Joe is very professional and gave us very quick response. After he heard we concerned about mold in the house, he came immediately to our house to do inspection and collect the samples. When our remediation job is done, he quickly come again to collect another sample. He explained to us very details about the summary report and answered all the questions that I had. He is really knowledgeable in his area.

He set up his meter on a tripod in 4 or 5 locations in the inside, I asked if he would check the outside, under the mobile. At first he said the tests would pick up the outside too. Later, when he was leaving, he said it only does the inside.We had 3 witnesses all heard the same thing. He did tell us how to go about repairing if there is mold. He called us and said the levels were low, we didn't need worry. I asked If I could have a copy of the report. He sent one. (I guess my mistake was, I should have asked directly if he crawls under the mobile). How was I to know?

JT and Joe did a very thorough inspection of my home. I was impressed with their attention to detail and the organized report. They were a pleasure to work with!

The owner and another worker completed the inspection - they were punctual, explained everything they found very clearly, took tons of pictures and crawled everywhere around the house to search for mold. The report we received was timely and extremely thorough - even the remediation companies who have given us estimates noted that JT's reports are meticulous, and they only have him re-test the areas once they complete remediation. I thought the cost initially was a bit pricey but i was willing to pay more for an objective service, and i would pay more for this level of quality service.

I was very pleased. JT was professional and knowledgable. The report was prompt and thorough. He looked at the whole house, not just the problem area I'd noticed, and identified some additional issues that should be addressed. They were all valid concerns and I'm glad I was made aware of them. Elite doesn't perform the repair work, so there's no conflict of interest and the report is unbiased.

Provided recommendations to remedy and/or prevent mold. Confirmed mold on the HVAC evaporator coils with swab sample. Mold growth on blower fan. Minor discrepancies of indoor air compared to outside air found with air samples. Suspected fungal growth in these areas: Toilet lids and tanks. Various window frames. A/C vent covers. Grout in bathroom and some has gaps. Moisture found under faucet knob in master bathroom. Remove dust on from blinds since it can be a food source for mold. Paint is chalking and stucco has cracks and parts have algae growth. Repaint to provide exterior protection from water. Fix and unclog gutters. Active water damage at the rear patio board. Unclog dryer vent.

Mr. Edgren performed various mold inspections and subsequent lab test, indoor air quality samples, and infrared water damage assessment. He was professional, courteous, and provided final results within two day.

First off Joe called me within 30 minutes of me sending my interest via Angie's List to them. He was down to earth, detailed in his questions and answers and overall truly friendly. The day of the inspection he was actually early! Again, really comfortable demeanor, more than answered my questions and walked me through every step of his inspection. The air samples were taken Friday morning and back from the lab on Monday. Joe called me that same Monday to lay out what the results were and to let me know their full report (from Elite Mold) would be in my email come Tuesday. It certainly was, replete with photos, the lab reports and details on each reading. I'm incredibly impressed by how professional, warm and on the ball Joe was and I would recommend him and Elite Mold to friends and family.

From the start, he was very informative and knowledgeable, even letting me know that it is illegal in the state of Florida for a mold testing company to perform a mold remediation on the same location. He went far beyond the areas that concerned us and notified me of all the areas that were a potential problem, a current problem, or not an issue. I can tell that Joe really knows what he's doing and helped put me at ease about the possible scope of the work when I was ready to cry!

It went very well. JT was professional and friendly, and he got right to work without wasting any time. He worked well around our three kids. He was thorough and efficient. The report was received when promised and it was very detailed. JT never pushed us into additional services -the report simply stated what was found and what necessary actions should be taken.

I called for help in detecting mold, and was called back reasonably quick with an appointment made as soon as possible. The two gentlemen that came out for the inspection were here exactly when they said they would be and conducted themselves in a professional manner. They explained everything they were doing and answered any questions I had immediately. I didn't have to wait for them to finish what they were doing first. They're inspection was impressive, they covered the whole structure. I was called two days later with the results of the samples taken, after they received the breakdown from a lab. It was explained in an easy to understand way, and a full inspection report with photos was emailed the next day. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and plan on using them again after I have corrective work done in the house to make sure it was done correctly.

They were exceptionally good and very careful. I intend to use them again. They used infrared cameras, moisture meters, and an air-o-cell, in addition to a careful visual inspection. I was impressed.

When I tried to schedule the service for Noon time on Tuesday 1/28/14, he said "NO". Then I asked if "1 PM or after that possible?", he answered "What part of NO you don't understand?". I said "you do not need to be rough like that, after all, I am still the person that paying for the service, i.e. your customer". I do not think that anybody would want to give business to such disrespectful representative.

Roger was very professional and had great attention to detail and concerned about our special needs son's room and made sure that he paid extra attention to it. Luckily we didn't have any mold ..he did let us know about one trouble area not to be concerned as well as some maintenance issues which we were not aware while completing his inspection. WE were very impressed !!!! Thanks Roger!
