Everything went very smoothly & the finished results look great!

WOW. They were perfect. On time, efficient. Got out stains on furniture that past cleaner (self and professional) did/could not.. Sofa was dry before they left! We have 4 dogs, and 7 cats who spend time on our furniture, so stains happen, and combined with skin oils, etc and just dirt/dust and fur, some of the pieces were in bad shape. They looked like NEW when they left. There were two people who came and made quick work of getting everything done. Very reasonably priced as well, got higher quotes from other companies. Was able to schedule an appointment right before Christmas with short notice (2 days). GREAT COMPANY

Overall, it went ok. However, they didn't move furniture to clean or wear shoe covers as promised. They also charged higher than other companies which we were willing to pay because they promised myself to wear shoe covers and move heavy furniture, which didn't happen.

We called Elite Chem-Dry before purchasing an Angie's List Deal for service. Based on the cleaning we wanted, they let us know that there was a better coupon available on Angie's List than the deal we were calling about. The cleaners called several hours before the appointment time to ask if they could arrive early. The originally scheduled appointment time was in the early evening, and it was helpful to us to have them start early. We were having the carpets cleaned in a 10 yr. old home that was recently purchased. We paid a small additional amount to have the stairs cleaned since it was not included with the coupon. We did not have any furniture in the home yet, so the cleaning went quickly and easily. Since the cleaning was done in the evening, we let it dry overnight. No problems whatsoever.

I had been cleaning my own carpets for years, but recently had my carpet stretched and decided to have my carpets professionally cleaned. Chem-Dry uses a unique multi-step process that made a lot of sense to me, so I scheduled them to clean my carpets. They were professional from start to finish. I was impressed that they put 'corner guards' on the walls to make sure that their truck mounnted hoses didn't damage any corners. And, they wore 'footies' to make sure everything was kept clean. They use air blower dryers and their process uses less water and dries quicker. Elite Chem-Dry convinced me to use them again instead of cleaning my own carpets with a much less effective home machine. I recommend them highly.

I have not yet received my rugs back from them. But the initail consultation was very good.

the room carpet was very dirty and we were planing to cover with area rug and wanted it cleaned before we did any thing We contacted Elite and they were available on a timely basis and we scheduled the service at 1:00 they called and asked if they could come early which was very acceptable the owner after looking the room said he could clean the carpet and we were amazed at the results. would recommend the service very professional acknowledge our needs and always asked about plugging in equipment

Every year when I renew my lease my community pays to have the carpets cleaned. Elite Chem Dry does a far better job. I have two cats and didn't realize how much hair was in the carpet. They raked out lots of hair and now when I rub the carpet no hair comes out. When the company my community uses cleans the carpet I can still pull out hair. When I renew the lease next time I will just pay out of pocket and use Elite Chem Dry instead.

The lady and gentleman that did the job were prompt and professional both in appearance and they way they conducted themselves. They did a very nice job and I would highly recommend them.

They were very friendly, they were very careful with our furniture, everything dried really quickly, the materials that they used were non-toxic which dried very quickly and their service itself was very good. They were in and out in no time, they were efficient and they were on time. They charged by the piece.

The carpet usually dries in about an hour. Their pricing is probably lower than other reputable companies.

I have been using ECD now for approx a year and a half and I am always satisfied with the job the do! My carpets are so clean and smell so nice when they finish the job! Isai is always professional and always gives me the total price before they start the job. I am completely satisfied with this carpet cleaning service and would highly recommend! The technician did a great job with the stains they are completely gone The best part was that the carpets weren't super wet when they left as with other cleaning companies I've used in the past. I called several weeks ago as we wanted a specific date for the cleaning as we were having visitors coming from out of town. They easily agreed to the date and Isaiah and his assistant actually showed up slight early. This was greatly appreciated as I had other things I needed to do. They were very efficient as Isaiah cleaned the carpets while his helper took the furniture out on the patio and cleaned it. The whole job was done in just over an hour and I was very pleased with the results. They gave me instructions about keeping our dog off the carpets and furniture for at least two hours as the oil in the dogs coat can react with the chemicals they use to clean and cause spots to reappear. Isaiah was very personable and professional. Would recommend him to anyone for service.

I had a rental condo with a short turnaround time between tenants. I called Elite ChemDry and they were able to work with my tight time frame. I also had to work around other work ongoing in the condo and other appointments. They were able to work around all of that and found a time that would work. And on the day that they were scheduled to come, they called to say they could come a little early, and as I was on my way back from an appointment, I was able to let them in to get started a little early. They were quick and professional. The carpets were clean and dry very quickly, which was key, due to the other work being done in the condo around the same time. I would call them again.
