We’ve used this company twice now for pre and post mold testing. They are professional, and usually pretty thorough in their testing and recommendations on how or what to remediate. The testers have always been friendly and helpful. They were flexible with scheduling changes and available for testing when needed. My only complaint is that I wish it wasn’t so expensive. Wish they didn’t charge as much for the post testing since of course that would be part of the whole process and needed to close out a project.

I now have a plan of action for mold remediation due to this service. I also like how this company assesses but does not remediate, as that could be a conflict of interest for the homeowner. From the person who answered the phone to James who did the inspection they were professional, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and took as much time as needed to assess and explain what needed to be done.

Roger was professional, efficient and timely with the results and additional samples report as well as explaining the outcomes of the reports. All pricing was up front and fair. Would highly recommend this company.

The technician, Dylan, was prompt, professional, thorough and very good about explaining all the steps of the inspection process. He explained additional tests that could be done for additional cost based on our specific concerns, but was never pushy or hard-sell. The cost of the basic inspection depends on the square footage of your home, and it can get a little pricey if you ask for additional testing, such as air quality, but the knowledge we gained was well worth the cost. Elite supplies the science in diagnosing the mold problems. They do not do the repairs.

Elite was able to schedule our inspection quickly. Inspector arrived on time and was very thorough. Results were expected within 24-48 hours, and we got ours quickly. The report was fairly technical, but he was able to explain where we had problems and provided a list of potential remediation companies.

I needed a mold test to be complete in able to sell my house. It was part of the inspectors requests. I called elite mold services and they responded right away. I needed a second test done and they even came out on a Sunday to help me. Great company, super nice guy (Joe). He was professional and fast. Also Joe was really good at communicating with me the whole time. Great company.
