Description of Work: Joe's plumbing recommended this company when shower pan leaked. They came out right a way and brought fans and dehumidifiers. Customer service at this point was very high and I was satisfied. However, they made sure I had insurance and was going to make a clain and I had to sign a form indicating such. My insurance adjuster stated that I should not have done that. | |Later on, they did not come back and left the equipment there for several days after it was needed, meanwhile charging the insurance. They sent a "mold specialist" who apparently did nothing but take measurements and then sent an invoice to insurance stating I had a mold problem. In the end, I had no mold problem. The insurance paid them for the services rendered, but I'm sure there are much better companies out there who do not try to overcharge insurance companies. Overall, the job was done to my satisfaction but
