They were fantastic. They were great. They were amazing. They got the grout cleaner that I ever thought it could be. They were amazing, fantastic and a company I would recommend. We paid $200 extra to have the entire house done. We were so impressed with what they did with the small portion. We extended up to the entire house. I would absolutely use them in the future.

It went great. Russell was professional, courteous, and always on time. He worked fast and charged a reasonable fee for his services. We had to reschedule our original appointment and Russell was very accommodating and understanding. We will absolutely be contacting Carpet Clinic of Orlando for our floor cleaning needs in the future and have already recommended them to a friend.

It turned out fine. It was good. I requested additional services so there was an extra of $120. It was a good experience. The edges splashed onto my wood and it wasn't cleaned up. I had to come back and clean it up after I noticed it some time later.

Russell did an excellent job on the master bathroom - so good that I asked him to clean my downstairs tile that had not been deep cleaned since the house was built. He did an amazing job and I just love the tile again! He even sealed the kitchen tile area that usually gets the most abuse.

Excellent!!! Cannot say enough good things about Russell with Carpet Clinic of Orlando. We had some issues with the tile which he handled expertly. Would highly recommend him and will get him to clean some existing tile in my home soon!

There was some delay in making contact, related I think to AL software. The contractor came at the designated date and time, with advance phone call shortly before arrival. Very personable and efficient. Job was completed, to our satisfaction, in just over an hour. Very pleased with the results.

Owner did work himself. Was prompt, thorough and courteous. I plan on using him again for tile cleaning.

We purchased the 300ft cleaning, but were so impressed with our technician that we had our entire tile cleaned (over 1000 ft). The tike and grout came out SO clean that we will have them back!

Awesome! We've been in our house 6 years and the kitchen grout was starting to look dingy. When I saw the $89 special I took advantage of the deal. He did a great job and the tile/grout looks brand new again. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I called a couple of days after I bought the deal. The appointment was set for a Saturday morning. Russell called about 30 minutes before the scheduled time and said he was on the way. He arrived a little early and set up. Within 30 minutes he had worked miracles on my stained carpet. Very satisfied with the results.

The gentleman called me that he was running late about 30 minutes due to the rain the day prior. He showed up and immediately went to work. He scrubbed the grout and then cleaned the tile and mopped the floor. He was professional and thorough and completed the job in a reasonable time. I would use him again at the special price.

Arrived on time, thorough work and all was better than expected. This is the FIRST time in my carpet cleaning experience that the company DID NOT try to upsale or explain that my circumstances was going to cost more money. Will definitely use again. And I will because my 3BR condo still needs the other rooms done, just wasn't ready for them at this time.

He called ahead and then was on time. Pleasant and professional. His truck hoses would not reach my condo unit which is very far from the parking area. We quickly rescheduled so he could bring a portable unit and again he called ahead and was on time. He cleaned my condo quickly and professionally.
