They responded quickly to my request for services, arrived on time, were knowledgeable about mold and were able to answer all of my questions. They recommended remediation companies and the one we used was outstanding. They were reasonable with price and willing to work with our limits. Bought a new house, it is 9 years old. Primary inspector missed some leaks we found after settlement, and we smelled mold in the air, so bought in Elite Mold Services to tell me exactly what was going on. They were very professional and thorough. I did not use any of their remediation services, but the final report and other information provided to me helped me figure out what had to be done, which fortunately wasn't too serious. I highly, highly recommend hiring Elite Mold Services BEFORE you settle on a new home no matter how old it is. You need to have a regular inspection and Mold inspection in Florida.

JT was recommended to me through a 3rd party and had provided advice to me previously. Based on my little interaction with him, when it came down to figuring out if we had mold, I immediately called JT. He and Joe were able to come out within 2 days and went over the entire house. They found a few problem areas that had not been called to our attention before, and that has allowed us to make a plan going forward. They are very professional, have the right tools and knowledge to do the job, and are extremely helpful - offering suggestions on repairs, reviewing and going through the details of mold results from previous tests we've had done, and answering questions. JT listened to my concerns and answered each one very professionally. When I left, I felt like I understood the exact issues. We have been through a lot of testing and he is the first one who has been able to physically show me areas of concern, as well as provide moisture and thermal imaging information. The price is very fair and he offers additional testing if you want it - he does not insist. He is a very nice man and I do not hesitate to recommend him.

They had all the right tools to get the job done and only did lab tests where appropriate. I can imagine others would do unnecessary tests that would cause your bill to get steep.
