We had the screening replaced in our patio. We had regular screening put on the roof and special pet screening put on all the vertical sections because our dog, Sabre and our cats, Picasso and Ninja go out there. We were not only impressed with the work and the speed at which the work was done, but how Thomas walked on the high screening molding like he was walking on the ground. Great job Thomas!

They ran into a problem with my house that was hidden behind an existing gutter that they showed and explained to me. This prevented them from completing the task the first day, but they did as much as they could. After having a general contractor fix the hidden issue, CJS Aluminum came back out and worked around brand new landscaping that had been installed in the interim without damaging it. Very professional!

Excellent! The estimator came out within a few days of my original contact, and the price quoted was very good. When I called back to schedule the service, I was told they were installing a few weeks out, which was not a problem for me. Right in the time frame given, the installer came and did a great job of putting in the gutter. He even took the extra time and effort to work the downspout around my rose trellises! I couldn't be happier with the job done - and the gutters have worked great with the recent storms. I highly recommend CJS Aluminum!

The company was excellent. Very prompt, the person who came out to talk was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions after taking measurements and the installers did a fantastic job.

They came out the day after I called and gave me an estimate. I thought the price was good and told them to do the job. I was told they had about a 2 week lead time and I was okay with it. I was contacted later in the week on Friday morning and informed that the crew could be there around 11 that morning. I told them that was fine and to let me know when they are on the way so I could have the tenant move cars if necessary. The installer called me and gave me a half hour notice as requested. They showed up on time with a 3 man crew and were very efficient and friendly. The job was complete in about 1 1/2 hours.

The came out gave great estimate, and then did the estimation over so we could have the right size gutters. When they did the job they actually made the gutters on sight, and did an excellent job. They were also very timely with both the estimate, and getting the job done. They were very competitive on price. Overall they did a great job!

Great. Great quality material, mirrored existing gutters perfectly, and the workers were very helpful and did a good job. I did have a few workmanship concerns initially which were taken care of; sections where screws had not contacted the fascia well.

They are absolutely wonderful! They installed the downspouts with no mess what-so-ever. They didn't even require me to be home to get it done. I got home once they were finishing up and getting ready to leave for the day. I asked what they would like to do about the payment. They told me not to worry about it and that I could just come down to the office when I had time to pay them. I can't say enough good things about them!

They were professional, and accommodated ours needs. I am using them again for a back porch.

Karrie was excellent from start to finish. She provided a competitive quote and once the HOA approval was in place the installers came with a couple of day. I like that she color-matched the gutters to the house trim color and made sure the downspouts were at the side of the house instead of coming down the front and ruining the look. Have already recommended to other neighbors. Highly recommended.

CJS aluminum came out within less than 24hrs after I had contacted them for an estimate. Their rep was very knowledgeable and professional. We found their quote to be fair and hired them on the spot. We needed the gutters to be installed fast as we had scheduled a painter to paint the house two work days out. They went above and beyond to fit us in and came to install the gutters the next business day so we could have them painted together with the house. That was amazing! Unfortunately when they screwed the gutters to the house the screws sometimes missed the wood. We only noticed after they had left and we had cut the check. Even though they had our money already they came back two days later to fix the issue! That's what we call honest! We can highly recommend their product and their services as their customer care is awesome! We will hire them again in a flash, should the need arise.

CJS was excellent from the beginning. I found them through Angie's List and contacted them for an estimate. I had gutters that were failing around the front entrance of my home (causing spillover near the foundation -- and it RAINS in Florida!) as well as poorly functioning gutters and downspouts all along the rear roof line of the house (gutters and downspouts were leaking and falling apart.). CJS provided a fair estimate and scheduled the job. I could not be there due to work commitments out of town and they showed up, did the job in one day and it is beautiful. The gutters and downspouts are both larger in diameter (they told me this would be the case) and are now able to handle the large amounts of water that Florida rainstorms often produce in a short amount of time. The office was professional, courteous and truly a pleasure to work with. The workmen (I didn't see them) left everything completely clean and tidy and I really love it that there are now only two downspouts in the back so the patio area near my porch door is not constantly wet from a leaking downspout. Happy, Happy, Happy.

