Unfortunately, this company was a huge letdown to me. They had very high reviews and I was looking forward to purchasing a new fence from them. I requested 2 quotes for the backyard and the installer, Mike, stopped walking with me and asked why. He said, “Is this for budget reasons? Why do you need 2 quotes?!” I tried showing him where I would like the fence, but he kept rudely interrupting me and wanted to know what the other competitors quoted me. He kept asking me multiple irrelevant questions about why I wanted a backyard fence to continue outside one of my windows. He demanded to see the survey and Warranty deed to verify that I was the owner. After showing him the Warranty Deed, he immediately said, "Well, I don't need that right now. That will be needed after I finish my assessment." The conversation with him became more and more aggressive. He mentioned that he came from Orlando and they are swamped as if he was overwhelmed. I spoke with a “manager” who initially apologized for the behavior but defended his actions on why he was asking lots of questions. He said that they question more compared to the competitors so that they do not make mistakes. He validated that Mike followed exactly how they were “trained” and that this was normal. Asking me why I need a fence around my window and asking me what’s in the room is irrelevant to a simple fence quote. He questioned why no other installer verified why they didn’t ask for a Warranty Deed and stated, “It sounds like they are not certified to perform a fence install.” The other companies were Lowe’s and Superior Fences which had high reviews. From the installer to the manager, this company has lost my trust and business. Not sure if this company has forgotten, but their customers keep them in business. I would not recommend their services.

Very poor workmanship. Gates started sagging only a few months after installation. After a year I was unable to open one of the gates. The bolts on the latches are rubbing against each other which has caused the paint to come off. The gates are the first thing you see on the home which makes it look very cheap. I called and was told by one person that it would be covered under warranty but when I called again I was told I had to pay for it to be fixed

Signed the contract on May 15, 2020 and paid 1/2 of the monies. Was told that fence should be installed in about 2 weeks. No contact from them at all and about after 3 weeks I contacted them to get a status update and was told they are working on it. Once again a couple of weeks go by and no contact from them again, so I contact them and was told that someone from scheduling would contact me within 24 hours. 5 days later I had to contact them again at which point they tell me that the rails need to be special ordered and its gonna take another 2 weeks. So 2 weeks go by and no contact from them so my husband went to the business, after calling every phone number on the list with no success of anyone answering, and was told that it would be in on the truck tomorrow. Well tomorrow and the next day came with no contact from them. My husband calls them and was told that it did not come in on the truck and we would have to wait another 5 days to see if it comes in on that truck. In the meantime, it has now been over 6 weeks and no fence scheduled for install. I have every email communication with them and the GM and Customer Service Manager were copied on correspondence and have not even replied or even given an apology for the delay. They misrepresented theirselves as far as I am concerned. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Becareful with this place and DO NOT REFINANCE with greensky. After 6 months my fence was falling. I finance the fence for 1 year without additional charges. I already paid 500 interest so far. I kept all my receipts because I am very disappointed. I ll make a youtube video soon. 1

Excellent. The install crew did a great job and we have had several good comments from our neighbors. We had some small details that needed correction after the job was completed and they corrected those within a week.

Apparently, Fence Outlet uses subcontractors to install the fence. The subcontractor had an old truck and trailer cart and a second man that was his helper. The subcontractor and helper were FANTASTIC. They had to pick up the new fence, tear out the old fence, put up the new fence with new posts and encountered problems with tree or plant roots, cement or stone in the ground that they had to dig out or go around. These men worked about 14-16 hours in horrible heat. They left with my old fence and had to dispose of it. For all the work they did, they deserved a big payday but I'm sure they were paid little. I paid $6,000 for the job and they probably received a tenth. These men did not quit until they got everything perfect. It has been about 2 years since this fence was put in and it is a beautiful, healthy fence and gate.

Good quality work. Pleased with installation but not happy when they upped the price $37.50 at the end of installation. The explanation was that the salesperson had miscalculated 15' of old fence removal. I signed a contract that did not include this added amount. Poor business practice.

The fence looks great. It's a great quality and the installation was professional.

Sales rep came out and gave estimate. When we called to say we were ready to have fence installed, we never got call back. After two calls to sales rep went with another company.

Not too well,, had an argument with the installers because they were giving me a hard time with measurements I had the yard measured twice by Jose, the first time wrong measurements I had him come out again and to remeasure the property & of course price went up quite a bit more. Then finally a month later. The installers had the wrong measurements that was initially incorrect!! We were disgusted and I was so frustrated with them. They are so unprofessional . The installer also said he was leaving due to wrong measurements after waiting so long to get this fence installed! This was beginning to be a nightmare for us.. I call the owner and explained that the installer have the wrong measurements and to speak to him because I had a hard time communicating with them . The fence was installed finally the same day but not completely satisfied with the end results . I will never use this company again & not recommend them to anyone... :-( i'm not sure if they were trying to get more money out of us by saying we had the wrong measurements again but I thought they went that was pretty shady !Here is a tip.. make sure any fence company gives you a warrantee at least more than a one year of workmanship and lifetime on materials.

The staffs were excellent. They finished the service very quickly and they left the area in perfect condition.

