With the maintenance contract, they come out twice a year for inspection and cleaning. They also will come out if anything goes wrong and I even receive a discount. They are very responsive and even call me when the appointment is coming due. I have used their services for many years now. I have been very happy with them!

What I like the most about the company is their quality and professionalism. Their prices are reasonable. My experience with them has been wonderful!

A service request was placed on Wednesday afternoon and they were out first thing Thursday morning. The service technician called me at 8:00 AM and said he was leaving and would be there shortly. He arrived at 8:20 AM and was finished by 9:30 AM.. Professional, punctual and a pleasure to work with.

It went great, they were timely and efficient and my AC unit is going to last longer than it would have without them. I was glad to have their professional help to assess and fix what I thought would cause me trouble when I bought my house.

Air conditioner installed 2 years ago at a good price and it works fine. I called back this year because the AC shut off and leaked about a gallon of water in my garage and a technician walked me through cleaning out the drain line over the phone. I was very happy with the service.

The men were courteous and professional. They cleaned up and left my house spotless. They were punctual and prices were slightly less than quote. I would highly recommend them and will call them when it comes time to replace the units.

Two days after the installation I noticed a small issue with a condensation return line. I called the company and within 45 minutes, someone was at our house to fix the problem, at no charge. I really appreciated this quick response and their overall high level of customer service.

I went to www.alpinehomeair.com an found a replacement coil myself. The people there are expert, and happy to guide you to the right product/solution. The replacement coil was only $325. It was a complete lie by the EC Waters company that the coils for R-22 systems are different from newer systems. Alpine also provides 10 companies in your area who will competitively bid to do either all of the work, or some of the work to repair your system using components you supply. Of course--like an idiot--I had to call EC Waters to offer them a chance to do the job and keep me as a customer. On two separate calls, by two different people, I was told that what I was doing was ILLEGAL, and that Clark (the owner of EC Waters) would call me. Clark didn't call me. I called back twice over the next few days, trying to have that conversation with Clark -- he never came to the phone. Illegal; another blatant lie. I likely fell victim when I purchased a replacement system in 2000. People, always get a second opinion if you don't want to get ripped off. And keep using Angie's List. In the end, I used one of the highest-rated A/C companies referred by Alpine (MorseTech A/C in Orlando). They properly installed the $325 coil for $350. The combined cost was less than half of what EC Waters wanted to stick me for the coil alone. By the way, during this ordeal, I took the open-book EPA A/C Tech license test on-line (easy), and was able to purchase a cylinder of freon myself (from www.coolgas.com) for a tiny fraction of what EC Waters charges. Folks, with the internet at your fingertips, there's no reason to get ripped off and taken advantage of again.

I love everything! They were on time and did a good job. I’ve had it going on a year now and have had no problems and they also helped finance it so I didn’t have to pay it all up front at 0% interest for one year.

He is fantastic in what he does. When the inspector came, even he said it was a good job done by him. They are honest and they do great work. You can rely on whatever they do. I have no problems. If I have any problems, they would come out immediately. I would use them in the future.

went well overall. The lady scheduling appointments was very knowledgable and accommodating. The guys that came for the service were on time and did a good job. Only reason for an overall B is price. We went to them as they are an authorized Lenox dealer but I believe this basic service can be had for much cheaper.

We had been nursing our AC/heating system along, knowing it needed to be replaced. We had talked with a couple of other companies, and called E.C. Waters upon a recommendation. Alfredo came over, assessed the system, and gave us several options. He was prompt, professional, and thorough. The entire experience was superior to the other companies who had provided estimates. We decided to go with E.C. Waters and picked an option. The installation team arrived promptly, the company's owner, and Alfredo were there too. My husband mentioned our air flow balance problems for the first time, and they proposed a solution that would require some duct work for a very reasonable extra charge. The installation went very well (the guys were so nice and so professional), payment was a breeze, Alfredo called later to check on the work, and a week later, we are extremely happy with our choice. The air flow is much improved. The system works great. The thermostat is amazing. We could not be happier.

