About us

Mold Made Simple. Elite Mold Services provides independent mold inspections, mold testing and indoor air quality assessments for residential and commercial properties. We are proudly certified through the ACAC. We are state-licensed and fully insured. We do not provide remediation services we provide unbiased investigations without a conflict of interest. We believe in charging a fair price for our services. We will charge an inspection fee along with charging on a per sample basis for any mold samples we collect (after obtaining consent of the client). Beware of companies offering "free" mold inspections as they are usually trying to get their foot in the door and sell another service. One of the most important credentials to look for is that your mold inspector / sampler is licensed with the State of Florida. Another extremely important qualification to hold in this industry is a certification with the American Council of Accredited Certifications or ACAC. This certification is the most respected credential of this industry, requiring proof of experience and a proctored exam only then to have the application go in front of a council board. This is a big difference from your online "training" schools that issue "certifications" through the mail. We are certified by the ACAC & members of the IAQA.