The installation of the fence was great. There was a language barrier so it was hard to communicate. They left 500 pounds of concrete behind. They tried to explain something to us but we were having a hard time understanding. Under further review of the job, we realized the gates were also installed backwards. For the last two weeks, both my husband and I have reached out to the company at least four times a day, with no response. Manny told me to "have my husband call" because I must not have understood what I had signed in the contract. I have an outstanding balance of $2000. I want to pay off the balance but I'm afraid if I pay it, we will never hear from the company again.

They came on time. Finished when they said they would. Cleaned up after themselves. Even too away some old fence pieces and tree limbs for me. Very courteous. Would definitely recommend them

Crew cam early and were very professional. One hour and 225Ft of fence was taken down by the two-man crew.

The entire process went very smoothly from quote to installation. The workers made sure to double check details with me. Their price and product quality were very competitive. Highly recommend.

The actual installation of the fence went well. However, the packaging materials were stuffed inside the posts - something we found out when we accidentally knocked off a cap - and there was a ridiculous amount of dirt left behind that killed about a foot and a half of grass around our fence line. It killed the grass because they sent someone out to fix it within a few days but he was even astounded by the amount and said that he wasn't prepared time wise and would let his manager know it was a bigger job/issue - it took a month of calls to get someone to finally come out. They did bring grass seed but I was very disappointed since I had really liked the sales guy and had much higher expectations.

Their price is good but communication between their sales and install teams as well as with their customer is poor. They installed the fence 3' off the line they were contracted to. When told to come back and fix it, we were told they were not in the business of moving fences. Finally they came back to move it and again did not follow the survey instructions moving one to two feet into a utility easement. Finally, their third try got it right. Having said that, they left piles of dirt mixed with concrete mix throughout the yard which killed the grass. While in the end we finally got what we paid for, the stress and trouble of dealing with this company would prevent me from recommending them.

My wife and I went to Depot in Oviedo to price a new wood board aon bard fence and was amazed at the price but since it was falling down and the adjoining house was for sale we neededed to have it done. We were talking to the salesman and he was giving us the way they install and I asked about concrete on the fence poles and he told me they only did that on vinyl fence. He showed us the vinyl fense as he was explaining the install and I noticed they has the fence on sale. It turned out to be less costly that the wood fence and it was installed in cement which is what i wanted. The in house estimater came to the house measured the total kneeds and gave us a price that was satisfactory and we signed the papers for the install. The provided the proper city permit and I received an approval from the HOA for vinyl instead of wood. The crew showed up at the proper time, went right to work removing and clearing the old fence as the secopnd half of the team started installing the new fence and to my amazement they made sugggestions that actually gave us more that we asked for such as a larger gate and a few extra feet of fence. The crew was clean respectful and very hard working. In all the completed the job in record time and after cleaning up left the yard in excellent condition. The dogs dont like it as the squirles cant climb it as the fence it to slick so they have nothing to chase. Excellent Job and if I need more at another time they will be the first I call.

It took a few weeks to get someone out here to measure and get the contract and then 6 weeks for materials to be ordered. Discussed onsite with Bernard regarding the patio that I was having installed and the fact that I would have lots of extra dirt. There was one line of fence that had a pretty severe dip and I wanted to use the dirt to level that out a bit. I was assured that could be done at the time of fence install. When the team arrived to install the fence, they knew nothing about this request or promise. They had to leave, I had to hire someone to level the dirt and the install had to be rescheduled for 2 weeks later. More than a bit frustrating as the patio crew would have gladly done this for me, but I told them it was being taken care of.

The vinyl fence, (tan) was installed today, 10/09/12. Estimate was the best comparing to three different contractors. Fence Outlet Estimator took care of permits, plans and advised me well as to color, hardware, layout etc. When permit was granted, they scheduled work NEXT DAY i.e. today. The job was done in such a professional manner that simply is hard to believe. The material used is of the highest quality (with aluminum tubes inside the posts. Posts are mounted in concrete. Best bid out of three. Everything is plum and tight. It's quite a big backyard, they started at 8 AM and were done by 3 PM. Not a spec of trash was left after removal of old fencing (wood). Contractor removed chain link and old wood fence and hauled away! This was a big deal to us as we did not want to get stuck with old fencing. They came early on previous day to build the frame for the board on board fence. They let the frame sit over night and returned the next morning to start building the fence. Took their time with the installation. Each board is installed in place as opposed to a factory pre built fence. The quality is excellent and the craftsmanship superb. The fence looks fantastic! We could not be more pleased with our choice of contractor and type of fence. We just had Orkin come out to do a preventative treatment for termites this past weekend and will wait another few weeks for rainy season to subside before having the fence sealed. This was a fantastic deal as other fence providers including big hardware stores were charging slightly more and would not remove the old fencing. I have already recommended this company to several people looking for a fence company.

The 132 foot w/gate was done at a slow pace but a good job overall. One post did come loose a few weeks later but I fixed with no trouble. The second small section on the other side of the house was a different matter and a different crew. The gate on the one side had a brace to keep it from dropping with weight. On the small job with same size and type of gate no brace and it is dropping. I went to the store and with out my contract they were no help. Then I was told there is a 30% restocking charge for returned parts that they over charged. But they had no trouble taking my $3900.00.
