fence and the quality of fence they install. I was very impressed. I selected Fence Outlet and was very please with the total job. I can highly recommend Fence Outlet for fencing needs and installation.

They did a good job overall. The only thing is that there was a language barrier with the crew. I was not able to communicate very well with them. When they were finished there were some crooked areas on the fence. They have an excellent follow up service so they came back and fixed it for me.

The estimator was here within 24 hours of my call and was very professional. The estimate he gave me was right on target. He did tell me that it could take up to 2 weeks for the fence to be repaired. It actually was only 1 week, They sent out 1 person to do the job. It rook him about 5 hours to do the work. He cleaned up after himself, took the damaged fence away and made sure everything was secure before he left.

They come the day they set up for the install. However, there was a problem that was created by our contractor that did not allow them to finish on that day. The contractor and the fencing company worked that out and they were able to finish the project. They installed a childproof closure that turned out to be too high for even me, the wife as well as the homeowner. After I called to see if they could lower the closure they were out promptly to change it and then I called them out again because the automatic door latch would be engage and an adjustment needed to be made, they were out promptly. I will add that I had not paid the final payment until I was satisfied (a good practice, even when you have a good feeling about a company). They were neat and clean.

It was not too big a job. They removed a small existing fence and installed a new one. They installed in a different section a new small perimeter fence as well. When they installed the fence, a giant post fell on my car. He was incredibly embarrassed. He spent a lot of time making phone calls to take care of it immediately. He was very cool about it and the next day the window was replaced.

The estimator was prompt and pleasant. They came with a good reputation and recommendation. However, when they actually installed the fence, the workers did not measure correctly, the pickets were uneven and spacing varied from 3" to 8". The gates were not installed correctly and had to be fixed twice. Overall, the company was not responsive and it took 6 weeks to get the work corrected. I did not get a response from them until I contacted the Better Business Bureau to intervene. Then, they did come back and pull off the boards to re-space them, but once again, they did not measure and the fence remains uneven and poorly spaced. I will also need to replace the hardware on one of the gates as it keeps opening. They gave me a 10% discount because of the trouble.

They do not install the fences, but they have very good rates for material to install the fence yourself. They will also deliver for $55.00. I have found that they have the best selection in Orlando. I have dealt with Alex Roman and was very pleased with the service he gave me.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE IN AND OUT QUICKLY. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. IT WAS A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. THEY WERE GREAT, AND I ENJOYED WORKING WITH THEM.

It was an excellent experience and excellent price! Were advised to buy cypress for durability and look. We are so happy we followed their advice. It has been two years and the fence still looks new!

They worked very hard with us deigning our somewhat unusual fence. They also installed the fence on the day they promised. They followed up to check our satisfaction with the fence.

THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY TO THE ESTIMATE REQUEST, BUT THE ACTUAL JOB WASN'T STARTED FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. ONCE THE JOB WAS COMPLETED, THEY HAD TO COME BACK ONE TIME TO REINFORCE A POST. AFTER THAT, EVERYTHING WAS FINE.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE BY THE FENCE OUTLET. THEY WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS WHEN THEY ARRIVED TO MEASURE THE YARD. THEY WERE EQUALLY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS IN INSTALLING THE FENCE.

THE OWNER HELPED US IN THE STORE, HE WENT OVER THE PROS AND CONS OF EACH FENCE TYPE WE WERE LOOKING AT. HE TOOK THE TIME TO GIVE US PRICE QUOTES AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES. WE CAME BACK A FEW WEEKS LATER AND PURCHASED THE FENCE. WE WERE A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED THAT THE FENCE TOOK 2 WEEKS LONGER TO GET IN THAN HE TOLD US.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY RESPONSIVE, AND CAME OUT QUICKLY TO GIVE US THE PRICE, AND ALSO GAVE US A DRAWING TO SUBMIT TO OUR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION. THEY WERE VERY DILIGENT, AND MADE SURE THE JOB WAS DONE QUICKLY AND CORRECTLY.
