Service call went extremely well. I originally called this company as the one I've used in the past hasn't been responding well for the last two times I've needed appliance repair. We went out and purchased our new washer for about the same as the repair would have cost - a second opinion on whether or not the old washer could be salvaged agreed with Josh's original advice.

We have used them for years. They are excellent. The prices are a little high but they do good work. He was a nice guy and got here on time.

They came out on to time repair my washer with no problems.

e The owner of Conway made the service call. We have used them in the past, and have always been pleased with their work. He had to work hard to uninstall the old unit because of the motor being frozen, but there was no doubt that he knew what he was doing. After installation, he told us what to expect about when we would begin to get ice. His predictions were accurate. The man was professional and courteous, and he got the work done in short order.

First impression I had was of professionalism when I called during closed hours. Their voicemail was very professionally spoken and informative. This alone is what made me call Conway back instead of all the other companies I tried that same day who didn't have much for a voicemail. I called back on a Monday and they got me an appointment on Wednesday between 2-5. Mark gave me a call as he was approaching my neighborhood to let me know he was arriving and make sure he knew how to find it. He arrived right at 2pm, and stayed about 20 minutes to assess and repair my range burners and receptacles. My range is a weird custom arrangement from the 70's, so he had to finagle a few things to make the receptacles fit (the style I had that was broken was some kind of custom welded piece that couldn't be duplicated). He explained everything fully, and showed me what he was doing. He tested the new burners for me, and then was on his way. Overall, this was a professional interaction that was handled quickly and capably. I felt great turning over the $220 and I would absolutely call Conway again, or recommend them to another customer.

We had the first afternoon appointment, we were scheduled between 1-2pm. Our technician hadn't showed by 1:52, and I called the office just to make sure something hadn't gone wrong. The receptionist I spoke to told me that they had written down the wrong address. I gave the address 3 times originally, and if the address had been wrong, I feel that they could've called me and asked for it again, but I hadn't received a phone call until I called them and asked where they were. Our technician showed about 5 minutes after that, and was probably in the house about 5 minutes. He took one look at the fridge, said we were out of free-on, and there was nothing he could do, we had to buy a new one. We were still slapped with the 69.00 service charge, even though they were late, lost our address, and he did no work on the fridge besides tell us we needed a new one. We paid the charge, and bought a new fridge but this is the last time I'm hiring this company.

I called Conway Appliance and Repair because of their good reviews on Angie's List. The repairman showed up on time, fixed my washer and was very professional. He was also very nice. I would definitely call them again with any appliance repairs.

I got a less-than-5-minute lesson on how to turn the dial correctly. He charged me the service call fee, but nothing for labor! I appreciated his professionalism by not laughing at me or making me feel foolish!

Renter called on Friday, 5:00 P.M. to tell me that the refrigerator was not working, had not been working since Thursday evening. I called Conway Appliance Repair, Inc. soon after-office had already closed for the weekend.I left a message for the reason of my call to them. I was called by 8:00 A.M. on Monday morning, scheduled work to be done Tuesday morning before noon. I received a call from Conway Appliance Repair, Inc. just before 8:00 A.M. Tuesday morning to let me know they would be arriving in about 15 minutes-they arrived in approximately 30 minutes. This was a reasonable amount of time considering distance and traffic.The service was excellent in every way. The work was done efficiently and expertly. I am well satisfied and I will highly recommend Conway Appliance Repair, Inc. to family and friends.

The refrigerator was freezing food even after moving the thermostat to the lowest setting. The repair specialist came to the house for a diagnosis and very quickly pointed out that the dampener was having issues. He was prompt in getting an estimate of the replacement cost and a date to come back and install the part. The part was installed on the date and time that it was scheduled and the refrigerator has been working perfectly since then. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and follow-through on their commitments.

