Description of Work: Salesman (Tyler) was a professional BS artist,in my opinion. Project was behind schedule from the get go.No one answers the phone at the office, its always leave a message and hope they call you back. As the front fence was being installed, the contract installers(who were above and beyond) accidentally cut the cable, they could NOT get thru to inform the office to call the cable co. for a repair. Thought by using a big fence company, things would be a lot smoother, boy was I wrong. If you plan to use this company get everything in writing(begin date,end date and apply penalty when they fail)...BUYER BEWARE

Description of Work: Install more than 200 feet of 5ft vinyl fence with two gates

Description of Work: I had a small patio fenced on the side of my home. The installation crew came about 15 minutes before the appointment time. While the crew was doing the install they had concerns about the strength of a short run of fence next to a gate. They added additional fence to made the side by the gate stronger. After they left I determined that the gap around the fence was a bit too big. When I called the office they connected me to the repair supervisor and we discussed we discussed possible alternatives. I had to leave town the next day so we set the appointment for the day I returned (July 20th). Manny showed up 30 minutes early and made the repairs and added a strip under the fence so my dogs would not dig their out. The workmanship was excellent, the materials look great and I am very pleased with the job.

Description of Work: Showed up to assess the job after rescheduling the 1st apt. Took measurements and never provided an estimate.

Description of Work: They broke three sprinkler heads and I had to pay another company to come in and fix them. They refused to fix what they broke. It took them two months to finish the job. I would not call them again

Description of Work: I needed only 22 feet of chain link fence. Every other company I called was going to charge me for 100 feet of labor making the cost around $800. Fortunately I found Fence Outlet where I could just buy the materials I needed.

Description of Work: They got the job done in one day include fence removal. Had a couple of issues with corner pieces and they responded quickly to resolve. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Sales person was effective in selling us on buying from Fence Outlet. That was the highpoint. We are seniors in our 70's and could not afford the $8000.00 product so we worked h getting the fence and keeping expenses within reason. That meant several calls to the salesmen and rewriting or changing the contract. The saleman got extremely testy with me and actually hung up on me. I spoke to his manager who said he would speak to the salesman. Somehow the order was lost and it took quite a while to complete our order. The men who did the install were great! Kudos to them, professional and did a good job!

Description of Work: They put in an aluminum fence. They originally sent two guys who were okay, but I wasn't crazy about them. It started raining as soon as they got there, so they had to postpone until the next week. I loved the guy they sent out the next time. He was great. He did the whole fence in one day by himself. He did a great job, and he was very personable. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They installed black ornamental fencing and two electronic flag gates.