I had CJS out in August, 2012 to install a long run of gutter on the side of our home. This section included a transition from the 2nd story to the first story and garage one one side of my house. The installation seemed fine, and worked as installed for some time. In June 2014 I had them out again to install a short run of guttering and a downspout on the other side of my garage. Again, there was no problem with the installation. Each time the installers were pleasant and competent, although as this is the rainy season in Florida one must be a bit patient with the scheduling, as dates slipped a couple of times. Right after they completed the 2nd installation, I noticed some erosion in my lawn on the side they had installed in 2012. During one of our afternoon monsoons I went out to check, and the tail end (non-downspout end) of the lower run had slipped enough on the house to change the pitch. The water was no longer running to the end and dumping onto out driveway through the downspout, it was simply pouring over the other edge into the grass next to our house. I called CJS the next day, and there was simply no issue at all with them coming out to fix the issue. I had someone out within the week, at no cost, to re-attach (and beef up) the gutter supports at the tail end. The gutter is now obviously pitched the correct direction, and drains as designed. My only issue with this is the lack of additional support for this end in the beginning, as this is where all of the water transitioned from the 2nd to the 1st story of the house. Definitely a lot of force hitting this section of gutter, and probably necessitating a bit of over-design on the attachment mechanism. With luck they have now remedied this issue. I would not hesitate to use CJS Aluminum again, if I had the need of guttering.

We found CJS Aluminum through Angie's List. They were one of three gutter contractors we invited to measure and submit a written quote. Not only was the price submitted by CJS Aluminum the lowest of the three quotes, their professionalism during their estimating visit to our home and their previous reviews on Angie's List won us over and we promptly signed an agreement with them for the gutter installation. On installation day, the CJS Aluminum technicians arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the installation within a couple of hours; which was much faster than we anticipated. The new gutters look great and are performing well. Great job CJS Aluminum! And thanks alot Karrie for answering all my annoying questions, you were great!

Company rep showed up at job site when agreed, quoted reasonable price, ordered material, scheduled installation, crew arrived on time and completed job in several hours. Leaf guards did not perform as claimed, crew returned and made adjustments to solve the problem.

Installers called to say they were on the way. Told me what they were going to do. Asked if I had any questions.

They were wonderful. They were phenomenal. It was raining so hard that I had water coming up under my foundation that was pouring off my roof. They came out on a Monday and gave me an estimate. I said fine. They pulled two people off another job and sent them over to my house the next day because they knew I had a problem with the water coming in. They were great. There was another spot I showed them on the back of the house. They said that they didn't want to take my money because it will not help, but suggested to put a little rock underneath the back of my porch. They were great. I will tell my friends to call them and get an estimate. Everything about them was an A experience.

The CJS installs were EXCELLENT!!! They were very professional and accommodating. They were willing to do anything to make us happy with the installation of the gutters and downspouts. The honesty and integrity of the CJS workers is OUTSTANDING!!! Everyone I spoke with at CJS was professional, considerate, and courteous. We had our Lanai enclosed by the Custom Screens organization. Custom Screens and CJS have been working together for over 25 years. That's a lot of experience!!! I would highly recommend CJS and Custom Screens to install gutters & downspouts and enclose your Lanai. CJS and Custom Screens are trustworthy, reliable, professional, and honest.

Craftsmanship was top notch. All communication was professional. Folks were very easy to work with. One gutter was installed with too much of a pitch where it was very noticeable from the street. I called the next day and asked them to fix it. They came out and fixed it the next day without giving me a hard time. I would recommend them if someone is interested in quality of product and working with someone professional.

When we called CJS for our gutter installation, they were able to quickly schedule it for us -- Thanks John! Jason and his crew were friendly, courteous, and very professional, and they did a great job. We would definitely recommend this team to others. We did request the warranty to be in writing. (20 years parts, 5 years labor as we were told) That took a while to obtain. The one answering the phone was not as knowledgeable as we felt a "first contact" should be.

CJS arrived on day agreed and performed work when I was not home, issuing Invoice through the mail, which was very convenient as it is hard to find time off to be home for work done on the house. They had high quality materials, professionally installed and even routed the drain spouts of gutters intelligently, not just straight down and out, but a 90 degree horizontal bend was added to one to make sure it drained over our driveway and not our walkway. Very pretty gutter. There only minor detractor was that after accepting the original proposed work/cost, signing the form, and emailing it back to them, I had to call to schedule service, which I was told it would be schedule, then they would call me back. After 4 days, I called back again, since I had not heard back, and they indicated we were scheduled for later that week. Would have been better if they would have called back, instead of me having to call them again. This is not to say they were not responsive, as they promptly answered my questions and scheduled me, but didn't call me back to confirm a date for the schedule installation. Another minor good note: I had very specific locations I wanted gutters and where I didn't need them. Mostly this was done to keep costs down and why put gutters where you don't need them. The appraiser easily interpreted my request over the phone, and correctly identified the surfaces I needed gutters, and only quoted those that I asked for.

I called for an estimate and got one a couple of days later (when promised). I chose CJS over another company and let them know I would approve the proposal but needed to delay the work until other work on the house was completed. When I was ready I let them know and they were able to schedule the install soon after. The gutters are exactly what was promised and very happy with the work and price.