I saw all the great reviews on Angie's List, so I decided to give Conway a whirl when our washer sounded more like a lawn mower. I scheduled an appointment, the receptionist was super friendly. They came within the time frame promised. He looked at the washer, and because we have quite an old machine (it's about 10-12 years old), he didn't have the part readily available, but he would see if he could order the part, etc. and schedule a time to come back out to fix it. He called me within 10 minutes to tell me that he could get the part and how much it would cost -- including everything. He advised me to fix it, since we have a really good machine that was worth fixing. They were able to get the part quickly. I scheduled an appointment for them to come back to fix it. He again arrived within the window they gave me, he fixed it in about 20 minutes, and my washing machine is as good as new again. He brought down the old part to show me what went wrong with it and how it works. Josh was not only super efficient, but he's a really nice guy. I would totally use them again in the future.

They came on time, gave a thorough inspection and saved me a much more expensive repair. Very honest folks!

They came when they said they would, the guy was neat and cleaned up after himself. They quality was excellent, they had all their tools and he saved me a good deal of money by pointing out things that I should do or not do. They advised me not to make a repair on one thing and he managed to make a repair on another thing instead of replacing the part.

The temperature was too high in the freezer and so they identified that it was a problem with that particular make and type of refrigerator. They were familiar about that from past work that was done and they had to replace a dapper unit. It is a unit which is designed to divert and control the air between the freezer and the refrigerator. That was damaged and the total price was $325. They told me approx how much it was going to cost and their estimate was a little bit more than it turned out to be but it took them 2 days to get the parts. They came out the same day they got it and they installed it very quickly. They did a clean and good job and I haven't had any problems since then. They are very good.

Serviceman was helpful, efficient and explained what he was doing and completed the work in a timely manner.

.My stove top has a short. Conway Appliance can in and repaired the short in the one burner of the stove top. The repair lasted 2 days. Conway returned 2 days later and repaired it again. This repair lasted 8 days. I will call another appliance repair shop before I replace the stove top.

Making the return appointment was fairly easy. Josh was very professional and returned when scheduled. He completed the work and explained why he replaced the water pump and the belt. He completed the work and the bill was within a few dollars of the estimate. Overall a good experience.

He was timely, informative and pleasant. He finished the work in about ten minutes. They have a one year warranty on the service.

Punctual and professional. Charges a $65 service call and then it is $45 flat fee per appliance (not an hourly rate). Identified that the refridgerator needed a new water pump. Identified that dishwasher would need a new control panel but cautioned that teh control panel might be $300-500 so we may want to start looking for a new dishwasher. Called to let us know that the dishwasher control panel was indeed going to cost $500 so we opted not to repair. Scheduled an papointment to return with the new water pump for the refridgerator. Was only charged the service fee, appliance fee and parts for refridgerator. Was not charged the service fee for the dishwasher. If you have a repair that will take a long time their pricing works bette rthan an hourly ate. However, if you an apliance that may only need 1 hour's time, you may not be happy with a $110 bill ... I liked them and would prefer to pay the flat fee vs an hourly rate so I will be claling them for any other appliance repair that we may have.

They were excellent and professional

They were great. They called back first thing after I left a message early in the morning. They weren't able to make it out that day, but came out first thing on Monday morning when I was at home and took care of it. They didn't jack the price up and had it fixed within a couple of hours. It was a great experience.

I called and explained to the receptionist, who is very friendly and sympathetic, that my freezer was not working...She immediately asked if the food was defrosting and I told her yes.....She said that she would try to set up a service appointment as soon as possible....They were able to come and see the freezer in-between other clients and. within a few hours. The problem was diagnosed immediately, and a price was established for parts and service....I was happy with the price, Their service, and the detailed explanation as to what to expect and what not to be concerned about in reference to this appliance made me feel at ease. All in all, my experiance was excelllent and I would definately use them again and highly reccommend them to my friends and family.

Replaced broken fan motor. Also asked to check ice maker which has had several repair calls from two other companies who were unable to either fix or diagnose properly. He not only diagnosed the problem but came up with a repair solution which he performed. Meanwhile ordered another part which we ultimately did not need because solution did the trick saving us the expense of yet another sub zero ice maker.Vey professional and knowledgable