Our first contact was with Debbie in the office when we called to schedule an estimate. She is very friendly, professional and helpful, and I immediately felt at ease with having this company come to our home and give a proposal on such an expensive project. The sales rep, Alfredo, showed up right at the scheduled time. He was likewise friendly and professional, and exhibited great patience in answering my many nitpicky questions :) There was no pressure, no bait-and-switch, or anything else that made me uncomfortable. When he left, he had given me a very detailed proposal outlining exactly what would be done and the total price. A couple days later I thought of some more questions I wanted answered, so I emailed Alfredo. The next day I received a phone call from Clark Waters, the company owner, who answered everything to my satisfaction. This impressed me, as I'm not used to the Big Guy calling a prospective customer to answer questions. He did use the opportunity to present a small sales pitch for his company :) but that was secondary to providing the info I asked for, and again, there was no pressure or anything unprofessional. On installation day, the team showed up on time and ready to work. They were likewise friendly and professional, and did not rush the job but at the same time worked quickly and efficiently. They did not take any shortcuts, everything was done properly and according to professional standards. They not only cleaned up after completion, but left the area in better shape than they found it. They also explained to me some of the things they did (in response to my questions). When it was time to pay, I was presented an invoice for the exact proposed quote. No surprises, and they did each thing outlined on the proposal. Although I was sure I got a good installation, this was reinforced a few days later when the city inspector came out to sign off on the permit. After looking over the whole system inside and out, her comment was, and this is a direct quote: "It looks real good. They did a nice installation." Pretty good coming from someone who sees this type of thing for a living. Needless to say, it passed inspection on the first try, which in my city says a lot :) Of course, only time will tell regarding the quality of the equipment and the service I get from E.C. Waters. But my initial impressions are very favorable, and we are glad we chose them. Bottom line, if you need any a/c work done, whether serivce/repair or new install, you owe it to yourself to at least put this company on your short list. I would definitely recommend them very highly.

I called EC Waters when my heat would not work properly. I chose EC Waters because they came HIGHLY recommended by a friend who had explained to me the level of professionalism and service she has received from EC Waters over many years. The EC Waters technician who came to my home carefully explained to me how the system should work and what was wrong with my current system. He was very knowlegeable and friendly. His professionalism made me want to continue to do business with this company. Prior to signing a contract, I had several (long) telephone conversations with Debbie in the office. She was very knowledgeable and willing to call me back when she did not immediately have answers to my questions. She was so friendly and easy to talk to. She worked very hard to help me find the best system for my home, checking for manufacturer rebates and tax credits that I could have when I purchased a system. The EC Waters website directed me to several US government websites where I could educate myself on the process of air duct cleaning and how to purchase a heat pump-air handler system. I found this very helpful. Having read the EC Waters website, I had many questions. Before I signed the contract, the owner Clark Waters graciously spent 15-20 minutes with me on the phone answering my questions. The 2 technicians who installed my system and cleaned my ducts did an excellent job and left my home spotless! On installation day, Steve Waters came to my home to calibrate the thermostat and to see if I was satisfied with the work. When I had some difficulty with the new system, Steve came back to my home that evening to fix the problem. An after-hours service call?! Yes! The next day, Clark and Steve both came to my home to adjust my new system. I was very impressed with the dedication of Steve and Clark Waters to make my system work perfectly. Perhaps a week later I got a call from Clark Waters stating that the air handler Lenox had sent them to install in my home was not quite the correct one. While it seemed to be working well enough, Clark said that this was not the BEST solution to my heating-A/C needs and it was not the exact one listed on my contract. At no cost to me, Steve came out the next day and completely replaced the "new" air handler with the correct new air handler. Wow! What great service! On the one hand, I was surprised to get Clark's call. Most businesses today are not willing to take responsibility for mistakes. On the other hand, I was NOT surprised to get the call. I already felt strongly that Clark Waters was an honorable businessman who put the needs of his customers first, even if it meant admitting a mistake had been made and the correction would cost him some money. This kind of honest professionalism is what America was built on. I will gladly recommend EC Waters to all of my friends. Kudos to EVERYONE at EC Waters Inc!

I haven t had any problems with my A/C since they came around. I feel that they are very professional, polite and always on time. They offer competitive prices and overall I always have a good experience with them.
