They were really good. I first used them after Hurricane Charlie came through. I looked them up on Angie's List after I was a member and they had a pretty good record so I went back to them this time based on this information. I thought the price was pretty remarkable. I called on a Monday morning and within 4 hours they came out and gave me an estimate. He said he's they'd call me when he was in the area and two days they were and did the job. It all went pretty fast. I never thought I'd get it for that price. They did a job for me 3-4 years ago and they said their minimum was $100 so I expected to pay that but I think because of the economy they just wanted to make sure and get the job.

John came out exactly when he said he would to give me an estimate. While he was there, he explained what work would be done, why downspouts would be placed in certain locations and answered all of my questions.When we decided to go with CJS, they were very upfront about when the work would be done, then completed it ahead of schedule. We didn't have to wait long for Mother Nature to test the gutters...worked like a charm!!!!!If you need gutters, go with CJS!!

I got them off Angie's List and they were wonderful. It was raining hard and I had water coming into the house because I had no gutters. It was raining so hard that the water was not going into the ground and it was actually coming in through my window and on to my floor. I called them at 8 'o clock on a Monday morning and I had someone here giving me an estimate at 10 'o clock the same day. They were putting my new gutters up at 1 'o clock the next day and they were fabulous. They gave me five percent discount from the price for being on Angie's List. They came out quickly. They were courteous. They did what they needed to do and did it quickly. They weren't able to come out right away at first but sent somebody out immediately when I told them that I had a problem with the water. I think that they pulled somebody off another job to come out to my house. The whole thing was done within 24 hours. There was one place I showed them where I thought that I might need a gutter and John, the guy who came out, told me that putting something up there would not really do what I wanted it to do and that he hated to sell me something that wasn't going to work. That was nice. He also gave me some suggestions on how to fix it such as putting up a rock garden. I thought that they were very honest.

Everything was done very well with one exception. The call we received to tell us the work was being done came after my wife and I had gone to work. Notification should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Imagine my wife's surprise when she returned from work to find someone on the roof destroying our gutters.

Techs called ahead and showed up as agreed. Work was done quickly and the expertise of the techs was very evident in the way the completed the work. Everything was done quickly and quality is excellent. Left the site cleaner than it was when they arrived. This is the second time in six months that we have used their service. We are very pleased.

The hard-working staff at CJS Aluminum provided us with a great product at a very competitive price. They were incredibly flexible with scheduling--we had our house repainted after they ripped down our old gutters and had to move the installation date around. The only complaint I have is that they left a lot of gutter debris in our yard--be prepared to head out to your yard with a garbage bag. It's a small price to pay for great service (for instance, the workers generously put our cable cord for our televisions back up behind the gutters for us) and a great product.

Good, fixed prior contractor poor job. Water flows well

The estimate was done while I was away and a copy was left at the door. It includes a sketch of the house and all drops. We have a single story 1800 sq ft house. The price was excellent and included an Angie's List member discount, so we decided to have the gutters installed. The gutters were installed while I was at work and there appears to be no issues. We have had severals rains since installation, including the recent end of March storms here in Central Florida, and the gutters have done their job without any issues. All drops seem to be properly draining. The only complaint I might have is they covered our house number (which was on the soffet) with the gutters. It seems that it would have been easy to remove the house number and left it at the door with the bill since the numbers were at a corner where they would have to have a ladder to hang the gutter anyway. No complaints about the quality of the gutters though.

They were nice and provided all the information I required. They gave me some advice and feedback about the product. They were professional and informative. I may call them for a quote in the future.

Called an received an estimate, they were the most affordable with very good reviews. They were prompt with returning phone calls and the installation. They installed one day later than planned due to rain, but it wasn't a big deal. They did a good job, but i had to follow up since the way the downspout was pooling needed additional work, they plan to come out again.

John from CJS responded quickly to my request for a quote. He was helpful, polite, and professional. The other company we had contacted for a quote never responded to my phone message. Again, when I contacted their office to set up a time for them to do the work, the response was prompt. The two installers who did the job (Jason and Dolan) did a great job and gave us advice on future work we may have done in the back of our house.

Received call from office early on Monday, Dec. 6 advising that crew was ready to perform the work. Everything was done in approx. 2 hours. All old material was collected and removed. Crew went extra mile to make sure that gutters were supported properly and pitch was corrected.

Everything went very well. Their employees were very nice, kind, worked quickly, and did a great job. Their price was good as well.

Very late in keeping appointment, laughed it off, a bit arrogant in providing estimate, told me I needed to replace all existing gutters (nothing wrong with them) and expected me to sign a contract on the spot. I found another company.

John came to my house promptly in a well identified truck and uniform shirt. He was very professional and courteous and gave me a detailed, diagramed proposal and price estimate on the job. There was no high pressure or BS so often encountered. When I called to hire them I had a change I wanted in the gutter design and John suggested a way to use a section of my existing gutter to reduce the cost and said it would look just as good as the new. His men came out as scheduled and had it done in a day, and it looks and works great. I had previously had a local "handy man" do the soffit work and it came out very badly. CJS replaced the bad work and it came out absolutely perfect, and it matches the rest of the soffit perfectly. The clean up was equally professional and I just wish I had found CJS earlier. The cost was very resonable, less than I expected: no prepayment was required and they didn't demand immediate payment like so many contractors today; they billed me by mail. I would recommend this company without reservation to anyone who wants quality work.

They were amazing. They were prompt. They came out and went above and beyond my expectations. It was a very small job, but they came right out and did it. They were very reasonably priced for the work. I got some estimates from other companies and they were in the five and seven hundreds. I wish that everyone was like them.

The crew of (two men) arrived the scheduled day to install and finished the entire house that day. They installed the gutters with screws and clips, which is the strongest and most aesthetic method. They were clean and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and took away all scraps. They finished the job while I was at work and billed me later for the entire amount. They are very good folks to work with!

Soffits and Soffit vent improve ventilation in your attic, so when I saw one missing and one needing repair I called them out. They always do a great job and are very professional. They were punctual and did not leave a mess behind when they were finished.

I called them last week, they told me somebody would call me this week to schedule an estimate. It's Thursday and I haven't heard a word.

Price was reasonable, started as promised and quickly did a fine job.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THEIR PUNCTUALITY WAS GOOD. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL IN HOW THEY CARRIED THEMSELVES. THE GUTTERS WERE INSTALLED WITH A 5 YEAR WARRANTY.
