It went great! They were prompt and did an excellent job. The gutters are perfect.

They are really responsive, if nobody picks up the phone, later they will always call back. They show up on time, the people are really polite and they make sure the call is good to you.

Contacted company and received estimate quick. Install began within two weeks and finished quickly. The job was broken up into installation of soffits and fascia for one job and then gutters and gutter guards completed the following week. Work took a total of 3 days (for all jobs combined). Work is excellent. My only suggestion is for the people working the job to communicate better with the home owner. I asked to be called prior to the work completed so I could view the final work while they were onsite and to pay the bill. When they completed the fascia and soffits they did not contact me when the job was completed. They returned to complete the gutters the following week and again did not contact me prior to starting or completing the job. I did not know which day they were even planning to begin work on the gutters. This was even after asking the office a second time to contact me to keep me informed.

This company is just all around good. This is the second time I have used them and both times John came out within a day or two to give me an estimate and had the work scheduled and done within a week. They did a good job matching the color of the gutters with my house.

I give them straight A's because I have no reason not to. I am only reviewing them so that maybe A.L. will stop emailing me about a review and there is no reason to give CJS a bad report.

Went well. They provided service in a timely manner and did an excellent job. We decided to add drain covers and that was does with no hesitation. We were pleased with their work and courteous service.

From the first phone call to obtain an estimate until the job was finished, I was told what time to expect them and they arrived promptly. The work done is excellent and the workers were professional in every way. I am highly satisfied. Even a neighbor remarked at how nice a job was done.

estimator came out on Friday and installers showed up on Monday. The price was very reasonable. Installers completed the work in less than an hour. I highly recommend CJS.

The technicians completed the work timely and efficiently, and they were prepared for the work they did. The gentlemen who gave me the estimate and the technicians were very professional and patient when I asked questions about the procedures and materials used. Everything was explained clearly and succinctly. I would recommend this provider and I would use them again.

The crew arrived on time and were very precise on getting all the correct angles for the water to run off.The crew worked neatly no mess cleaned all marks off the gutter and anything on the ground. This project is unique and not many installers know how to work with half round gutters.

After I accepted their quote, they called to let me know that the materials were on order. When they had a team out in my area, I received a phone call and an approximate time of arrival. They arrived within that time, made the installation quickly. They even matched my existing gutter very closely.

A very professional company. Karrie, our sales person was thorough and percise in measurements and analyzing our problems. The problem-solving proved to be reourceful with the end result successful. Workers arrived before their scheduled time and performed well. They also cleaned-up afterwars.

CJS Aluminum was called when a gutter on the second story was damaged, they had previously done work for us and we were very satisfied. The only problem that we encountered was when the request for an estimate was apparently passed on to the sales person, or estimator. We waited a couple of days and received no response so we called again...and waited again, no response. Finally, after the third call, approximately a week of waiting just for the estimate, someone contacted us and set up the appointment. He arrived promptly, once the appointment had finally been set up. We were pleased with the estimate and told him that we wanted the work done. He told us that they had been really busy, thus the delay in doing the estimate. We would have felt much better about that if someone had just called us and told us that there would be a delay. It was left with the idea that they would call when a time slot opened and do the work then. They did call us, set the approximate time for arrival, arrived promptly, and completed the work of removing the damaged gutter, replacing it, and installing the leaf guards on the new gutter and an old gutter. The work was completed quickly and satisfactorily.

Got off to a rocky start when not all colors needed to match existing colors were offered. After we re-discussed color choices, we found the ones we needed to match.

It went alright. They didn't route it quite right the first time and had to come out to adjust them.

So far his professionalism has been excellent.

We talked to the provider and his company does not do the sort of work we needed. It was nice of him to call us back and let us know instead of just leaving us hanging.

prompt quote, was scheduled out a few weeks, but worked in when there was a cancellation. all employees professional and prompt. had trouble with location where two roofs joined. installer was back out immediately with correction that works perfectly.

They were very prompt in responding to my request for a price quote and were able to break out the quote for a few options that we were thinking about. The installation went very well and the quality is top notch. Compared with another quote they were almost $100 cheaper with the same quality product.

We were having some issues with rainwater splashing down and under our back door. Had CJS come out and take a look. They fixed up our problem within a week or so and the gutter is perfect for that problem back area. Installer and his helper were courteous and professional

They did a great job. They had to install gutters in a very difficult area but they did it and we are very pleased with their job. They are also very professional.

I made an appt for a quote and then canceled because another person I called was able to come the same day. This company responded immediately and app't was made for the following week.

This company is GREAT! They communicated well with me and have great follow through. I went with them over another company who had a lower estimate. They fulfilled my expectations. Great service. Great company!
